Description
Claims (5)
- 加工ヘッドを着脱自在に支持する力センサと、
前記力センサで検出される荷重に基づき検出した加工ヘッドの重量、および、各種の加工ヘッドの重量を特定する重量データの比較に基づき加工ヘッドを識別する制御回路とを備えることを特徴とする加工装置向け識別ユニット。 - 移動体と、
前記移動体に結合される力センサと、
前記力センサに着脱自在に連結される接触体と、
前記移動体に連結されて、前記移動体の移動を生み出す駆動力を発揮する駆動源と、
前記力センサおよび前記駆動源に接続されて、前記力センサで検出される荷重に基づき前記駆動源を制御する制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記力センサで検出される荷重に基づき検出した接触体の重量、および、各種の接触体の重量を特定する重量データの比較に基づき接触体を識別することを特徴とする加圧装置。 - 請求項2に記載の加圧装置において、前記制御回路は、識別した接触体に応じて接触体の制御パラメータを設定することを特徴とする加圧装置。
- 水平面に沿って表面を規定する作業テーブルと、
前記作業テーブルの表面に向き合わせられる加工ヘッドと、
前記加工ヘッドを着脱自在に支持する力センサと、
前記力センサに結合される移動体と、
前記移動体に連結されて、前記移動体の移動を生み出す駆動力を発揮する駆動源と、
前記力センサおよび前記駆動源に接続されて、前記力センサで検出される荷重に基づき前記駆動源を制御する制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記力センサで検出される荷重に基づき検出した加工ヘッドの重量、および、各種の加工ヘッドの重量を特定する重量データの比較に基づき加工ヘッドを識別することを特徴とする加工装置。 - 請求項4に記載の加工装置において、前記制御回路は、識別した加工ヘッドに応じて加工ヘッドの制御パラメータを設定することを特徴とする加工装置。
