Description
スピン紋様を付した車両用計器板の実施例について説明する(図8に相当)。アルミニウム板としてアルミニウム板A1050H/1.0t厚みを使用し、このアルミニウム板に、車両用計器板の所定寸法にスピン模様を機械的に施した。この際、スピン紋様の同心円の溝の線幅は0.2mm以下、深さ5μm以下になるようにした。特に溝の深さは、三次元硬化樹脂に対する転写に重要な影響を与える。溝の深さが5μmを超えるようになった場合は、転写加工時に気泡発生の問題が生じ好ましくない。前述した図2、図3の装置を用いて、スピン紋様を付した樹脂シートを作成する。まず、スピン模様を施したアルミニウム板上に、紫外線硬化塗料を斑なく塗布した。ここでは、紫外線硬化塗料は(株)セイコーアドバンス製のウレタンアクリレート系を主剤としたUVA9117を使用した。斑なく塗布した紫外線硬化塗料の上に、厚み0.4mmの透明ポリカーボネート樹脂シートを配置した。スピン紋様を付したアルミニウム板、紫外線硬化塗料及び透明ポリカーボネート樹脂シートを重ねて、5Kgの荷重で平均的に圧力をかけ、透明ポリカーボネート樹脂シート側より、コンベアー式空冷UV乾燥機2灯型を使用し、紫外線を照射した。照射条件は、コンベアー速度4m/min、出力120W、積算光量600mJ/cm2であった。硬化後、アルミニウム板を、樹脂シートから剥離した。このようにして、アルミニウム板の装飾紋様を紫外線硬化樹脂層に転写した、精細な装飾紋様(スピン紋様)を有する樹脂シートを得た。転写された紋様は、紫外線硬化樹脂層に形成され、その紫外線硬化樹脂層はポリカーボネート樹脂シートに接着しているので、結果として、ポリカーボネート樹脂シートと三次元硬化樹脂層からなる樹脂シートにスピン模様が形成される。
携帯電話機の表示板周辺に使用した例を図14に示した。車両用計器板用と同様にして得たヘアライン紋様を付した樹脂シートを、携帯電話機の表示面の周囲に使用した。この際、シルク印刷により銀色又は黒色に着色したヘアライン紋様を付した樹脂シートとした。これらの装飾紋様を有する樹脂シートは、比較的厚みのある所謂樹脂板の状態で、機器の筐体自身を形成することもできるし、前もって別の樹脂シート(板)で筐体を形成しておいて、その上に装飾紋様を有する樹脂シートを貼りつけてもよい。
同様にして、電気・電子機器等の筐体用の装飾紋様を形成した樹脂シートを製造することができる。図15にはエアコンに使用した例、図16には電話機に使用した例を示す。これらは、同様に、比較的厚みのある装飾紋様を有する樹脂シート(板)で、機器の筐体自身を形成することもできるし、前もって別の樹脂シート(板)で筐体を形成しておいて、その上に装飾紋様を有する樹脂シートを貼りつけてもよい。
同様にして、スピン紋様を形成した樹脂シートを使用した携帯電話のボタン表示板を製造することができる。図17は、携帯電話のボタン表示板にスピン紋様を施した例を示した。スピン紋様が転写された樹脂シートのポリカーボネート板の裏側に、意匠文字等が透明になるように、シルク印刷を施した。ここでは、意匠文字以外は鏡面になるように、鏡面インキを使用し、シルク印刷を施した。

Claims (2)
- 透明樹脂シート上に紫外線硬化樹脂層が積層された樹脂シートであって、前記紫外線硬化樹脂層の透明樹脂側の反対面に、線溝の深さが20nm〜5μmの複数の線で描かれた線画紋様である精細な装飾紋様が形成され、前記透明樹脂シートの紫外線硬化樹脂層側又はその反対側の面にシルク印刷にて文字、数字を透明印刷したことを特徴とする精細な装飾紋様を有する樹脂シート。
- 透明樹脂シート上に紫外線硬化樹脂層が積層された樹脂シートであって、前記紫外線硬化樹脂層の透明樹脂側の反対面に、線溝の深さが20nm〜5μmの複数の線で描かれた線画紋様である精細な装飾紋様が形成され、前記透明樹脂シートの紫外線硬化樹脂層側又はその反対側の面に金属蒸着を施し、レーザ光により部分的に金属蒸着膜を除去し、文字、数字を透明加工したことを特徴とする精細な装飾紋様を有する樹脂シート。
