Description
排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定する目標パワー設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止しているときには前記内燃機関の運転が停止された状態で前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転しているときには前記設定された目標パワーが前記内燃機関から出力されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには所定の制約を用いて走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の運転を停止しているときには前記内燃機関の運転が停止された状態で前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転しているときには前記設定された目標パワーが前記内燃機関から出力されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。
排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには所定の制約を用いて走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し、前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定した要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定する目標パワー設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止しているときには前記内燃機関の運転が停止された状態で前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転しているときには前記設定された目標パワーが前記内燃機関から出力されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車であって、
運転者の近傍に配置され前記電動走行を指示する電動走行指示スイッチを備え、
前記目標パワー設定手段は、前記電動走行指示スイッチがオフとされているときの前記機関運転再開の際には前記触媒温度低下条件の成立に拘わらずに前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定する手段である、
ハイブリッド車。 - 排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには所定の制約を用いて走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド車であって、
運転者の近傍に配置され前記電動走行を指示する電動走行指示スイッチを備え、
前記要求駆動力設定手段は、前記電動走行指示スイッチがオフとされているときの前記機関運転再開の際には前記触媒温度低下条件の成立に拘わらずに前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定する手段である、
ハイブリッド車。 - 前記所定の出力制限は、前記触媒の温度が低いほど厳しくなる傾向の制限である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定の出力制限は、前記内燃機関の運転を再開する直前の前記電動走行の継続時間が長いほど厳しくなる傾向の制限である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定の出力制限は、上限に制限を課す制限である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記触媒温度低下条件は、前記触媒の温度が第1の温度未満となる条件である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定の復帰条件は、前記触媒の温度が前記第1の温度より高い第2温度以上となる条件である請求項8記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記触媒温度低下条件は、前記電動走行を第1の時間以上に亘って継続した条件である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定の復帰条件は、前記内燃機関の運転を再開したときから第2の時間が経過した条件または所定距離を走行した条件である請求項8または10記載のハイブリッド車。
- 車軸に連結された駆動軸に接続されると共に該駆動軸とは独立に回転可能に前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記駆動軸と前記内燃機関とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段を備える請求項1ないし11いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記駆動軸と前記出力軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機と、を備える手段である請求項12記載のハイブリッド車。
- 排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除すると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき目標パワーを設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の運転を停止しているときには前記内燃機関の運転が停止された状態で前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記内燃機関を運転しているときには前記設定された目標パワーが前記内燃機関から出力されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御方法。 - 排気を浄化するための触媒を有する浄化装置が排気管に取り付けられた内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とにより走行可能なハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記電動機からの動力により走行する電動走行を行なった後に前記内燃機関の運転を再開した機関運転再開の際に前記触媒の温度が低下している触媒温度低下条件が成立していないときには所定の制約を用いて走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、前記機関運転再開の際に前記触媒温度低下条件が成立しているときには所定の復帰条件が成立するまでは所定の出力制限をもって前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し、前記所定の復帰条件が成立した以降は前記所定の出力制限を解除して前記所定の制約を用いて前記要求駆動力を設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定した要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御方法。
