Description

The present invention relates to a substrate storage case mounting structure that enables a substrate storage case to be attached to and detached from a machine such as a gaming machine and can be smoothly attached and detached.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a machine such as a gaming machine is provided with a board storage case that stores a control board for controlling the machine.

However, when attaching and detaching the substrate storage case in a predetermined state, for example, when the predetermined state is not recognized, there is a possibility that it takes time and labor to attach and detach the substrate storage case. Specifically, for example, in the prior art document, an elliptical rotation protrusion is provided on both side surfaces of the board storage case, while a rotation support hole capable of inserting and holding the rotation protrusion on the back surface (back surface) of the game board is provided. In addition to providing the formed mounting member, a notch portion in which the short diameter of the rotation protrusion can be inserted and the long diameter cannot be inserted is formed in the rotation support hole. A gaming machine is shown in which the angle of the storage case is adjusted so that the rotation protrusion can pass through the notch of the rotation support hole. In this gaming machine, the removable angle of the substrate storage case is shown. It is difficult to recognize, and there is a risk that the angle of the substrate storage case must be adjusted many times in order to find a removable angle. Moreover, even if the angle and position of the substrate storage case are once adjusted, it is difficult to hold the substrate storage case in that state, and the angle and position may be immediately shifted and the work may have to be repeated many times.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-43389

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a substrate storage case that can easily attach and detach the substrate storage case.

A state where the shield plate coupling release means is allowed to be released when the shield plate coupling means is disengaged when the shield plate is rotated from the state. The engaging portion that is releasably engaged with the joint portion is formed, and the shielding plate after the case main body is removed is in contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portion at a position rotated by the setting release angle. It is characterized by being made.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the shielding plate coupling means includes a shielding plate coupling engaging portion on the case main body and the shielding plate, and either the shielding plate or the case main body is the other. When the sliding plate is slid in one direction, the shielding plate coupling engagement portion is engaged. When the sliding plate coupling engagement portion is slid in the opposite direction, the engagement of the shielding plate coupling engagement portion is released. ,
The attached and retracted state shielding plate coupling release restricting means is a sliding side that is slid when engaging the shielding plate coupling engaging portion of the shielding plate and the case body and releasing the engagement. And a board storage case mounting position of the machine, and a shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion is engaged, and when the substrate storage case is in an installed and stored state, the shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion is engaged and The sliding side prevents the shielding plate and the case body from sliding in the disengagement direction, and when the substrate storage case is rotated from the attached storage state, The engagement is released, and the sliding side is allowed to slide in the direction of releasing the engagement between the shielding plate and the case main body.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, a second substrate storage case is attached to the substrate storage case mounting position, and the substrate storage case is attached to the second substrate storage case in the mounting and storage state. The first board storage case is disposed so as to be stacked, and the second board storage case and the first board storage case are provided with shielding plate coupling release restriction means for the mounted and stored state. Features.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shaft portion is formed in one of the engaged portion or the engagement portion, and the shaft portion is inserted in the other to hold the shaft portion rotatably. A bearing portion having a detachable portion from which the shaft portion can be pulled out is formed, and the shaft portion is located at a position where the substrate storage case is rotated at a setting release angle from the mounted storage state. Engagement release means is provided that can remove the substrate storage case in conformity with the removal portion, and the substrate storage case is provided in a part of the machine other than the substrate storage case near the substrate storage case mounting position. The substrate storage case has a configuration in which a setting release angle state maintaining unit that contacts the substrate storage case at the position where the setting release angle is rotated to prevent further rotation of the substrate storage case is provided. When it is necessary to remove If the substrate storage case is rotated to the setting release angle, the substrate storage case is kept in the setting release angle state by abutting against the setting release angle state maintaining portion, so that the substrate storage case can be easily removed. It becomes.

Further, according to the invention of claim 1, the substrate storage case includes a case main body for storing the substrate and a shielding plate removably attached to the case main body, and the case main body and the shielding plate are engaged with each other. The shield plate and the case main body are coupled to each other, and the shield plate and the case main body are separable by disengaging the shield plate, and the board storage case mounting position and the substrate storage case of the machine are provided. The disengagement of the shielding plate coupling means is prevented when the substrate storage case is mounted and retracted, and the disengagement of the shielding plate coupling means is enabled when the substrate storage case is rotated from the mounted and retracted state. And a shielding plate coupling release restricting means for mounting and storing states, wherein the engaging plate is formed with the engagement portion releasably engaged with the engaged portion of the substrate storage case support portion. The configuration is such that the shielding plate after removal of the case body is configured to come into contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portion at the position where the setting release angle is rotated. When inspecting or replacing parts, it was necessary to separate the shielding plate from the case body once after removing the substrate storage case from the machine. Since the shield plate and case body can be separated while the shield plate is attached to the machine at the position rotated from the installed and stored state, operations such as inspection of the control board in the case body and parts replacement are possible. Can be easily performed. In addition, if the shielding plate after removing the case main body is rotated to the setting release angle position, the shielding plate comes into contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portion and is maintained in the setting release angle state. Can be removed. In addition, when the board storage case is installed and stored, where it is not necessary to separate the shielding plate and case body, separation of the shielding plate and case body can be prevented, and inspection and replacement of the board and components in the case body can be prevented. In this case, the case main body and the shielding plate can be separated by rotating the substrate storage case in the direction of increasing angle from the mounted storage state.

According to the invention of claim 2, the shielding plate coupling means includes a shielding plate coupling engaging portion on the case body and the shielding plate, and either one of the shielding plate or the case body is placed along the other. The shielding plate coupling engagement portion is engaged when sliding in the direction, and the engagement of the shielding plate coupling engagement portion is released when sliding in the opposite direction. When the state shielding plate coupling release restricting means engages the shielding plate coupling engaging portion of the shielding plate and the case main body and slides the sliding side when the engagement is released, and the machine The board storage case mounting position is provided with a shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion, and when the board storage case is in the mounting and storing state, the shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion is engaged and the sliding side is In the direction of releasing the engagement between the shielding plate and the case body, When the board storage case is rotated from the mounted storage state, the engagement of the shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion is released, and the sliding side is connected to the shielding plate and the case. Since it is configured to be able to slide in the direction of disengagement from the main body, the case main body and the shielding plate are slid by sliding the case main body or the shielding plate in a state where the substrate storage case is rotated from the mounting and accommodating state. Therefore, it is possible to easily perform the separation and connection work.

According to the invention of claim 3, the second substrate storage case is attached to the substrate storage case mounting position, and the substrate storage case is attached to the second substrate storage case in the mounting and storage state. Since the second board storage case and the first board storage case are provided with the shield-coupling release restricting means for the mounted storage state, the space is narrow. Can be used effectively. Further, conventionally, when a plurality of substrate storage cases are provided, the space for arranging the substrate storage cases is limited, so that it takes more time to attach and detach the substrate storage case when inspecting the machine and replacing parts. However, in the present invention, even when a plurality of substrate storage cases are provided in a narrow space, the substrate storage case can be easily attached and detached.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The design starts to fluctuate.

