Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a discharge member. More specifically, the present invention relates to a discharge member for a foamable aerosol product, which can discharge a wide range of foamable contents uniformly.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are aerosol products such as hair styling agents and sterilizing / disinfecting agents that are foamed after being discharged or discharged in a foamed state. The discharge member of these products has a stem insertion hole attached to the stem of the aerosol valve, and by opening the aerosol valve, the foamable content is introduced from the inside of the container through the stem insertion hole. Has a passage that moves while foaming, and a discharge hole that discharges to the outside in a foamed state.
[0003]
In an aerosol product provided with such a discharge member, for example, the discharge hole 32 of the conventional discharge member 31 shown in FIG. The foamable contents of the size of a ping-pong ball can be attached to the target by hand. Such a discharge member 31 is preferably used when it is desired to partially adhere the foamable contents or when it is not necessary to uniformly adhere the foamable contents, but the foamable contents are widely and evenly adhered. I can't let you.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, in order to widely discharge the foamable contents, the valve stem S of the aerosol container is formed at the narrow end of the main body 42 made of a flat hollow body having a spatula shape or the like. There is a discharge member 41 in which an introduction hole 43 communicating with the discharge hole 44 is formed, and a discharge hole 44 is formed at a wide end. The spatula-shaped discharge member 41 can discharge in the same size as the discharge hole 44 as long as it has a width of about 2 to 3 cm. However, even if the discharge hole 44 is simply enlarged, the discharge speed is near the discharge hole 44. A gradient is generated, and the width of the foamable content is smaller than the width of the discharge hole 44. Furthermore, since the foamable contents are not discharged in a completely foamed state, the foamable contents become large even after the discharge, and there is a problem that the foamable contents having a uniform thickness cannot be discharged.
[0005]
For example, in order to deodorize kitchen waste, there is a spray type aerosol product. Although this spray can cover the entire waste, it has a drawback that the deodorizing effect has a short duration because it is liquid. Instead of this, even if it is attempted to discharge the foamable contents with the discharge member 41, it is difficult to uniformly cover the entire garbage.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and provides a discharge member for a foamable aerosol product, which can discharge a wide range of foamable contents uniformly. Objective.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The discharge member of the present invention is a discharge member for foamable aerosol products,
(A) a flat hollow body, one end formed with an introduction hole communicating with a valve stem of an aerosol container containing foamable contents at one end, and a discharge hole formed at the other end;
(B) It is provided inside the main body and is connected to the introduction hole of the main body, and is composed of an injection pipe formed with a plurality of injection holes.
[0008]
In the main body, the foamable contents discharged from the injection holes collide with each other on the inner wall of the main body or the foamable contents, are changed in direction, and are discharged from the discharge holes in a completely foamed state. Is preferred.
[0009]
It is preferable that the width of the main body is increased from the introduction hole toward the discharge hole.
[0010]
It is preferable that an operation unit for pressing the valve stem of the aerosol container is provided.
[0011]
It is preferable that the injection hole is formed so as to face the inner wall of the main body.
[0012]
The injection pipe is connected to the introduction hole of the main body, the main pipe extends along the axial direction of the main body, the injection hole is formed at the front end, the rear end is connected to the main pipe, and extends along the width direction of the main body. It is preferable that the plurality of branch pipes extend.
[0013]
The lengths of the plurality of branch pipes are preferably shortened as they approach the introduction hole of the main body so that the foamable contents can collide with the inner wall even in a tapered main body. Alternatively, the length of the plurality of branch pipes is preferably increased as the length approaches the introduction hole of the main body in consideration of the discharge amount and discharge pressure of the foamable contents.
[0014]
It is preferable that the injection pipe is formed of a cylindrical body having a plurality of injection holes formed on a peripheral surface, and the size of the injection hole is made smaller as it approaches the introduction hole of the main body.
[0015]
It is preferable that at least a part of the injection pipe extends along the inner wall of the main body, and the plurality of injection holes are opened toward the axial center of the main body at a portion extending along the inner wall.
[0016]
It is preferable that two or more of the injection pipes are provided so that the foamable contents discharged from the injection holes collide with each other.
[0017]
The injection pipe is connected to the introduction hole of the main body, a main pipe extending along the axial direction of the main body, and a plurality of injection holes opening toward the bottom surface of the main body are formed, connected to the main pipe, It preferably comprises a branch pipe extending along the width direction of the main body.
