Description
Claims (17)
- 建物内外の歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素であって、
少なくとも1枚の光を透過しうるほぼプレート状の要素(14)と、照明装置とを有し、
前記照明装置は、前記プレート状要素の側端部に直接対向接続され当該プレート状要素の側端部からその中へ直接光を照射する少なくとも1つの発光源(16)を有し、
前記プレート状要素は、裏側面がインプリンティング処理若しくはサンドブラスチング・エッチング処理されて光を散乱させるように形成され、それにより前記光の少なくとも一部を元の照射方向に対してほぼ垂直に偏向し、その結果、前記プレート状要素(14)の表面から上方に放射されるように構成されており、かつ
上記プレート状要素は歩行可能および/または車両走行の重量負荷に耐えるために十分な材料強度を備えているものであり、
前記少なくとも1枚のプレート状要素は合わせガラスかる成る
ことを特徴とする歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素。 - 請求項1に掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、少なくとも1枚のプレート状要素(14)はガラス板またはプラスチックガラス板であることを特徴とする。
- 請求項2または請求項3に掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、少なくとも1枚のプレート状要素(14)は少なくとも片側が点網目(17)、線網目または類似の網目が印刷されていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項3までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、光散乱を惹き起こす欠陥構造がプレート状要素の少なくとも1枚の内部にレーザー光線により形成されていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項4までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、プレート状要素の少なくとも1枚の面の少なくとも片側は、光散乱のためにサンドブラスチング、エッチング、コーティング、彫刻、または粒子の貼付によって生み出される点網目、線網目またはその他の網目を有することを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項5までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、発光源(16)としては少なくとも1つのLEDまたはSMD、または他の発光ダイオード、好ましくは若干数のLEDまたはSMDが設けられていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項6までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、発光源(16)は1つの条片の上に設けられるか、または一列に設けられていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項7までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、プレート状要素(14、15)を囲む枠構造体(18)が設けられていること、そしてこの枠構造体は1つまたは複数の発光源(16)の少なくとも一部の上方を覆っていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項8までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素は1つのプレート状要素の側部または上に装着されているか、あるいは合わせガラス構造体の一部であるかいずれか1つである太陽電池要素を包括していることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項9までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、発光源(16)が白色光または有色光あるいはそれらの両方を放出するように発光源を制御するための制御装置(19)が設けられていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項10までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、発光源の制御を入射してくる昼間光に応じ、あるいは近くに人間がいるかいないかに応じ、または予め組まれている任意のプログラムに応じておこなう制御装置(20、21)ならびにセンサ(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項11までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、センサとしては少なくとも1つの光電池および/または移動センサ(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項12までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素は建物の床に埋め込まれている照明灯であり、そして周囲の床面と基本的に面一に連接していることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項12までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素は建物の内側または外側の階段踏み台(31、32)に埋め込まれているか、または1つの階段踏み台を形成していることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項12までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素は建物の外側の床領域に埋め込まれる、歩行可能な床照明灯(10)であること、そして基本的に周囲の床領域(25)と面一で1つの平面を成して連接していることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項12までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素は庭園灯または公園灯であることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1から請求項12までの1つに掲げる歩行可能および/または車両走行可能領域に用いる建築要素において、この建築要素はバルコニー床またはテラスに埋め込まれていることを特徴とする。