Various boards and devices for controlling the gaming machine 1 are attached to the back of the gaming machine 1 as shown in FIG. Each of the substrates is stored individually or in a plurality of types in a substrate storage case, and the entire substrate storage case is detachably attached to the substrate storage case mounting position. Main devices and board storage cases include: 22 is a tank, 23 is a guide rod, 24 is a power supply board storage case, 25 is a launch control board storage case, 26 is a payout control board storage case, and 27 is a card interface. A connection unit 28 is a dispensing device. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a display control board storage case 29 is attached to the back side 2 a opposite to the surface on which the game area 5 is formed in the game board 2. An audio / lamp control board storage case 60 and a main control board storage case 70 are attached to each other below the display control board storage case 29 via a mounting plate 30.

The display control board storage case 29 houses a control board for the display device 6 and is detachably attached to the back of the game board 2 with screws or the like. In the present invention, the display control board storage case 29 corresponds to a component detachably provided near the board storage case mounting position. In the display control board storage case 29, as will be better understood from FIG. 31, setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c including protrusions are formed at the lower portion of the back surface (the rear side of the gaming machine) 29a. A part projection 29d having the same height as the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c is formed at a position different from the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c (upper part in the illustrated example). By providing the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c and the component protrusion 29d as described above, the display control board storage case 29 is removed from the gaming machine when the display control board is inspected or replaced. When the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c and the component projection 29d come into contact with the surface of the work table or the like when the inner surface is placed on the work table or the like, the display control board storage case 29 Even when the back surface 29a is not flat, it is possible to stably hold the display control board storage case 29 on the surface of a work table or the like without rattling.

The setting release angle state maintaining units 29b and 29c are in contact with the main control board storage case 70 at a position where the main control board storage case 70 is rotated by a setting release angle from an attachment storage state described later. The height is set so as to prevent the control board storage case 70 from rotating.

In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to the mounting of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 and the main control board storage case 70 and the display control board storage case 29. Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described in detail mainly with respect to the mounting of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 and the main control board storage case 70 and the display control board storage case 29.

First, attachment of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 to the attachment plate 30 will be described. The mounting plate 30 is fixed to the back surface (back surface) 2a of the game board 2 substantially vertically along the vertical direction by fixing means such as screws. The illustrated mounting plate 30 is formed of a rectangular plate having a substantially uniform thickness, but may be partially uneven or may be different from a rectangle. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, openings 31 and 32 are formed in the mounting plate 30. The openings 31 and 32 in this embodiment are formed when the sound lamp control board storage case 60 is rotated as shown in FIG. 10 or when the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is turned as shown in FIG. When removed from the mounting plate 30, the back side 2 a of the game board 2 is exposed through the openings 31 and 32 so that the devices on the back side 2 a of the game board 2 can be inspected or replaced. In the present embodiment, the openings 31 and 32 of the mounting plate 30 correspond to the positions of the driving device for the start port 7 and the driving device for the special prize opening 8 provided on the back side 2 a of the game board 2. The driving device for the starting port 7 and the special winning port 8 is not limited to the driving device.

The required range of the mounting plate 30 that covers the openings 31 and 32 on the back surface (surface on the rear side of the gaming machine) 30a is a board storage case mounting position. The substrate storage case mounting position is provided with a second substrate storage case mounting portion 33 on one side in the left-right direction with the openings 31 and 32 being substantially in the center, and a second substrate storage case locking portion on the other side. 38 is provided. The distance between the second substrate storage case mounting portion 33 and the second substrate storage case locking portion 38 is substantially equal to the lateral width of the sound / lamp control substrate storage case 60.

The second substrate storage case attachment portion 33 includes a hollow block-shaped base portion 34 and two rotation support cylinder portions 35, 35 formed on the base portion 34. The two rotation support cylinders 35, 35 are substantially parallel to the mounting plate 30 on a surface 34 a far from the back surface 30 a of the mounting plate 30 in the base 34 of the second substrate storage case mounting portion 33. Furthermore, they are formed substantially vertically apart from each other in the vertical direction.

The second substrate storage case locking portion 38 includes a hollow block-shaped base 39 and a surface 39a far from the back surface 30a of the mounting plate 30 in the base 39 of the second substrate storage case locking portion 38. And a locking hole 40a surrounded by the locking hole frame 40. The locking hole 40 a penetrates in the horizontal direction parallel to the mounting plate 30.

On the other hand, the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 corresponds to a second board storage case and has a horizontally-long rectangular translucent box shape. It can be confirmed. The sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is inserted into the rotation support cylinders 35 and 35 in the second board storage case mounting portion 33 on the side of one end side in the lateral width direction (right end side in the illustrated example). Two support rotation pins 61, 61 that can be pulled out are formed vertically downward by a predetermined distance and substantially parallel to the sound / lamp control board storage case 60. The support rotation pins 61 and 61 have a diameter that can be inserted into the rotation support cylinder portions 35 and 35 and can be rotated.

Further, the side of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 on the other side in the lateral width direction (left end side in the illustrated example) is engaged with the second board storage case locking part 38 of the mounting plate 30. A locking claw 62 that is releasably engaged with the stop hole 40a is formed. As shown in FIG. 11, the locking claw 62 has a locking projection 63 formed on the outer surface of the elastic piece, and the locking claw 62 has a peripheral edge of the locking hole 40 a at the position of the locking projection 63. Engage.

Thus, according to the said structure, the attachment board different from the game board in which the game area | region was formed is provided, and the support part which can attach and support a board | substrate storage case to the said attachment board is provided. Note that a support part may be formed on the game board and the board storage case may be attached to the support part of the game board. In this case, for example, when changing the game board by changing the model, etc. There is a possibility that it takes time and effort to attach a support portion adjusted to the dimensions of the board storage case to the game board. However, according to the above-described configuration in the present embodiment, when changing the game board by changing the model, etc., the mounting plate formed with the support portion in a state matched to the dimensions of the board storage case is removed from the game board and left as it is. Since it suffices to attach to the next game board, the trouble of adjusting the support portion is reduced, and the attaching / detaching work becomes easy. Further, since the mounting plate can be reused, resources can be saved. In this case, the board storage case in this embodiment corresponds to the sound / lamp control board storage case 60, and the support portion is a second substrate storage case mounting portion comprising the base portion 34 and the rotation support cylinder portions 35 and 35. 33 corresponds to the second substrate storage case locking portion 38 including the base 39 and the locking hole frame portion 40. That is, the dimensions of the second substrate storage case mounting portion 33 and the second substrate storage case locking portion 38 formed on the mounting plate 30 are matched to the width of the sound / lamp control substrate storage case 60. When changing the game board, it is not necessary to change the dimensions of the second board storage case mounting part 33 and the second board storage case locking part 38, and further, the mounting plate is removed from the game board so that the next game board can be used. Since it is possible to attach the mounting plate, it is possible to reduce the possibility of taking time for the attaching / detaching work.

As shown in FIG. 9, the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is opened from above the mounting plate 30 with the required angle opened with respect to the mounting plate 30 standing substantially vertically. The support rotation pins 61 and 61 of the control substrate storage case 60 are inserted into the rotation support cylinders 35 and 35 of the second substrate storage case attachment portion 33 of the attachment plate 30 and attached as shown in FIG. It is done. Then, the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is rotated to the mounting plate 30 side with the support rotation pins 61, 61 as the rotation center, and as shown in FIG. By engaging the locking claw 62 of the case 60 with the locking hole 40 a of the mounting plate 30, the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is fixed in a stored state. The engagement between the locking claw 62 and the locking hole 40 a is configured to be engageable when the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is substantially parallel to the mounting plate 30. When the engagement state, that is, when the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is substantially parallel to the mounting plate 30, as shown in FIG. The end of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 on the side of the engaging claw 62 contacts the surface 39a of the base 39 of the portion 38, so that the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is on the mounting plate 30 side. It is comprised so that it may be supported from. Note that the voice / lamp control board storage case 60 is removed from the mounting plate 30 by the reverse operation of the mounting.

