Description
Claims (26)
- 下記を備える遮蔽可能な針デバイス:
近位端と反対側の遠位端とを備える針カニューレ;
前記針カニューレの前記近位端に実質的に隣接した近位位置から、先端ガードが前記針カニューレの前記遠位端を防護用に包囲する遠位位置まで、前記針カニューレに沿って軸方向に移動可能な先端ガード;および
前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置まで移動させるための前記先端ガードに連結された駆動機構であって、この駆動機構は複数の折り目を備えた一体構造物からなり、該折り目の少なくとも2つは、トリガーを形成するために1つの共通のつなぎ目で交差しているヒンジを画成し、前記駆動機構は、前記先端ガードを前記近位位置に保持するための第1の自立形状を保持することができ、かつ前記第1自立形状から前記トリガーに力を加えた時には前記先端ガードが前記遠位位置に動かされた第2の伸長形状に偏向させることができ、それにより折り目により画成された前記交差ヒンジは前記共通のつなぎ目から少なくとも部分的に広がるようになる駆動機構。 - 前記一体構造物が複数の折り目を備えた剛性で可撓性の平面シート材料からなる、請求項1に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記針カニューレの前記近位端に装着されたハブをさらに備え、前記駆動機構が前記ハブと前記先端ガードとを相互連結している、請求項1に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記駆動機構が前記針デバイスに沿って配置された背びれの形態である、請求項1に記載の針デバイス。
- 下記を備える遮蔽可能な針デバイス:
a)近位端と反対側の遠位端とを有する針カニューレ;
b)前記針カニューレの前記近位端に装着されたハブ;
c)前記ハブに実質的に隣接した近位位置から先端ガードが前記針カニューレの前記遠位端を防護用に包囲する遠位位置まで前記針カニューレに沿って軸方向に移動可能な先端ガード;および
d)前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置まで移動させるための駆動機構であって、この駆動機構は、前記ハブと前記先端ガードとの間に相互連結された1枚の平面材料から構成され、前記平面材料は複数の折り目を備え、これらの折り目の少なくとも2つは、前記駆動機構に少なくとも1つのトリガーを付与するために、前記針デバイスに沿って配置された背びれ形状を形成する交差ヒンジを画成しており、前記少なくとも1つのトリガーと前記交差ヒンジは、前記少なくとも1つのトリガーの作動により前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置に移動させて、前記折り目を少なくとも部分的に広げるために連係する駆動機構。 - 前記平面材料が剛性で可撓性の材料からなる、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記平面材料がプラスチック材料からなる、請求項6に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリプロピレンである、請求項7に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記平面材料が紙からなる、請求項6に記載の針デバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの前記交差ヒンジが1つの共通のつなぎ目において交差して前記トリガーを形成する、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記トリガーに加えた外圧により、前記複数の折り目の少なくとも1つが開いて、それにより前記駆動機構を作動させ、前記先端ガードを前記遠位位置に移動させる、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記先端ガードが、プラスチック材料から形成された先端ガードハウジングと、前記ハウジングに装着された金属製バネクリップとを備え、前記バネクリップは、前記先端ガードが前記近位位置にある時には針カニューレに当たって偏倚していて、前記先端ガードが前記遠位位置にある時には前記針カニューレの前記遠位端にかぶさるようにレジリエンスにより移動する、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記ハブが採血セットの可撓性チューブに連結するように適合している、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 前記ハブが皮下注射器を取付けるための手段をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の針デバイス。
- 下記を備える遮蔽可能な採血セット:
前記採血セットを受け器に連結するための取付け具;
前記取付け具に連結された第1端部と反対側の第2端部とを有する可撓性チューブ;
前記可撓性チューブの前記第2端部に装着されたハブ;
前記ハブに連結された近位端と、前記ハブから突出している遠位端と、前記可撓性チューブおよび前記取付け具と流体連通している内腔、とを有する針カニューレ;
前記ハブに実質的に隣接した近位位置から前記針カニューレの前記遠位端を包囲する遠位位置まで前記針カニューレに沿って軸方向に移動可能な先端ガード;および
前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置まで移動させるための駆動機構であって、この駆動機構は、前記ハブと前記先端ガードとの間に確実に相互連結された平面材料から構成され、前記平面材料は複数の折り目を備え、これらの折り目の少なくとも2つは、前記駆動機構を作動させて前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置に移動させるための少なくとも1つのトリガーを形成するために1つの共通のつなぎ目で交差したヒンジを画成しており、前記トリガーに加えた外圧により、前記複数の折り目の少なくとも1つが前記交差ヒンジで開くことにより、前記駆動機構を作動させ、前記先端ガードを前記遠位位置に移動させる駆動機構。 - 前記針カニューレに摩擦係合し、前記針カニューレを確実に包囲するパッケージングカバーをさらに備える、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 前記先端ガードが貫通穴を有する剛性ハウジングを備え、前記針カニューレが前記貫通穴内に摺動可能に配置され、前記先端ガードが、前記先端ガードが前記近位位置から前記遠位位置に向かって動く時に前記針カニューレに付き当たって摺動係合するように形状付与された、前記ハウジングに装着された金属製クリップをさらに備え、前記金属製クリップは、前記先端ガードが前記遠位位置に到達した時に前記針カニューレの前記遠位端を防護のために覆うような寸法と配置になっている、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 前記平面材料が剛性で可撓性の材料からなる、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 前記平面材料が紙からなる、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 前記平面材料がプラスチック材料からなる、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 前記駆動機構が前記針デバイスに沿って配置された背びれの形態である、請求項15に記載の採血セット。
- 下記を備える遮蔽可能な両頭針アセンブリ:
近位端および遠位端と、それらの間に通じる内部通路とを有するハブ;
前記ハブの内部通路に通されている針カニューレであって、前記ハブの前記遠位端から突出する静脈内穿刺先端を持つ遠位端と、前記ハブの前記近位端から突出する非患者用穿刺先端を持つ近位端とを備える針カニューレ;
前記ハブに実質的に隣接した近位位置から前記針カニューレの前記遠位端の前記静脈内穿刺先端を包囲する遠位位置まで前記針カニューレに沿って軸方向に移動可能な先端ガード;および
前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置まで移動させるための駆動機構であって、この駆動機構は、前記ハブと前記先端ガードとの間に確実に相互連結された平面材料から構成され、前記平面材料は複数の折り目を備え、これらの折り目の少なくとも2つは、前記先端ガードを前記近位位置から前記遠位位置に移動させるために前記駆動機構を作動させるための少なくとも1つのトリガーを形成するために、1つの共通のつなぎ目で交差するヒンジを画成しており、前記トリガーに加えた外圧により、前記交差ヒンジにおいて前記複数の折り目の少なくとも1つが開いて、それにより前記駆動機構を作動させ、前記先端ガードを前記遠位位置に移動させる駆動機構。 - 前記ハブの前記近位端が針ホルダーとの取付けのための手段を備える、請求項22に記載の針アセンブリ。
