本発明は、美観を向上した閉鎖装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、閉鎖装置として用いられている窓シャッタ装置は、例えば、図8に示すように、窓等の被閉鎖部1を介して互いに離間対向した左右一対の上下方向に長手方向を有する細長形状の外枠2,2を備え、これら外枠2,2の互いに対向する対向面3には上下方向のスリット状の挿入口部4が形成され、内部には案内部5が形成されている。そして、複数のスラット等にて構成された閉鎖体6の両側縁部が挿入口部4を介して案内部5内に挿入され、この案内部5にて閉鎖体6が案内されて昇降移動する。

ここで、このような構造の窓シャッタ装置は、外壁仕上り前の施工用、つまり、先付け用を主として設計されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、かかる構造の窓シャッタ装置を、図8に示されるように、外壁仕上り後の施工用、つまり、後付け用として使用した場合、例えば、外壁7に対して外枠2を固定する外枠固定具8の頭部が外部に露出するため、美観を損なうおそれがある。

なお、外枠固定具8で美観を損なうことがないよう、例えば、図8の二点鎖線で示すように、外打ち式に代えて中打ち式とし、外枠2に形成したねじ通し孔部2aを介して外枠固定具8をねじ込むことが考えられる。しかし、この中打ち式では、ねじ通し孔部2aの形成が煩雑となるばかりでなく、外枠2が外付けサッシ9と干渉しない比較的長い突出長さ寸法をもって外壁7から突出している場合には、外枠固定具8のねじ込む作業が困難となるおそれがある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
求項記載の閉鎖装置は、突出板部を有し、被設置部に設置される装置本体と、この装置本体を前記被設置部に固定する固定手段と、この固定手段を覆い隠すカバー具とを備え、前記カバー具は、前記固定手段が位置する前記突出板部に取り付けられたカバー受けと、このカバー受けに取り付けられ、前記固定手段および前記カバー受けを覆い隠すカバーとを有し、前記カバー受けは、ベース部と、このベース部から前記被設置部側とは反対側に向って突出して互いに離間対向し先端側が互いに接近するように弾性変形可能な対をなす係合受け板部とを有し、前記カバーは、基板部と、この基板部から前記被設置部側に向って突出して互いに離間対向した対をなす係合板部とを有し、前記カバーの前記カバー受けに対する押し込みで、前記カバー受けの両係合受け板部が前記カバーの両係合板部間に弾性変形して入れられて前記係合板部が前記係合受け板部の外面側に引掛け係合することにより、前記カバーが前記カバー受けに取り付けられている閉鎖装置であって、前記係合受け部は、前記ベース部から離れるに従って互いの離間距離が増大する基端側の第1傾斜板部と、前記ベース部から離れるに従って互いの離間距離が減少する先端側の第2傾斜板部と、前記第1傾斜板部と前記第2傾斜板部との連設部分に形成された引掛り部とを有し、前記係合部は、前記引掛り部の外面側の尖った角部分が入り込む略V字状の溝凹部を互いに対向する対向面にそれぞれ有し、前記溝凹部は、前記各対向面に互いに隣接した状態で複数並設されているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の閉鎖装置の一実施の形態の構成を図面を参照して説明する。

図1において、11は閉鎖装置としての窓シャッタ装置で、この窓シャッタ装置11は、例えば開口部である窓等の被閉鎖部12の予め設定された部分を開口したり、閉鎖したりする。

そして、シャッタボックス33内には、軸方向がシャッタボックス33の長手方向に一致した筒状体等にて構成された巻取軸等の巻体35が回転可能に配設されており、この巻体35には可撓性を有する閉鎖体36が巻き戻し可能に巻き取られている。この巻体35は、図示しない閉鎖体駆動手段としての駆動モータからの駆動力を図示しない伝動手段を介して受けて所定方向に駆動回転し、その結果、閉鎖体36で被閉鎖部12が開閉される。

外枠部材41は、上下方向に長手方向を有する細長で略四角筒形状の基体部43を有し、この基体部43の長手方向に沿った前後方向の一端部である後端部(外壁15側)つまり窓シャッタ装置11の内部側である後側の部分には、基体部43の内側面である対向面とは反対側の外側面から被閉鎖部12における内側とは反対側に向って突出した上下方向に長手方向を有する細長矩形板状の突出板部44が一体に形成されている。この突出板部44には、所定の金型等にて一斉に開口形成された複数のねじ挿通用孔45が互いに所定間隔をおいて突出板部44の長手方向に沿って並置されている。各ねじ挿通用孔45には外枠固定用ねじ17が挿通されて外壁15にねじ込まれ、外枠固定用ねじ17の先端側が柱部20内に及んでおり、その結果、これら複数の外枠固定用ねじ17にて各外枠部材41が外壁15の所定部位に固定されている。なお、外枠固定用ねじ17の頭部17aは、図2に示されるように突出板部44上に露出しているが、外枠用カバー具21にて覆い隠されているため外部には露出していない。