Further, as in the present embodiment shown in FIG. 12A of FIG. 12, when the audio / lamp control board storage case 60 is attached or detached, the first board storage case support part 41 and the corner part 60b, which will be described later, interfere with each other. In order to prevent the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 from being attached and detached, the surface 60a on the rear side of the gaming machine of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is provided with the support rotation pin 61. , 61 is formed with a recess 63 formed of a notch in the corner 60b. Note that the sound / lamp control board storage case 60A shown in the reference example of FIG. 12-B in FIG. 12 is a case where the corner portion 60b is not provided with a recess portion formed of a notch, and in that case, When the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is rotated and attached, the corner portion 60b of the sound / lamp control board storage case 60A interferes with the first board storage case support portion 41 and the attachment / detachment is performed. Is disturbed. With the above configuration, it is possible to easily and smoothly inspect or replace the devices on the back side 2a of the game board 2 without once removing the sound / lamp control board storage case 60. Further, when the voice / lamp control board storage case 60 is attached or detached, it can be easily and smoothly performed. That is, it is possible to reduce the risk of troublesome work.

Next, a structure for mounting the main control board storage case 70 to the mounting plate 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, the mounting position of the mounting plate 30 at the board storage case mounting position is a set above the second board storage case mounting portion 33 and the second board storage case locking portion 38. The first substrate storage case support portions 41, 41 are formed at a distance substantially equal to the lateral width of the main control substrate storage case 70.

The first substrate storage case support portion 41 corresponds to the substrate storage case support portion according to the present invention, and is constituted by an arm member 42 and an elastic piece 50 in this embodiment. The arm member 42 is made of a metal plate having a substantially L-shaped cross section whose base portion fixed to the back surface 30 a of the mounting plate 30 is bent at a right angle, and is erected vertically to the mounting plate 30. The front end portion of the arm member 42 and the elastic piece 50 attached to the front end portion constitute an engaged portion 43 for the main control board storage case 70. As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the engaged portion 43 is formed with a bearing portion 44 at the tip of the arm member 42. A bearing hole 45 penetrating in the horizontal direction in parallel with the mounting plate 30 is formed in the bearing portion 44, and the shaft portion is attached to and detached from a part of the periphery of the bearing hole 45 through the inside and outside of the bearing hole 45. A cut-out portion 46 made up of an opening for use is cut out. The removal portion 46 is notched at a setting release angle m1 that matches the attaching / detaching direction of the main control board storage case 70. In the present embodiment, the setting release angle m1 is an angle of 135 degrees from below to above with respect to the mounting plate 30 that is in a vertical state along the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the structure of the insertion part 77 of the shaft part 76 in the main control board storage case 70, which will be described later, constitutes an engagement release means and a prevention means for the board storage case 70 in the present embodiment. Further, a cut-and-raised claw 47 and a screw hole 48 for fixing the elastic piece 50 are formed in the vicinity of the middle between the tip and the base of the arm member 42.

In this embodiment, the elastic piece 50 is made of plastic, and as shown in FIG. 14, a fixing portion 57 for fixing to the outer surface of the arm member 42 is integrally formed. The elastic piece 50 has an approximately C-shape that is elastically deformable and has a distal end 50a that is larger than an opening for attaching and detaching the shaft portion that constitutes the removal portion 46 of the arm member 42. The arm member 42 is disposed on the periphery of the bearing hole 45 so that 46 is positioned. A pair of bearing portion side engaging claws 51, 51 are formed on the inner peripheral surface near the tip of the elastic piece 50 so as to be substantially opposed to each other. The bearing portion side engaging claws 51, 51 are elastically opposed to the shaft portion side engaging claws 81, 81 when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated at a set holding angle as will be described later. It is formed at the position of the piece 50. The fixing portion 57 is formed with a cut and raised claw insertion hole 58 and a screw insertion hole 59. The cut and raised claw 47 of the arm member 42 is inserted into the cut and raised claw insertion hole 58, the screw insertion hole 59 is aligned with the screw hole 48 of the arm member 42, and the screw insertion hole 59 and the screw are inserted. The elastic piece 50 is fixed at a predetermined position on the outer surface of the arm member 42 by inserting screws into the holes 48 and screwing them. Further, as will be described later, even when an outward force is applied to the elastic piece 50 when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated, there is a risk of damage or expansion of the elastic piece 50 caused by bending outward. Can be reduced by the cutting and raising claw 47. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the lower end of the mounting plate 30 accommodates the main control board when a main control board storage case 70 (described later) is in the mounted storage state (parallel to the mounting plate). A first substrate storage case locking claw 49 for locking the case 70 is formed.

Thus, according to the said structure, the attachment board different from the game board in which the game area | region was formed is provided, and the support part which can attach and support a board | substrate storage case to the said attachment board is provided. In addition, a support part may be formed on the game board, and a board storage case may be attached to the support part of the game board. In this case, for example, when changing the game board by changing the model, the next game It may take time and effort to attach a support portion adjusted to the dimensions of the substrate storage case to the board. The substrate storage case in this embodiment in this embodiment corresponds to the main control substrate storage case 70, and the support portion corresponds to the first substrate storage case support portions 41, 41 and the first substrate storage case locking claw 49. . That is, the dimension between the first board storage case support portions 41 and 41 formed on the mounting plate and the dimension between the board storage case support sections 41 and 41 and the first board storage case locking claw 49 are the main control board storage. Since it is matched to the case 70, when changing the game board, the dimension between the first substrate storage case support portions 41, 41 and between the substrate storage case support portions 41, 41 and the first substrate storage case locking claw 49 are changed. It is not necessary to adjust the dimensions, and the attachment plate can be removed from the game board and attached to the next game board. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the risk of troublesome attachment / detachment work.

The main control board storage case 70 corresponds to a first board storage case, and in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, a horizontally long rectangular translucent box-shaped case body 71, It comprises a metal shielding plate 73 which is laminated on the surface of the case body 71 facing the mounting plate 30 and is detachably coupled to the case body 71 by shielding plate coupling means. A main control board is accommodated in the case body 71. By providing the metal shielding plate 73, it is possible to prevent malfunction of each control board in the main control board storage case 70 and the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 due to generation of noise or the like generated from various parts of the machine. Is possible.

The case body 71 has four positions on the back surface (the surface facing the mounting plate 30) 71a (up and down when the main control board storage case 70 is mounted and stored (substantially parallel to the mounting plate 30)). A case main body side shield plate coupling engaging portion 711 is provided as the case main body side shield plate coupling means. The case main body side shielding plate coupling engaging portion 711 is formed of a substantially L-shaped engaging claw having a holding space 711S between the case main body and the back surface 71a of the case main body. From the left-right direction of 71, the shielding-plate-side shielding plate coupling engaging portion 731 of the shielding plate 73 can be inserted into and engaged with the holding space 711S.

