Claims (4)
- (a)密封シールパッケージに穿孔するための尖鋭末端部及び内腔を有するニードルと、
(b)前記ニードルにより画定される前記内腔とシール状態で流体連通する質量流量センサと、
(c)前記密封シールパッケージからガスを抜くため前記ニードルにより画定される前記内腔と流体連通し、前記ガス抜きパッケージからの連続的な質量流量の検知を可能とするように該ガス抜きパッケージからの質量流量を前記質量流量センサに対して作動可能接触させるため、該質量流量センサと流体連通する真空ポンプと、
を含む器具。 - (a)密封シールパッケージに穿孔するための尖鋭末端部及び内腔を有するニードルと、
(b)前記ニードルにより画定される前記内腔とシール状態で流体連通する酸素センサと、
(c)前記ニードルにより画定される前記内腔とシール状態で流体連通する質量流量センサと、
(d)(i)(A)前記密封シールパッケージからのガスのサンプルを前記ニードルの前記内腔を通じて汲み上げて、酸素濃度の検知を可能にするために前記サンプルを前記酸素センサに対して作動可能接触させるため、また(B)該密封シールパッケージのガス分を抜くため、前記ニードルにより画定される該内腔と流体連通し、(ii)前記ガス抜きパッケージからの連続的な質量流量の検知を可能とするように、該ガス抜きパッケージからの質量流量を前記質量流量センサに対して作動可能接触させるため、該質量流量センサと流体連通する、真空ポンプと、
を含む器具。 - (a)密封シールパッケージを選択する段階と、
(b)内腔を有する中空ニードルで前記密封シールパッケージを穿孔する段階と、
(c)前記ニードルの前記内腔を介して前記密封シールパッケージ内からガス分を抜いて、前記密封シールパッケージ内に真空状態を発生させる段階と、
(d)前記ガス抜き密封シールパッケージ内からの質量流量を測定する段階であって、該ガス抜き密封シールパッケージからの質量流量が閾値を上回ると、該密封シールパッケージの漏れを示す段階と、
を含む方法。 - (a)密封シールパッケージを選択する段階と、
(b)内腔を有する中空ニードルで前記密封シールパッケージを穿孔する段階と、
(c)前記密封シールパッケージ内の前記ガスのサンプルの酸素濃度を検知するため、前記ニードルの前記内腔を介して該サンプルを汲み上げて酸素センサに対して作動可能接触させる段階と、
(d)前記ニードルの前記内腔を介して前記密封シールパッケージ内からガス分を抜いて、該密封シールパッケージ内に真空状態を発生させる段階と、
(e)前記ガス抜き密封シールパッケージからの質量流量を測定する段階であって、該ガス抜き密封シールパッケージからの質量流量が閾値を上回ると該密封シールパッケージの漏れを示す段階と
を含む方法。
