Claims (5)
- クロマトグラフ(1)と質量分析装置(8)の間の連結装置であり、前記連結装置が前記クロマトグラフの最終検出器(5)と前記分析装置の間の閉じられたインターフェースを備え、前記インターフェースが、前記分析装置に導かれる毛細管(7)が中に押し込まれた、前記クロマトグラフから出る管(6)と、温度調節手段(14、15)とを備えるような連結装置であって、前記連結装置が前記クロマトグラフから出る前記管内に圧力センサ(18)を備え、それを介して前記温度調節手段を制御する制御モジュール(12)がデータを受信することを特徴とする連結装置。
- クロマトグラフ(1)と質量分析装置(8)の間の連結装置であり、前記連結装置が前記クロマトグラフの最終検出器(5)と前記分析装置の間の開かれたインターフェースを備え、前記インターフェースが、前記分析装置に導かれる毛細管(7)が中に押し込まれた、前記クロマトグラフから出る管(6)と、温度調節手段(14、15)とを備えるような連結装置であって、前記連結装置が前記クロマトグラフから出る前記管を介する流量センサ又は漏れ検出器(10)を備え、それを介して前記温度調節手段を制御する制御モジュール(12)がデータを受信することを特徴とする連結装置。
- クロマトグラフ(1)と質量分析装置(8)の間の連結装置であり、前記連結装置が前記クロマトグラフの最終検出器(5)と前記分析装置の間の開かれたインターフェースを備え、前記インターフェースが、前記分析装置に導かれる毛細管(7)が中に押し込まれた、前記クロマトグラフから出る管(6)と、温度調節手段(14、15)とを備えるような連結装置であって、前記連結装置が前記質量分析装置のチャンバ内に圧力センサ(16)を備え、それを介して前記温度調節手段を制御する制御モジュール(12)がデータを受信することを特徴とする連結装置。
- マイクロクロマトグラフからの出力が請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の自動化された連結装置を介して質量分析装置の入力に接続される、マイクロクロマトグラフと質量分析装置を備える分析装置。
- 吸着後の熱脱着に基づいてマイクロクロマトグラフの入力側に前濃縮装置も設けられる請求項4に記載の分析装置。
