【発明の実施の形態】
図1、図2、図3は予め所定長に切断したパイプ5を用いて一動作でニップル1にソケット2を固定するホース金具を製作する第1の実施の形態を示す。

【発明の効果】
以上に説明した本発明のホース金具の製作方法によれば、ソケットの外径・肉厚が同一であれば、ニップルサイズによらずソケットの切断長さのみを調整することにより対応が可能となり、ソケットの品種削減による管理コストの低減が達成できる

一方、従来行なわれていたソケットとニップルとの八方または六方加締による固定では、八個あるいは六個の爪でソケット外周部を加締めるため、各爪間では小さな隙間を生じ、ニップル外周部に当たるソケットの孔内面円周には均等な圧着力が作用しない。