Further, on the back surface 71a of the case body 71, a case body side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion 713 is provided as a case body side shielding plate coupling release restriction restricting means. The case body side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portions 713 are formed of linear ribs (projections) along the vertical direction, and are provided at two locations on the left and right sides of the back surface 71 a of the case body 71. In this embodiment, a plurality of linear ribs (projections) 715 extending in the left-right direction are formed in parallel on the back surface 71a of the case body. When the linear rib 715 is joined and separated by sliding one of the shielding plate 73 and the case body 71, the linear rib 715 comes into contact with the linear rib 715 to cause friction during sliding. Reduce resistance and facilitate sliding. Reference numeral 716 denotes a protrusion that prevents backlash between the case body 71 and the shielding plate 73 when the case body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are coupled, and presses the spring piece 739 formed on the shielding plate 73 during the coupling. To prevent the rattling. Further, since the protrusion 716 and the spring piece 739 are in contact with each other, noise generated from the substrate of the case main body 71 can be passed through the shielding plate 73. The spring piece 739 has a gentle inclination toward the case main body 71 when the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are joined, and the protrusion 716 is in contact with the inclined portion of the spring piece 739. You may comprise so that it may become. With this configuration, when the case main body 71 is slid with respect to the shielding plate 73, the protrusion 716 smoothly moves (guides) along the inclined portion of the spring piece 739. It is difficult for stress to be applied to the spring piece 739, and the risk of breakage or the like can be reduced. Further, since the spring piece 739 has an inclination, the protrusion 716 presses the spring piece 739, and it is possible to enhance the prevention of rattling between the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 and noise generated from the substrate. Or the like can be reliably passed through the shielding plate 73.

Further, on the right side surface of the case body 71, as will be described later, the main control board storage case 70 is rotated so as to increase the angle from the attached storage state to the rear side of the gaming machine, or the main control. A slide restricting elastic engagement piece 717 is formed to prevent and enable the slide when the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are separable when the substrate storage case 70 is removed from the gaming machine. Yes. The slide restricting elastic engagement piece 717 has a downward engaging claw 718 at the tip, and as shown in FIG. 20, the slide restricting engagement is formed on the right side wall 74a of the shielding plate 73 described later. The case 74 can be engaged with the periphery of the opening 741 when the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are coupled, and the engagement can be released by elastically deforming the slide restricting elastic engagement piece 717. .

As shown in FIGS. 16 to 19, the shielding plate 73 is large enough to cover the back surface 71 a of the case body 71 (note that the area of the bottom surface of the shielding plate 73 is larger than the area of the back surface 71 a of the case body 71. The shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 731 is formed as a shielding plate coupling means on the shielding plate side at a position corresponding to the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711. Has been. The shielding plate-side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 731 is configured by an engaging claw that can be inserted and engaged with the holding space 711S of the case body-side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711, and the case body-side shielding plate coupling. An L-shaped engaging portion disposing opening 731a is formed along the periphery of the engaging portion 711 so that the case main body side shielding plate coupling engaging portion 711 can be inserted and disposed. As shown in FIG. 18, the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 is inserted into the front end side opening portion 731b of the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion in the engagement portion arrangement opening portion 731a. By sliding the case body 71 in the right direction (or the shielding plate 73 in the left direction), the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engagement portion is inserted into the holding space 711S of the case body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711. As shown in FIG. 19, the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 and the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 731 can be engaged with each other. 73 can be combined. Further, as shown in FIG. 19, the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are separated from the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73, as shown in FIG. 717 and the sliding restricting engagement opening 741 of the shielding plate 73 are disengaged, and the case main body is slid leftward (or the shielding plate 73 rightward), so that the shielding plate side shielding plate is coupled. The engagement portion 731 is moved from the holding space 711S of the case body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 to the distal end side opening portion 731b of the case body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion, and the case body side shielding plate coupling is performed. The engagement between the engaging portion 711 and the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engaging portion 731 can be released.

Further, the case body side shielding plate coupling / releasing regulation engaging member is located on the shielding plate 73 at a position corresponding to the case body side shielding plate coupling / releasing regulation engaging portion 713 formed of the linear rib (projection). An opening 736 through which the joint portion 713 is exposed is formed. As shown in FIG. 18, the opening 736 has a state in which the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 is positioned at the front end side opening portion 731b of the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion. As described above, between the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 and the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion 731 engaged, the case main body side shielding plate coupling release restriction engagement It consists of a square of a size that exposes the portion 713.

As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, the opening 736 of the shielding plate 73 has a board housing case attachment position side shielding board coupling release restriction member formed on the back surface 60a of the sound / lamp control board housing case 60, as shown in FIGS. The joint portion 64 is inserted as shown in FIG. 21 when the main control board storage case 70 is mounted and stored, so that the case body side shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion 713 and the board storage case mounting position side are inserted. The engaging part 64 for restricting the shielding plate coupling is engaged. Thus, in the attached and retracted state, the case in a direction (left direction in FIG. 19) in which the case main body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 and the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 731 are disengaged. The main body 71 is prevented from sliding, and the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 are prevented from being separated. FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view taken at position FF of the case main body side shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion 713 in FIGS. 5 and 6, which shows the attachment and storage state of the substrate storage case 70. Further, when the substrate storage case 70 is rotated in the direction of increasing the angle from the attached storage state, for example, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, it is formed on the back surface 60a of the sound / lamp control substrate storage case 60. The board storage case attachment position side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion 713 is separated from the case body side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion 713, and the case body side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion 713. And the board storage case attachment position side shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion 64 are released, and the case body side shielding plate coupling engagement portion 711 and the shielding plate side shielding plate coupling engagement portion. The case body 71 can be slid in the direction in which the engagement of 731 is released (the left direction in FIG. 19). Reference numeral 738 in FIG. 16 denotes a positioning piece for positioning the case body position by contacting the right side wall of the case body 70 when the case body 70 is mounted at the correct position of the shielding plate 73. When the housing is in the mounted / retracted state, one engagement portion 711a of the four case body side shielding plate coupling engagement portions 711 is fitted into the recess 800 formed in the sound / lamp control board storage case 60. Thus, the sliding of the case main body 71 and the shielding plate 73 is more reliably prevented, and the separation is more reliably prevented. Further, when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated in the direction in which the angle is increased from the attached storage state, the engagement between the concave portion 800 and the engagement portion 711a is released.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 16 to 19 and 22, at least the upper part of the side part in the horizontal direction (the upper part in the attached storage state of the main control board storage case 70) of the shielding plate 73 stands on the rear side of the gaming machine. Side walls 74 and 74 are formed, and engaging portions 75 and 75 are formed on the outer surfaces of the side walls 74 and 74 at the top of the shielding plate 73, respectively. The engaging portion 75 includes a horizontal shaft portion 76 parallel to the shielding plate 73. The shaft portion 76 is provided with an insertion portion 77 inserted into the bearing hole 45 and a non-insertion portion 80 not inserted into the bearing hole 45 adjacent to each other in the length direction of the shaft portion 76. In the present embodiment, the shaft portion 76 is configured such that the base portion side of the shaft portion 76 fixed to the side walls 74 of the shielding plate 73 is the insertion portion 77, and the tip end side of the shaft portion 76 is the non-insertion portion 80. The screw B is inserted from the non-insertion portion 80 to the insertion portion 77 and is fixed to the outer surface of the side wall 74. Reference numeral 78 denotes a screw insertion hole formed in the shaft portion 76, which is formed to penetrate from the insertion portion 77 to the outer surface of the non-insertion portion 80. It should be noted that when the main control board storage case 70 is mounted and stored (substantially parallel to the mounting plate 30) at the lower end of the shielding plate 73, the first board storage case of the mounting plate 30 is locked. A locking portion 73 a that engages with the claw 49 is formed. With the first board storage case locking claw 49 and the locking portion 73a, the main control board storage case 70 can be fixed to the mounting plate 30 when the main control board storage case 70 is in the mounting storage state. It is.

