Description
図6のように、車両用交流発電機は、他の補機に比べコンプライアンス(振動倍率)がもっとも高くこの振動を抑制することにより、回転変動の抑制は可能である。
K = バネ定数
C = 粘性係数
数式1の減衰比の関係式を車両の駆動関係式に置き換えたのが以下の数式2である。
Kネシ゛リ = 各補機の両側のベルト合成バネ定数
Cネシ゛リ = 各補機の両側のベルト合成等価粘性減衰係数
K引っ張り = ベルト単体のバネ定数
C引っ張り = ベルト単体の等価粘性減衰係数
L = 各補機の両側のベルト合成スパン長さ
R = 各補機のプーリ半径
Z = ポリVベルトのベルト山数
E*A = ベルト1リブ(山)当たりの、ベルト単体の弾性率
数式5より減衰比に寄与する6つの要因(寄与6要因)及び寄与度を以下に記す。
・プーリ半径(R)に比例
・ベルトスパン(L)の平方根に逆比例
・慣性モーメント(J)の平方根に逆比例
・ベルトリブ(山)数(Z)の平方根に比例
・ベルト単体の弾性率(E*A)に比例
(バネ定数 Kネジリ K引っ張り )
(等価粘性減衰係数 Cネシ゛リ C引っ張り )
図9に、上記の数式5より求めた、各補機の減衰比を示す。
にすることによりほとんどの車両においてζ=0.5以上を確保できる。
他の実施例としては、前記の減衰比寄与要因より、車両用交流発電機1の両側のベルト11のスパン長さ11a、11bを短縮しても同様な効果が得られる。
・1/E*A (ベルトの弾性率)の比率・・・0.77
このように、心線材料を改善すれば減衰比ζの向上が可能である。
等価粘性減衰係数の比率 / バネ定数の平方根の比率=2以上にすれば、通常、車両用発電機の減衰比ζ=0.25以上であり、心線材料を改善することにより、減衰比ζ=0.5以上を確保できる。

Claims (4)
- ポリVベルトによるサーペンタイン駆動方式の車両用内扇式交流発電機(以後は車両用交流発電機と記す)の駆動装置において、
前記ポリVベルトの心線の基本物性であるバネ定数及び等価粘性減衰係数の関係をポリエステル(PET)に対し、
等価粘性減衰係数の比率 / バネ定数の平方根の比率≧2
にし、
前記車両用交流発電機の減衰比ζを0.5以上にすることを特徴とした車両用交流発電機の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用交流発電機の駆動装置において、エンジンクランクプーリに対する前記車両用交流発電機のプーリ比を2以下にすることを特徴とした車両用交流発電機の駆動装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用交流発電機の駆動装置において、前記車両用交流発電機の固定をエンジン直付けのサイドマウント方式にすることを特徴とした車両用交流発電機の駆動装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3に記載の車両用交流発電機の駆動装置において、前記ポリVベルトの心線材質をポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)にしたことを特徴とした車両用交流発電機の駆動装置。
