Claims (24)
- 固定床触媒の存在下で酸素分子を含有するガス流を用いる塩化水素の気相酸化により塩素を製造する方法において、この方法を、反応器縦方向で相互に平行に配置されていて、それらの端部で管板(3)中に固定されている接触管(2)の管束を有し、反応器(1)の両端にそれぞれ1個のフード(4)を有し、かつ接触管(2)の間の中間スペース(5)内で反応器縦方向に対して垂直に配置されていて、反応器(1)の内壁のきわに交互に、対向している流路(7)を空ける1以上のじゃま板(6)を有する反応器であって、この際、接触管(2)には固定床触媒が充填されており、塩化水素及び酸素分子を含有するガス流が反応器の1端部からフード(4)を経て接触管(2)に導通され、ガス状反応混合物が反対側の反応器端部から第2のフード(4)を経て取り出され、かつ、液状熱交換媒体が中間スペース(5)を通り接触管(2)の周りに導びかれる、流路(7)の範囲内に管を有しない反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、塩化水素の気相酸化により塩素を製造する方法。
- 方法を、じゃま板(6)を有する円筒形の反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その中の全てのじゃま板(6)がそれぞれ同じ大きさの流路(7)を空ける、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その中の各々の流路(7)の面積がそれぞれ反応器断面積の5〜30%である、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、100〜20000本の接触管(2)を有する反応器中で実施すること特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その中の各々の接触管(2)が1〜10mの範囲の長さを有する、反応器(1)中で実施すること特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その中の各々の接触管(2)が1.5〜5.0mmの範囲の壁厚及び10〜70mmの範囲の管内径を有する、反応器(1)中で実施すること特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その接触管(2)が反応器(1)の内部スペース内に、分離比、即ち直接隣接している接触管(2)の中心点の距離と接触管(2)の外径との比が1.15〜1.6の範囲内にあるように配置されている、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、その中の接触管(2)とじゃま板(6)との間に0.1〜0.4mmのギャップ(20)が存在する、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- じゃま板(6)が、流路(7)の範囲を除いて反応器内壁に液密に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、そのじゃま板(6)が6〜30mmの範囲の厚さを有する、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、流路(7)の範囲内ではなく、じゃま板(6)の間の範囲内の内壁上に、反応器縦方向で配置されているプレート片を有する反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、反応器ジャケット内に1以上の補整器(9)を有する反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、反応器ジャケット上に熱交換媒体の供給及び排出のための、反応器内部スペースへの開口部を有するポート又は部分リング管路(25)を有する反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、反応器中心の横断面に関して対称的に構成されている反応器(1)中で実施するとを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガス状反応混合物及び液状熱交換媒体を、交叉向流で又は交叉順流で反応器(1)に導びくことを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガス状反応混合物の供給に面した接触管(2)の範囲が、接触管(2)の全長の5〜20%の長さまで不活性物質で充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応ガスと接触する反応器(1)の全ての構成部材は、純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金から製造されているか又は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金でメッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接触管(2)は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金から製造されており、管板(3)は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金でメッキされており、かつ接触管(2)はメッキのところだけで管板と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 反応器(1)は、分離板(11)によって充分に液密に分離されている2以上の反応帯域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、2以上の反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応器(1)の間に、静的ミキサー(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項19又は21に記載の方法。
- 反応器ジャケット中及び/又は管板(3)中及び/又は分離板(11)中に、熱交換媒体用の脱気孔が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱交換媒体をポンプ(16)を経て外付き冷却器(17)に導き、この際、ポンプ(16)及び冷却器(17)は、反応器ジャケットに、反応器縦方向に対して平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