In the insertion portion 77, the thickness dimension in the diametrical direction is such that the dimension n1 in one direction T1 is smaller than the dimension n2 in the other direction T2 of the two orthogonal directions T1 and T2. In the illustrated example, the insertion portion 77 is configured such that the outer circumferential side surface in the one-diameter direction of the columnar body having a circular cross section is a plane 79, the direction orthogonal to the plane 79 is T1, and the thickness dimension in the same direction T1 is n1, the direction parallel to the plane 79 was defined as T2, and the thickness dimension in the same direction T2 was defined as n2.

The thickness dimension in the diameter direction of the insertion part 77 in the shaft part 76 and the dimension of the removal part 46 including the bearing hole 45 and the shaft part attaching / detaching opening in the first substrate storage case support part 41 of the mounting plate 30. A general relationship will be described below with reference to FIGS. 13, 14, and 22 to 25. With respect to the insertion portion 77 and the bearing hole 45 in the shaft portion 76, the thickness n of the insertion portion 77 is a dimension n2 in the large direction T2 so that the insertion portion 77 is held in the bearing hole 45 and can be rotated. Is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter d1 of the bearing hole 45. Regarding the relationship between the insertion portion 77 in the shaft portion 76 and the removal portion 46 formed of the shaft portion attachment / detachment opening, the insertion portion 77 is connected to the removal portion 46 formed of the shaft portion attachment / detachment opening in the T1 direction. Of the opening for attaching and detaching the shaft portion that constitutes the removal portion 46 so that it can pass through the portions 77a and 77a having a small thickness dimension and cannot pass through the portions 77b and 77b having a large thickness dimension in the T2 direction. The opening dimension e1 and the thickness dimension n1 in the T1 direction and the thickness dimension n2 in the T2 direction of the insertion portion 77 are n1 ≦ e1 <n2. The relationship between e1 and d1 is e1 <d1. Note that a direction T2 having a large thickness dimension in the insertion portion 77 of the removal portion 46 and the shaft portion 76 is parallel to the substrate storage case 70 (parallel to the vertical width direction of the substrate storage case 70), and the thickness. The small dimension direction T1 is perpendicular to the substrate storage case 70 (the small thickness dimension direction T1 is the thickness direction of the substrate storage case 70). The above configuration corresponds to the disengagement unit and the disconnection prevention unit. That is, it is impossible to remove the main control board storage case 70 from the mounting plate 30 when the main control board storage case 70 is in the mounted storage state and the detachment state (in the present embodiment, at the setting release angle of 135 degrees). In this embodiment, the main control board storage case 70 can be attached to and detached from the mounting plate 30 in the attached / detached state (in the present embodiment, at the 135 ° setting release angle state).

In the present embodiment, the non-insertion portion 80 in the shaft portion 76 has a substantially disk shape provided at the outer end portion of the shaft portion 76, and has shaft portion side engaging claws 81, 81 on the outer periphery and temporary holding claws. 85 and 85 are formed at predetermined intervals.

As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 27-A in FIG. 27, the shaft-side engagement claw 81 is configured to fix the main control board storage case 70 at a fixed holding position at a set holding angle m2. The main control board storage case 70 can be held in a horizontal state of 90 degrees with respect to the vertical mounting plate 30, and as shown in FIG. When rotating in the direction of decreasing angle from an angle position larger than (90 degrees in this embodiment) to a smaller angle position, when the set holding angle (90 degrees in this embodiment) is reached, the mounting plate 30, the main control board storage case 70 is further rotated downward by engaging with a bearing part side engaging claw 51 of the elastic piece 50 provided in the first board storage case support part 41. Hold and fix. Further, the main control board storage case 70 is rotated in the reverse direction, that is, the main control board storage case 70 is rotated in an angle increasing direction from an angle position smaller than the set holding angle (90 ° in this embodiment) to a larger angle position. When this is done, the shaft-side engagement claw 81 does not engage with the bearing-side engagement claw 51 of the elastic piece 50 at the set holding angle (90 ° in this embodiment), and the main control is performed. The substrate storage case 70 can be further rotated in the direction of increasing the angle. The rotation restricting means is constituted as follows by the shaft portion side engaging claws 81, the elastic pieces 50, and the bearing portion side engaging claws 51. Here, the angle increasing direction is a direction in which the main control board storage case 70 is opened from the mounting and storing state to the detaching state (in this embodiment, the setting release angle state of 135 degrees), and the angle decreasing direction is the angle increasing. The direction opposite to the direction, that is, the direction in which the main control board storage case 70 is closed from the attached / detached state (in the present embodiment, the setting release angle state of 135 degrees) to the attached / stored state.

In order to enable rotation of the main control board case 70 and holding and fixing at the set holding angle m2 (90 ° in this embodiment), the shaft portion side engaging claws 81 and the bearing portion side engaging claws 51 are arranged. Is structured as follows.

The shaft-side engagement claw 81 and the bearing-side engagement claw 51 are configured so that the main control board storage case 70 rotates from a smaller angle than the set holding angle m2 to a larger angle. When the rotation angle exceeds, the collision surfaces 82 and 52 when the rotation angle increases and the main control board storage case 70 rotate from an angle larger than the set holding angle m2 to a smaller angle, and the set holding angle m2. The collision surfaces 83 and 53 at the time of reduction of the rotation angle that collide with each other at the time of reaching.

The collision surfaces 82 and 52 when the rotation angle is increased correspond to the shaft-side engagement claws 81 when the main control board storage case 70 rotates in the angle increase direction and collides at the set holding angle m2. However, the main control board storage case 70 is configured to have a gentle inclination (including a loose arc) that can easily get over the bearing portion side engaging pawl 51 and further rotate. Note that the degree of the gentle inclination is determined by the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 50 when the main control board storage case 70 rotates in the angle increasing direction and exceeds the set holding angle m2. The inclination angle (including the arc state) is determined in a range of 60 ° or less, for example, within a range in which the joint claw 81 can easily get over the bearing portion side engagement claw 51. Due to the above-described gentle inclination and the characteristics of the material of the elastic piece 50 (for example, use of bending), the main control board storage case 70 can be smoothly rotated to the set holding angle in the direction of increasing the angle without applying a relatively large force. It is possible to reduce the possibility that the elastic piece 50 or the like is damaged when a large force is applied to the elastic piece 50 or the like.

