Claims (3)
- 開口部から底部に向かって広がり前記底部が前記開口部に向かって略円錐状の突起部を有する穴部を備えた第1部材の前記穴部に、該穴部の深さより長い第2部材を挿入し該第2部材を前記第1部材の穴部の底部に押し付けるように加圧し塑性変形させる締結方法であって、
前記第1部材が、略円錐状の突起部を有する底部を備えた穴部と該穴部の開口部周辺がその外周より突出した余肉部を有する部材を、円錐台形状部を有し該円錐台形状部の上面部に外径が前記余肉部の内径より大きく前記余肉部の外径より小さくかつ深さ方向に狭くなるテーパー面を有する穴部を備えたパンチで前記円錐台形状部の上面部を前記第1部材側にして前記余肉部から前記第1部材の穴部の底部に向かって加圧し鍛造加工して製造されたものであることを特徴とする締結方法。
- 前記第2部材が一方端に底部を備え他方端に開口部を備えた筒状部材であり、前記第1部材の穴部に前記第2部材を挿入する際に前記第2部材の底部が前記第1部材の穴部の底部に当接するように挿入することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結方法。
- 前記第2部材が、その開口部周辺に鍔部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結方法。
