Description
Claims (5)
- 浮遊させられたガラスリボンを製作するためのフロート設備の供給通路内で、ガラス溶融物を調量するための装置であって、当該装置が少なくとも1つの遮断スライダ(ツイール)(20,30)を有し、該遮断スライダ(20,30)がその表面に、少なくとも部分的に、貴金属合金を含有する層を備えている形式のものにおいて、前記貴金属合金が、白金と金とを有し、前記遮断スライダ(20,30)が、ガラス溶融物(12)内へのその最大浸漬深さの領域に、貴金属合金を有している前記層(22)を備えており、前記貴金属合金が2から8重量%の金を有しており、前記遮断スライダ(20,30)がセラミックスから成る基体(21)を有し、該基体(21)が泥漿鋳込みされかつ焼結されたシリカセラミックス(溶融シリカ)から成っていることを特徴とする、浮遊させられたガラスリボンを製作するためのフロート設備の供給通路内でガラス溶融物を調量するための装置。
- 前記貴金属合金が5重量%の金を有している、請求項1記載の装置。
- 遮断スライダ(20,30)が、ほぼ直方体形に形成されていて、ガラス溶融物(12)に向けられた下縁部で凸状に湾曲しており、該湾曲がガラス溶融物(12)の流れ方向に向けられており、遮断スライダ(20,30)の幅が供給通路(11)の全幅にわたって延びている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 供給通路(11)内に少なくとも2つの遮断スライダ(20,30)が配置されており、フロート浴に向けられた方の遮断スライダ(20)によって、供給通路(11)を出ていくガラス溶融物(12)のガラス量が調量可能であり、フロート浴から離反した方の遮断スライダ(30)によって、供給通路(11)内のガラス溶融物(12)が遮断可能および解放可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記層(22)が1200〜1400°Cの温度範囲においては、ガラス溶融物(12)によってほとんど濡らされない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