On the other hand, the collision surfaces 83 and 53 when the rotation angle is reduced reach the set holding angle m2 when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated from an angle larger than the set holding angle m2 to a small angle. When the shaft side rotation angle decreases, the collision surface 83 engages with the bearing portion side rotation angle decreases collision surface 53, and the shaft side engagement claw 81 engages with the bearing portion side engagement. It is configured with a steep slope (including an arc) so that it is difficult to get over the claw 51. Specifically, the collision surfaces 83 and 53 when the rotation angle decreases are free to rotate downward (angle decreasing direction) from the set holding angle m2 (90 degrees in this embodiment) by the weight of the control board storage case 70. By applying a downward turning force to the main control board storage case 70 which is steep enough to prevent movement and is held and fixed at the set holding angle m2, When the main control board storage case 70 is applied with a rotational force that is larger than the rotational force due to its own weight, the shaft-side engagement claw 81 is caused to elastically deform by the elastic piece 50 and the shaft-side engagement claw 51 Is determined within a range of about 70 to 90 degrees, for example. The rigidity of the elastic piece 50 is determined when the main control board storage case 70 is held and fixed at the set holding angle or when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated in the direction of increasing the rotation angle. Rigidity that allows rotation beyond the set holding angle.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the temporary holding claw 85 that temporarily holds the main control board storage case 70 in the mounting and storage state parallel to the mounting plate 30 is the shaft-side engaging claw of the non-insertion portion 80 in the shaft portion 76. 81 and 81 are formed. The temporary holding claw 85 holds the main control board storage case 70 by colliding with the bearing part side engagement claw 51 of the elastic piece 50 when the main control board storage case 70 is in the parallel mounting and storage state. By applying a force for rotating the main control board storage case 70 in the direction of increasing the angle, the main control board storage case 70 can be rotated by getting over the bearing portion side engaging claws 51 of the elastic piece 50. . Note that the temporary holding claw 85 is configured to have a gentle inclination and the characteristics of the material of the elastic piece 50 (for example, use of bending or the like), the angle increasing direction or the angle can be smoothly increased without applying a relatively large force. The main control board storage case 70 can be rotated to the parallel mounting and storage state or the set holding angle in the decreasing direction, and the possibility of breakage due to a large force applied to the elastic piece 50 or the like can be reduced. Is possible. The temporary holding claw 85, the first substrate storage case locking claw 49, and the locking portion 73a allow the main control board storage case 70 to be securely fixed to the mounting plate 30 for mounting and storage. Become. In this embodiment, in order to temporarily hold the main control board storage case 70 in the mounting and storage state parallel to the shaft portion side engaging claws 81 for fixing the main control board storage case 70 at the set holding angle m2. In addition to the configuration in which the temporary holding claw 85 is provided, by providing an intermediate holding claw between the shaft side engaging claw 81 and the temporary holding claw 85 and causing the intermediate holding claw and the bearing portion side engaging claw 51 to collide, The main control board storage case 70 may be temporarily fixed at a position at an arbitrary angle (for example, 30 degrees) between the parallel mounting and storing state and the set holding angle m2.

The main control board storage case 70 is attached to the main control board as shown in 26-A and 26-B of FIG. 26 after the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is first attached to the mounting plate 30. The storage case 70 is set to the engagement release position at a setting release angle m1 (135 degrees in the present embodiment) with respect to the mounting plate 30, and is inserted into the bearing hole 45 from the removal portion 46 of the bearing portion 44 of the mounting plate 30. The insertion portion 77 in the shaft portion 76 of the main control board storage case 70 is inserted (23-A in FIG. 23). At this time, the main control board storage case 70 is in contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c of the display control board storage case 29 positioned above and the surface of the case body 71, so that the insertion direction is easily determined. Thus, the insertion can be performed easily. In addition, the surface of the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c that comes into contact with the main control board storage case 70, that is, the contact surface S with the case main body 71 in the drawing, is the insertion direction of the main control board storage case 70 If it is formed substantially parallel to the same as the pulling direction described later), the insertion (removal described later) can be performed smoothly because it is easily guided in the insertion direction.

Next, the main control board storage case 70 after the insertion is rotated downward (23-B in FIG. 23). When the rotation reaches the position of the set holding angle m2 (90 degrees in this embodiment) shown in 27-A of FIG. 27, as shown in 24-A of FIG. The main control board storage case 70 is held and fixed by engaging the shaft side engaging claws 81 and is maintained in the set holding and fixed state. Subsequently, when the front end side of the main control board storage case 70 in the setting holding and fixing state is pushed downward to rotate the main control board storage case 70 downward (24-B in FIG. 24), 27 in FIG. As shown in -B, the temporary holding claw 85 gets over the shaft receiving portion side engaging claw 51 and is temporarily held, so that the main control board storage case 70 is mounted in the mounting storage position parallel to the mounting plate 30. Thus, it is in an attached and housed state (FIG. 25). In the attached and stored position, the locking portion 73a of the main control board storage case 70 is engaged with the first board storage case locking claw 49, and the main control board storage case 70 is fixed. Accordingly, the main control board storage case (first board storage case) 70 is disposed so as to overlap the sound / lamp control board storage case (second board storage case).

On the other hand, when the main control board storage case 70 is removed, the first board storage case locking claw 49 and the main control board storage case 70 in the mounting and storage state shown in FIG. The engagement of the locking portion 73a is released, and the main control board storage case 70 is rotated upward from the attachment storage position. Then, it rotates beyond the set holding angle m2 (90 degrees in this embodiment) to the disengagement position of the setting release angle m1 (135 degrees in this embodiment) shown in 26-B of FIG. 23-A) and the main control board storage case 70, the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b, 29c of the display control board storage case 29 located above and the surface of the case body 71 are in contact with each other, and more The rotation in the direction of increasing the angle is prevented and the set release angle m1 is correctly maintained. As a result, the removal portion 46 of the bearing portion 44 and the insertion portion 77 of the shaft portion 76 of the main control board storage case 70 are brought into agreement. In this state, the main control board storage case 70 is pulled away from the mounting plate 30 as shown in 26-A of FIG. 26, and the main control board storage case 70 is received from the bearing hole 45 of the bearing portion 44. The insertion portion 77 of the shaft portion 76 is extracted, and the main control board storage case 70 is removed. At that time, since the surface of the case main body 71 is in contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c, the main control board storage case 70 is easy to determine the removal direction (removal direction), and can be easily removed. Can be done. Further, the surface of the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c that comes into contact with the main control board storage case 70, in the drawing, the contact surface S with the case main body 71 is defined as the direction in which the main control board storage case 70 is pulled out. If formed substantially in parallel, the main control board storage case 70 can be removed smoothly because it is easily guided in the pulling direction.

Further, when the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is inspected, the main control board storage case 70 is moved from the mounted storage state to the set holding angle m2 (see FIG. 27-A). In this embodiment, the main control board storage case 70 is held and fixed at the set holding angle m2. As a result, the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is exposed, and the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 can be inspected in this state. It should be noted that the main control board 70 is held and fixed at the set holding angle m2, or is rotated in a direction larger than the set holding angle m2, or the main control board 70 is removed from the mounting plate 30. In this state, as shown in FIG. 10, if the sound / lamp control board storage case 60 is rotated, the back side of the game board 2 is exposed from the openings 31 and 32 of the mounting plate 30, and the game Equipment on the back side of the board can be inspected.