[0018]
The injection pipe is connected to the introduction hole of the main body, and a main pipe extending along the axial direction of the main body and a plurality of first injection holes opening toward the bottom surface of the main body are formed and connected to the main pipe. A plurality of branch pipes extending along the width direction of the main body, a space for accommodating the branch pipes, and foaming bubbles emitted from the first injection holes, and opening toward the discharge holes of the main body. The branch pipe cover is preferably formed with the second injection hole.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the discharge member of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an embodiment of the discharge member of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state of injection of foamable contents of the discharge member of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a discharge member of FIG. FIG. 4 is a sectional explanatory view showing another embodiment of the discharge member of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 to 9 show still other embodiments of the discharge member of the present invention. FIG.
[0020]
The discharge member for the foamable aerosol product shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 includes a main body 1, an injection pipe 2, and an operation unit 3.
[0021]
The main body 1 is a flat hollow body having a shape such as a spatula, a space 4 for foaming the foamable contents is formed therein, and the valve of the aerosol container A that houses the foamable contents at one end. An introduction hole 5 communicating with the stem S is formed, and a discharge hole 6 is formed at the other end. The main body 1 is made of a material such as a synthetic resin such as polyacetal, nylon, or polyethylene terephthalate.
[0022]
Moreover, since the main body 1 is formed to have a shape such as a spatula, specifically, the width becomes wider from the introduction hole 5 toward the discharge hole 6, the bubbles can be discharged more widely and uniformly. . And since the level | step-difference part 1a lower than another peripheral part is formed in the lower part among the peripheral edges of the discharge hole 6 of the main body 1, it is easy to discharge a bubble to a downward direction.
[0023]
The injection pipe 2 is provided inside the main body 1, one end is connected to the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1, and the other end is at least one set, preferably about three sets, so as to face the inner walls 7 on both sides of the main body 1. 11 is formed.
[0024]
The operation unit 3 has a lower end 3 a connected to the valve stem S in order to press the valve stem S of the aerosol container A. The upper end 3 b of the operation unit 3 is inserted into the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 and connected to the communication hole 10 of the injection pipe 2. Therefore, the valve stem S and the injection pipe 2 communicate with each other through the communication hole 14 formed in the operation unit 3. In addition, a pair of bars 12 and 13 for hooking fingers are provided on the operation unit 3 so as to be easily pressed with one hand.
[0025]
Examples of foamable contents that can be discharged by the discharge member of the present invention include hair styling agents, hair dyes, permanent agents, anti-inflammatory analgesics, deodorants, bactericides, insect repellents, and insecticides.
[0026]
Next, a method for injecting foamable contents using the discharge member of the present embodiment will be described.
[0027]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the foam stem is sprayed from the valve stem S by pressing the valve stem S by pulling the index finger and the middle finger on the bars 12 and 13 of the operation unit 3, respectively. 14 is introduced into the injection pipe 2 inside the main body 1.
[0028]
The foamable content introduced into the injection pipe 2 passes through the main pipe 8 and is then injected from the injection hole 11 at the tip of the branch pipe 9 extending in the horizontal direction, and foams in the space 4 inside the main body 1. At this time, since the injection hole 11 is formed so as to face the inner wall 7 of the main body 1, the foamable content collides with the inner wall 7 of the main body 1 while being foamed and changes its direction upward. The foamable content completely foams inside the space 4 and proceeds to the position of the discharge hole 6 inside the main body 1. After that, in the vicinity of the discharge hole 6, the foamable contents are extruded almost simultaneously, that is, the discharge speed is constant, so that the foamable contents are discharged widely and uniformly.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the lengths of the plurality of branch pipes 9 become shorter as they approach the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1, so that all the injection holes 11 and the inner wall 7 of the tapered main body 1 are formed. The distance between is almost constant. Therefore, all the foamable contents that have come out of the injection holes 11 can collide with the inner wall 7 and can be redirected upward.
[0030]
In addition, the discharge member of the present invention can adopt various modes as long as the foamable contents can be foamed uniformly within the main body 1.
[0031]
For example, as another embodiment of the present invention, in the discharge member shown in FIG. 4, the injection pipe 15 is connected to the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 (specifically, the upper end portion 3b of the operation unit 3), The main pipe 16 extends along the axial direction of the main body 1, the injection hole 17 a is formed at the front end, the rear end is connected to the main pipe 16, and the plurality of branch pipes 17 extend along the width direction of the main body 1. The lengths of the plurality of branch pipes 17 become longer as they approach the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1.
