Description
本発明は、上述した実情に鑑みてなされたもので、リード線の外部への取り出し部分における電気絶縁性と密封性に優れ、しかも、リード線と電極の接続部によって、封入袋が損傷されない高信頼性の非水電解質電池とそのためのリード線の提供を課題とする。
Claims (6)
- 正電極、負電極および電解液を、金属箔を含む積層フィルムからなる封入袋に収納し、正負電極に接続したリード線を外部に取り出す構造の非水電解質電池であって、前記封入袋と融着される絶縁体が、前記リード線と前記正負電極との接続部を覆う位置まで延びていることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。
- 前記絶縁体は、リード線導体に接着する接着層と前記封入袋に融着される絶縁層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記リード線と前記正負電極との接続部は、前記絶縁体により覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記リード線と前記正負電極との接続は、溶接により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 正電極、負電極および電解液を、金属箔を含む積層フィルムからなる封入袋に収納し、正負電極に接続したリード線を外部に取り出す構造の非水電解質電池用のリード線であって、前記封入袋と融着される絶縁体を備え、前記絶縁体はリード線導体の一部に非接着状態で延びる延長部分を有していることを特徴とする非水電解質電池用リード線。
- 前記絶縁体は、前記リード線の少なくとも取り出し部分で、リード線導体に接着する接着層と前記封入体に融着される絶縁層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の非水電解質電池用リード線。