In this way, the board storage case (main control board storage case 70 in this embodiment) is disposed at a predetermined mounting and storage position (in the present embodiment, in a parallel mounting and storage state), and the mounting storage is performed. In the fixed holding position rotated from the position in the direction of increasing angle (in this embodiment, the direction of opening from the parallel mounting / accommodating state to the attaching / detaching state) and rotated to the set holding angle (m2 in this embodiment, specifically 90 degrees). The substrate storage case can be fixedly held, and is further rotated from the fixed holding position to the angle increasing direction and rotated to the set release angle (m1 in this embodiment, specifically 135 degrees). Since the setting release angle state maintaining unit and the substrate storage case are in contact with each other and the board storage case is prevented from further rotating in the direction of increasing the angle, the substrate storage case is maintained at the setting release angle position. K It is possible to easily detachable.

In this embodiment, the setting release angle state maintaining unit is removed from the gaming machine (in this embodiment, the setting release angle state maintaining unit is removed from the game board together with the display control board storage case) as shown in FIG. As described above, the board storage case (main control board storage case 70 in this embodiment) can be rotated further in the direction of increasing the angle than the setting release angle. However, when the rotation angle of the substrate storage case (main control substrate storage case 70 in this embodiment) is larger than the setting release angle, the shaft portion matches the missing portion as in the range smaller than the setting release angle. Disappear. Therefore, in the gaming machine, when the board storage case is at an angle different from the setting release angle of the engagement release position (specifically, other than 135 degrees), the board storage case is prevented from coming off by the removal preventing means. . With this configuration, for example, when the inspection is performed without removing the board storage case with the setting release angle state maintaining unit removed from the gaming machine, the board storage case is further set than the setting release angle at the disengagement position. It is possible to reduce the possibility that the substrate storage case is unexpectedly detached at the position where the rotation is performed. Therefore, if the substrate storage case is unexpectedly removed, the working efficiency is deteriorated, but such a fear can be reduced. Further, by removing the setting release angle state maintaining unit from the gaming machine, it becomes difficult to recognize the setting release angle position of the substrate storage case, so those who have not accurately recognized the setting release angle position of the substrate storage case, It takes time to attach and detach the substrate storage case. Therefore, for example, a person who illicitly attaches and detaches the substrate storage case takes time for an act of fraud and can improve fraud prevention.

In addition, the main control board storage case 70 may be prevented from rotating to the setting release angle position unless the case body 71 is removed from the shielding plate 73. That is, as shown in 29-A of FIG. 29, when the main control board storage case 70 is rotated in the angle increasing direction from the mounting storage position in a state where the case main body 71 is attached to the shielding plate 73, Before reaching the setting release angle (135 degrees in the present embodiment), the setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c of the display control board storage case 29 located above the main control board storage case 70 and the case body 71 may collide with the portion J, and the main control board storage case 70 may not be rotated to the setting release angle position. In this case, the main control board storage case 70 is rotated from the mounting and storage state shown by 30-A in FIG. 30 upward to increase the angle, and as shown in 30-B in FIG. The set holding angle at which the case main body 71 does not collide with the state maintaining portions 29b and 29c (90 degrees horizontal in the present embodiment) is set, and then the case main body 71 is moved in the separation direction (in the present embodiment in this embodiment). The case main body 71 is separated from the shielding plate 73 as shown by 30-C in FIG. Thereafter, as shown in 29-B of FIG. 29, when the shielding plate 73 is further rotated upward to increase the angle, the display control board storage case is set at the set release angle (135 degrees in this embodiment). The shielding release plate 73 is brought into contact with the 29 setting release angle state maintaining portions 29b and 29c and is maintained at the setting release angle. In this state, the shielding plate 73 is removed as shown by 29-C in FIG. From the above, it is possible to remove only the case main body when, for example, it is desired to perform inspection or the like only with respect to the case main body with the shielding plate attached to the board storage case mounting position. Even when the substrate storage case is rotated with the case body attached, the case storage body does not rotate to the setting release angle and the substrate storage case is removed because the case body hits the setting release angle state maintaining unit. It becomes difficult. Therefore, for example, a person who illicitly attaches and detaches the substrate storage case takes time for the act of fraud and can improve fraud prevention. In this embodiment, the case main body 71 is separated from the shielding plate 73 at the set holding angle. However, the present invention is not limited to this. If so, the case body 71 may be separated from the shielding plate 73 at any angle.

With this configuration, when the substrate storage case is rotated to the setting release angle, the substrate storage case comes into contact with the setting release state maintaining unit and the substrate storage case is further rotated. Therefore, the setting release angle position can be easily recognized, and the substrate storage case can be easily removed. In addition, when the substrate storage case is attached, the attachment operation can be easily performed because the substrate storage case can be brought into contact with the setting release state maintaining unit.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, It can change in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, the machine is not limited to a gaming machine and may be another machine. In this embodiment, the setting release angle state maintaining unit is provided in the display control board storage case, but it may be provided in a part of another machine or directly in the machine. Furthermore, the setting release angle state maintaining unit may be formed so as not to be detachable from the machine. In addition, the setting release angle state maintaining unit is not limited to a configuration in which the setting release angle state maintaining unit is formed by projecting a part of the machine or part. For example, if there is an outer surface of another part that comes into contact with the board storage case when the board storage case is set to the setting release angle, even if a protrusion is not formed for the setting release angle state maintaining part, the outer surface is set. It is good also as a cancellation | release angle state maintenance part.

Further, in addition to the setting release angle state maintaining unit in the present invention, rotation prevention that mechanically prevents the substrate storage case from rotating further from the setting release position in the angle increasing direction (for example, by a mechanism such as a gear and a claw). A mechanism may be added. With this configuration, it is possible to enhance recognition of the setting release angle.

Further, the setting holding angle and the setting release angle are not limited to the above values, and the setting holding angle and the setting release angle may be different values. The substrate storage case (first substrate storage case) is not limited to the one that stores the main control board, and the second substrate storage case is not limited to the one that stores the sound / lamp control board.

In the present embodiment, the engaging portion having the shaft portion is formed on the shielding plate, but it may be formed on the case body. In that case, separation of the case main body and the shielding plate in a state in which the substrate storage case is rotated from the attached and accommodated state means that the shielding plate is slid, and the shielding plate is on the sliding side. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the mounting plate is provided with a board storage case support, but from the back of the machine main body, the back of the game board, or from each winning ball provided in the game area, from the game balls and out holes. A board storage case support may be provided on a collective plate that once collects the discharged game balls on the back side of the game board. Furthermore, the shielding plate coupling means and the attached and retracted state shielding plate coupling release restricting means are not limited to the present embodiment, and may have other structures. Further, the board storage case attachment position side shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion may be provided on the back surface of the attachment plate, the machine main body, or the back of the game board, instead of being provided in the second substrate storage case. The machine is not limited to a gaming machine and may be another machine. Further, for example, the engaging portion may be formed separately on the case main body and the shielding plate, and when the case main body and the shielding plate are coupled, the respective portions may be coupled to form the engaging portion. Thereby, when the substrate storage case is engaged with the substrate storage case support part, it becomes difficult to separate the case main body and the shielding plate, and the substrate storage case composed of the case main body and the shielding plate can be easily attached and detached at the setting release angle. Become. Further, it is possible to prevent the case main body and the shielding plate from being unexpectedly separated when the substrate storage case is engaged with the substrate storage case support portion. In this embodiment, the shielding plate is provided. However, if not particularly necessary, the shielding plate may not be provided.