[0032]
In FIG. 4, the foamable contents coming out from the injection holes 17a have a smaller discharge amount and discharge pressure as they approach the tip of the main pipe 16a. Therefore, if the length of the plurality of branch pipes 17 is made longer as approaching the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 so as to correspond to that, the foamable contents coming out of the respective injection holes 17a have the flow direction in FIG. As indicated by a two-dot chain line indicating an arrow or a region, the foamable contents discharged from the injection hole on the introduction hole side collide with the inner wall, change direction, and foam discharged from the injection hole on the discharge hole side. The direction of the content is changed by the foamable content from the introduction hole side. Further, in the vicinity of the upper discharge hole 6 in the figure, the foamable contents are almost completely foamed and flattened, and the discharge speed is kept constant and extruded. As a result, the foamable contents are discharged widely and uniformly.
[0033]
Next, as still another embodiment of the present invention, in the discharge member shown in FIG. 5, the injection pipe 18 is formed of a cylindrical body having a plurality of injection holes 19a, 19b, and 19c formed on the peripheral surface. The sizes of the holes 19a, 19b, and 19c are set so as to decrease as they approach the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 (specifically, the upper end portion 3b of the operation unit 3). For example, by changing the size of the opening so that the opening diameters of the injection holes 19a, 19b, and 19c become smaller in order, the discharge speed and the discharge amount are adjusted, and the same effect as the discharge member of FIG. The foam foamed inside 1 can be finally pushed out from the discharge hole 6 uniformly.
[0034]
Furthermore, as still another embodiment of the present invention, in the discharge member shown in FIG. 6, the injection pipe 20 extends at least partially along the inner wall 7 of the main body 1 to a portion 20 a extending along the inner wall 7. A plurality of injection holes 21 are opened toward the axis of the main body 1. Further, a horizontal portion 20b extending horizontally along the bottom surface of the main body 1 is integrally provided at the lower end of the injection tube portion 20a, and the horizontal portion 20b is connected to the main body 1 via the upper end portion 3b of the operation portion 3. To the introduction hole 5. Also in this embodiment, by changing the size and direction of the injection hole, the same effect as the discharge member of FIG. 4 can be obtained. With this configuration, the foam foamed inside the main body 1 is finally discharged into the discharge hole 6. Can be extruded evenly.
[0035]
Further, as an improved example of FIG. 6, as shown in FIG. 7, two or more, preferably two, injection tubes 20 extending along the inner wall 7 so that bubbles discharged from the injection holes 21 collide with each other. If it is provided to the extent, it is possible to uniformly extrude bubbles and increase the discharge amount. In this embodiment, the foamable contents are changed in direction due to the collision of the bubbles, and are extruded uniformly from the discharge holes.
[0036]
As still another embodiment of the present invention, in the discharge member shown in FIG. 8, the injection pipe 22 is connected to the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 (specifically, the upper end portion 3b of the operation unit 3). A main pipe 23 extending along the axial direction of the main body 1 and a plurality of injection holes 24a that open toward the bottom surface 1b of the main body 1 are formed, connected to the main pipe 23, and extending along the width direction of the main body 1 24. With this configuration, the foam discharged from the injection hole 24a first moves downward in the figure, collides with the bottom surface 1b of the main body 1, is redirected, and then moves upward along the inner wall 7 in the figure. Are extruded from the discharge hole 6 widely and uniformly.
[0037]
Furthermore, as still another embodiment of the present invention, in the discharge member shown in FIG. 9, the injection pipe 25 is connected to the introduction hole 5 of the main body 1 (specifically, the upper end portion 3b of the operation portion 3). The main pipe 26 extending along the axial direction of the main body 1 and a plurality of first injection holes 27a that open toward the bottom surface 1b of the main body 1 are formed, connected to the main pipe 26, and extended along the width direction of the main body 1. A branch pipe 27 and a space 28 a that accommodates the branch pipe 27 and foams bubbles from the first injection holes 27 a and has a plurality of second injection holes 28 b that open toward the discharge holes 6 of the main body 1. The branch pipe cover 28 is formed. With this configuration, after the foamable content passes through the main pipe 26 and the branch pipe 27, the foamable content is injected into the space portion 28a of the branch pipe cover 28 from the first injection holes 27a and is foamed inside the space portion 28a. After that, it moves upward in the space 28 a and is injected into the main body 1 from the plurality of second injection holes 28 b at the upper end of the branch pipe cover 28. Next, the foamable content is further foamed inside the main body 1 and finally is pushed out widely and uniformly from the upper discharge hole 6 in the figure.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the foamable contents can be discharged widely and uniformly. Therefore, even when foaming hairdressing materials, garbage deodorants, and the like are discharged, bubbles can be adhered to the object with a desired thickness and evenly by a single discharge.
