Description

【0001】

The rack type filtration device according to (1), wherein the rack type filtration device is manufactured by liquid-tight welding.
(7) A rack type characterized in that the circulating water flow path communicating with the housing main body of the rack type housing is liquid-tightly provided in a headband shape on the outer periphery of the housing main body by welding the outer plate to the housing main body. housing.
[0007]
The rack-type filtration apparatus according to the present invention is a rack-type filtration apparatus in which a cartridge-type module in which a plurality of hollow fiber membranes are bonded and fixed is inserted and supported in a rack-type housing. A water flow path is provided in a liquid-tight manner in a headband shape on the outer periphery of the rack-type housing body.
According to the above-described structure, the circulating water flow path is provided in a bowl-like liquid-tight manner on the outer periphery of the rack-type housing main body, so that it is easy to ensure the flow rate at the circulating water outlet at a certain level or more.
In addition, a plurality of communication holes in the radial direction are formed in the rack-type housing body, and the circulation is made by circulating the plurality of communication holes in a circulating water flow path that is liquid-tightly provided on the outer periphery of the rack-type housing body. It is desirable that the water is collected and flows out from the circulating water port of the circulating water channel.

The adhesive layer 17 is integrally bonded, and the adhesive layer is fitted into the cylindrical cartridge head 7 and fixed to the cartridge head with an adhesive.
In addition, a cartridge cylinder 18 fitted to the outer periphery of the hollow fiber membrane 16 that is integrally bundled is fixed to the lower end portion of the cartridge type module 3 by welding or adhesion.
[0017]
The pore diameter of the hollow fiber membrane used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and a hollow fiber membrane having a pore diameter in the range of an ultrafiltration membrane or a microfiltration membrane is preferably used. Moreover, the material of the hollow fiber membrane is not particularly limited, and a membrane of a synthetic polymer, ceramic, or a composite material thereof can be used.
The adhesive used in the cartridge type module of the present invention is not particularly limited, and an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, a silicon resin, or the like can be used. A portion of the raw water that has passed through the outer periphery of the hollow fiber membrane 16 of the cartridge type module 3 is pressure filtered from the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane 16 to the hollow portion, and treated from the open upper end of the hollow fiber membrane. The filtrate is led to the water chamber 15, and a part thereof passes through the outer periphery of the hollow fiber membrane 16 as it is.
The filtrate contained in the treated water chamber 15 is taken out of the rack type filtration device 1 from the treated water port 23 at the upper part of the cap, and the raw water that has passed through the outer periphery of the hollow fiber membrane 16 is directly applied to the side wall portion of the housing body 4. Water is collected from the plurality of communication holes 14 formed at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction through the head-circulated circulating water flow path 12 and is led from the circulating water port 11 on the downstream side to the outside of the rack filtration device 1.
[0020]
In this way, a portion of the supplied water is circulated through the circulating water flow path 12 provided in a bowl shape on the outer periphery of the housing body 4 to collect water, thereby maintaining a high membrane surface flow rate and stably increasing the water permeability. The maintained cross flow filtration operation becomes possible.
On the other hand, at the time of backwashing, for example, filtered water is supplied from the treated water port 23 and backflowed to the circulating water flow path 12 and the supply water chamber 21, and suspended substances accumulated in the hollow fiber membrane 16 are stripped off. To eliminate.
[0021]
According to the above configuration, the circulating water flow path 12 communicating with the inside of the housing body 4 is liquid-tightly provided on the outer periphery of the housing body 4 in a bowl-like shape, so that the flow rate of the circulating water outlet 11 can be secured above a certain level. Easy to do.
Further, when the plurality of communication holes 14 provided in the radial direction in the rack type housing body 4 are formed in a slit shape having a long diameter in the longitudinal direction of the housing, the cartridge type module of the adhesive layer 17 having an arbitrary length is used. 3 can be mounted in the housing 2 correspondingly.
[0022]
Further, when considering applying a metal material to the housing 2 as means for improving corrosion resistance, weather resistance and strength, the housing head 8 and the outer plate 13 provided in a headband shape on the outer periphery of the housing body 4 are considered. If the heavy pipe structure is divided into a plurality of parts and each part is manufactured by cutting, the cost will be very high. In addition, it is difficult to manufacture the double pipe portion as a single body by casting and molding.
As shown in FIG. 5, the double pipe portion is divided into two parts, a housing body 4 having a communication hole 14 in the upper portion and an outer plate 13 portion, and each is manufactured by casting or molding and then welded. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a housing body that is relatively inexpensive and has a high dimensional system.
[0023]
In this case, the housing body 4 may be prepared as a single casting if the overall length is short. When the housing body 4 is long, the housing body is divided into three parts, a head part, a body part, and a raw water port part 22, and the head part and the raw water port part are made of cast metal, and then the body part of a commercial pipe is used. The housing body 4 may be manufactured by welding.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the circulating water flow path communicating with the inside of the housing body is provided in a liquid-tight manner like a headband on the outer periphery of the rack-type housing body, so that the flow rate of the circulating water port can be easily secured above a certain level.
In addition, when the cross-sectional area of the circulation channel provided in a bowl-like liquid-tight manner on the outer periphery of the rack-type housing body is increased toward the circulation water port of the circulation channel, the circulation water channel The flow resistance of the circulating water that increases as it goes downstream toward the circulating water port can be reduced, and the flow rate of the circulating water port can be kept constant.
[0025]
Further, when a plurality of communication holes provided in the radial direction in the rack type housing main body are formed in a slit shape in the longitudinal direction of the housing, the inside of the housing corresponds to the cartridge type module of the adhesive layer having an arbitrary length. Can be attached to.
In addition, when a double pipe structure portion provided in a bowl shape on the outer periphery of the rack type housing body is manufactured by two-piece casting and then welded and manufactured, an inexpensive rack type housing may be manufactured. I can do it.