また、基体部43の長手方向に沿った前後方向の他端部である前端部つまり窓シャッタ装置11の外部側である前側の部分には、一対の連結板部46,47が一体に形成されている。一方の連結板部46は、上下方向に長手方向を有する細長板状で断面略く字形状に形成され、基体部43の対向面から被閉鎖部12における内側に向って突出するとともに窓シャッタ装置11の前方に向って突出している。他方の連結板部47は、基体部43の対向面とは反対側の外側面と同一面上に位置するように上下方向に長手方向を有する細長矩形板状に形成され、基体部43の外側面縁部から窓シャッタ装置11の前方に向って突出し、一方の連結板部46の先端側板部46aと離間対向している。そして、一方の連結板部46の先端側板部46aの先端縁部および他方の連結板部47の先端縁部の各々には連結部48が上下方向に沿って形成されている。

この突出板部64には、所定の金型等にて一斉に開口形成された複数のねじ挿通用孔65が互いに所定間隔をおいて突出板部64の長手方向に沿って並置されている。各ねじ挿通用孔65には下枠固定用ねじ18が挿通されて外壁15にねじ込まれ、下枠固定用ねじ18の先端側が柱部20内に及んでおり、その結果、これら複数の下枠固定用ねじ18にて下枠32が外壁15の所定部位に固定されている。なお、下枠固定用ねじ18の頭部18aは突出板部64上に露出しているが、下枠用カバー具22にて覆い隠されているため外部には露出していない。

シャッタボックス33は、図5に示すように、左右水平方向に長手方向を有する細長で両端面を開口した略筒形状のボックス本体部71を有し、このボックス本体部71の長手方向の両端部には左右一対の化粧キャップ等の閉塞部材72,72が嵌合により取り付けられ、各閉塞部材72にて端面開口部が閉塞されている。なお、ボックス本体部71の下面前側には、ボックス本体部71の長手方向に沿ったスリット状の開口部73が形成され、この開口部73に閉鎖体36が挿通されている。

また、ボックス本体部71の上面部における外壁15側の長手方向に沿った一側縁部には、この上面部から上方に向って突出した左右水平方向に長手方向を有する細長矩形板状の突出板部74が一体に形成されている。この突出板部74には、所定の金型等にて一斉に開口形成された複数のねじ挿通用孔75が互いに所定間隔をおいて突出板部74の長手方向に沿って並置されている。各ねじ挿通用孔75にはシャッタボックス固定用ねじ19が挿通されて外壁15にねじ込まれ、シャッタボックス固定用ねじ19の先端側が柱部20内に及んでおり、その結果、これら複数のシャッタボックス固定用ねじ19および固定用ねじ76等にてシャッタボックス33が外壁15の所定部位に固定されている。なお、シャッタボックス固定用ねじ19の頭部19aは突出板部74上に露出しているが、シャッタボックス用カバー具23にて覆い隠されているため外部には露出していない。

閉鎖体36は、巻体35の回転による巻取りおよび巻戻しにより、被閉鎖部12に沿って被閉鎖部12を開口する開口方向および被閉鎖部12を閉鎖する閉鎖方向に向って移動可能すなわち昇降移動するもので、例えば、互いに連結された金属製或いは合成樹脂製の多数のスラット等にて構成されたシャッタカーテン等である。

また、巻体36は、閉鎖体36をこの閉鎖体36の外壁15側が被閉鎖部12側に移動する方向に回転させながら巻き取るいわゆる内巻式の構成とされている。すなわち、巻体35は、図5に示されるように、閉鎖体36の外壁15側の部分が下方に移動するように閉鎖体36を巻き取るとともに、閉鎖体36の外壁15側の部分が上方に移動するように閉鎖体36を巻き戻す構成とされている。なお、閉鎖体36の外壁15側の部分が上方に移動するように閉鎖体36を巻き取るいわゆる外巻式の構成と比べて、シャッタボックス33の外壁15からの突出寸法と外枠31の外壁15からの突出寸法との差が小さく、装置本体16のコンパクト化が図られている。

また、ベース部85の長手方向に沿った両側縁部には、所定間隔を介して離間対向した対をなす細長矩形板状の係合受け部としての係合受け板部89,89が一体に立設され、各係合受け板部89は、外壁15側とは反対側に向って突出し、幅方向の中間位置で長手方向に沿って所定角度をもって折り曲げられて断面略く字形状をなしている。すなわち、これら一対の係合受け板部89は、基端側の第1傾斜板部91ではベース部85から離れるに従って離間距離が増大し先端側の第2傾斜板部92ではベース部85から離れるに従って離間距離が減少するような所定形状に形成されている。また、第1傾斜板部91と第2傾斜板部92との連設部分には引掛り部93が形成されている。なお、第2傾斜板部92,92の各先端間の離間距離はベース部85の幅寸法と略同じ値に設定され、引掛り部93間の離間距離はベース部85の幅寸法とやや大きい値に設定されている。