In the present embodiment, the coupling and separation of the shielding plate and the case main body are slidable. However, the present invention is not limited to this. As described above, the case main body and the shielding plate coupled by the slide type or the screw may be attached and detached at the setting release angle at the same time.

The mounting structure for a substrate storage case according to any one of (2) to (10).

(12)
(12)
The setting cancellation angle state maintaining unit is characterized in that a surface that contacts the substrate storage case at the setting cancellation angle position is formed substantially parallel to the insertion direction and the extraction direction of the shaft portion in the removal portion. The board storage case mounting structure according to any one of (1) to (11).

The effects (1) to (11) are as follows.
According to (1), a shaft portion is formed in one of the engaged portion or the engaging portion, and the shaft portion is inserted in the other to hold the shaft portion rotatably and the shaft. A bearing portion having a detachable portion that can be pulled out is formed, and the shaft portion and the bearing portion have the detachable portion at a position where the substrate storage case is rotated at a setting release angle from the mounted and stored state. The board storage case is provided with a disengagement means that can remove the board storage case in conformity with the board storage case. Since the setting release angle state maintaining unit that contacts the substrate storage case at a position where the release angle is rotated and prevents further rotation of the substrate storage case is provided, the substrate storage case can be removed. If you need a board If the storage case is rotated to the setting release angle, the substrate storage case is brought into contact with the setting release angle state maintaining unit and is maintained in the setting release angle state, so that the substrate storage case can be easily removed. .

According to (2), the setting release angle state maintaining unit is configured by a protrusion formed on a part of the machine other than the substrate storage case, so that the setting release angle state maintaining unit can be easily formed. Is possible.

According to (3), the setting release angle state maintaining unit is detachable from the machine, and the substrate storage case is removed from the mounting and storing state when the setting release angle state maintaining unit is detached. A structure that can be further rotated beyond the set release angle, and that the shaft portion does not match the removal portion at a rotation position that exceeds the set release angle, and removal of the substrate storage case is prevented. As a result, it is possible to prevent the substrate storage case from being unexpectedly detached when the substrate storage case is further rotated beyond the setting release angle.

According to (4), the substrate storage case is provided with a rotation restricting means that engages with each other at a position rotated by a set holding angle from the attached storage state to hold the substrate storage case at the set holding angle. As a result, if the board storage case gets in the way during machine inspection or parts replacement, the board storage case can be held and fixed at the set holding angle by rotating the board storage case to the set holding angle. Therefore, operations such as machine inspection and parts replacement can be easily performed.

According to (5), since the set holding angle is positioned between the mounting and storing state and the setting release angle, the board storage case can be moved to the set holding angle for machine inspection or component replacement. When rotating, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the substrate storage case is detached.

According to (6), the rotation restricting means causes the engagement at the position of the set holding angle with respect to the rotation from the angle position smaller than the set holding angle of the substrate storage case to the angle increasing direction. The substrate storage case is held and fixed by the configuration in which the engagement is generated at the position of the setting holding angle with respect to the rotation in the rotation angle decreasing direction from the rotation position larger than the setting holding angle. Can be distinguished from the rotation at the time of storage and the rotation at the time of storing the substrate storage case, and can be securely held and fixed.

According to (7), the substrate storage case includes a case main body for storing the substrate and a shielding plate removably attached to the case main body, and the substrate storage case is rotated at the position where the setting release angle is rotated. The case main body abuts on the setting release angle state maintaining portion, and the case main body and the shielding plate can be removed at the same time, and the case main body or the shielding plate is released to the engaged portion of the substrate storage case support portion. By adopting a configuration in which the engaging portion that can be engaged is formed, the case main body and the shielding plate of the substrate storage case can be easily detached at the setting release angle.

According to (8), the substrate storage case includes a case main body for storing the substrate and a shielding plate removably attached to the case main body, and the case main body and the shielding plate are engaged with the shielding by the engagement. A shielding plate coupling means for coupling the plate and the case main body so that the shielding plate and the case main body can be separated by disengagement, and the substrate storage case mounting position of the machine and the substrate storage case include the substrate An attachment and storage state that prevents the shield plate coupling means from being disengaged when the storage case is attached and stored, and enables the shield plate coupling means to be disengaged when the substrate storage case is rotated from the attachment and storage state. A time shield plate coupling release restricting means, wherein the shield plate is formed with the engagement portion releasably engaged with the engaged portion of the substrate storage case support portion, and the case Inspection and parts such as a control board in the case main body are configured such that the shielding plate after body removal comes into contact with the setting release angle state maintaining portion at a position rotated by the setting release angle. In the case of replacement, conventionally, once the board storage case was removed from the machine, it was necessary to separate the shielding plate and the case body. Since the shield plate and case body can be separated while the shield plate is attached to the machine, the inspection board for the control board in the case body and parts replacement can be easily performed. Can be done.

According to (9), the shielding plate coupling means includes a shielding plate coupling engagement portion on the case body and the shielding plate, and either one of the shielding plate or the case body is arranged in one direction along the other. When the sliding plate is engaged, the shielding plate coupling engagement portion is engaged, and when the sliding plate coupling engagement portion is slid in the opposite direction, the engagement of the shielding plate coupling engagement portion is released. When the shielding plate coupling release restricting means engages the shielding plate coupling engaging portion of the shielding plate and the case main body and slides when the engagement is released, and the substrate of the machine A shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion is provided at the storage case mounting position, and when the substrate storage case is in the mounted and stored state, the shielding plate coupling release restriction engaging portion is engaged and the sliding side is the shielding plate And slide in the direction of disengagement from the case body When the substrate storage case is rotated from the mounted storage state, the engagement of the shielding plate coupling release restricting engagement portion is released, and the sliding side is connected to the shielding plate and the case body. When the board storage case is rotated from the mounted storage state, the case main body and the shielding plate are separated by sliding the case main body or the shielding plate. Thus, it is possible to easily perform the separation and coupling work.

According to (10), the second substrate storage case is attached to the substrate storage case mounting position, and the substrate storage case is stacked on the second substrate storage case as the first substrate storage case in the mounted and stored state. And the second board storage case and the first board storage case are provided with a shield plate coupling release restricting means for the mounted and stored state, so that a narrow space is effectively used. Can be used.

According to (11), the setting release angle state maintaining unit includes a protrusion formed on a component detachably provided near the board storage case mounting position, and the component has the setting release angle state On the side where the projection for the maintenance portion is formed, a component projection having the same height as the projection for the setting release angle state maintenance portion is formed at a position different from the projection for the setting release angle state maintenance portion. For example, when removing a part from the machine and placing it on a work table or the like when inspecting the part, the part is released by the setting release angle state maintaining part protrusion and the part protrusion. Can be held without rattling.

According to the invention of (12), the surface of the setting release angle state maintaining portion that comes into contact with the substrate storage case at the setting release angle position is formed substantially parallel to the insertion direction and the removal direction of the shaft portion in the removal portion. With this configuration, the substrate storage case can be attached / detached by moving the substrate storage case along the contact surface of the setting release angle state maintaining unit, so that the substrate storage case can be smoothly attached / detached. Become.
