Claims (1)
- 恒温槽の器体内の一側に判定対象のDNA,RNAの試料液および増幅したDNA,RNAの検出用蛍光物質を注加した試料容器の挿し立て部を設け、該挿し立て部の内側一面に光の出入孔を設け、該光の出入孔を挟んで上方または下方に該試料容器内に励起光を照射する励起光源を配し、該励起光が直接当たる面の該試料容器の蛍光の有無および濃淡を該光の出入口から該器体内に設ける誘導孔を経て、プリズムあるいは反射ミラーにて屈折または反射させて該器体内の暗室上に設ける目視用の窓部に到達させて目視判定を可能にしたことを特徴とするDNA,RNA試料の蛍光目視判定機能を有する恒温槽。
