Description
、卵の腐った硫化水素臭、魚の腐ったトリメチルアミン臭、野菜の腐ったメチルメルカプタン臭などがあり、それぞれの消臭成分に対して消臭効果のある消臭性能を有する物質で消臭している。
に中和分解させる方法、および人の臭覚にマスキングをするために芳香剤を用いる方法などが主流になっているが、これは、臭いの元となる物質に直接働きかけて臭い元を断つというものではなく、居住空間に散布して臭いを感じなくさせると言うものであり無駄が多かった。
面に固着したもの(例えば、特許文献1)、消臭剤や抗菌剤を繊維内部に練り込んだものなどがある(例えば、特許文献2)。
、上記特許文献2の繊維内部に練り込んだものは、耐久性に優れて長期間の使用に適するが、臭いの元と化学反応を誘引することができず、中和や分解で消臭成分を除去することが不充分となり、消臭機能そのものの効果を引き出すことに無理があった。
けでなく、汚れを除去することも提案されているが、例えば、失禁などによる尿の染み込みで繊維布に黄ばみの跡形が生じた場合、その跡形は消去できず、洗濯による消去にたよっているが跡形はなかなか消失できないと言った問題点があった。
(実施例1)
微粒子酸化亜鉛と二酸化ケイ素とポリオキシアルキレンエーテルとの混合処理液30g/リットル、アルミノケイ酸塩含有の水溶液(シナネン(株)製 商標;ゼオミック)1g/リットル、アクリルシリコン系樹脂40g/リットルの溶液をベッグに注溜し、綿100%のスムース編地(40/1スムース)からなる繊維布を浸染しパディング法によりピックアップし、加工剤を繊維布に付着させた。その後、105℃で2分間乾燥し、続いて140℃で3分間熱処理して本発明の繊維布を得た。上記処方により得られた繊維布の加工剤の成分付着量は、微粒子酸化亜鉛0.72%owf、二酸化ケイ素、ポリオキシアルキレンエーテル0.09%owf、アルミノケイ酸塩0.03%owfであった。

尿液100ccの入った容器中に繊維布5cm×15cmを浸漬した後、取り出して太陽光のもとで3時間天日干し行い、尿の黄ばみの消失度合いを目視で行った。

Claims (2)
- 銀ゼオライトと酸化亜鉛と二酸化ケイ素がバインダー樹脂により固着されている繊維布であって、該繊維布に銀ゼオライトの成分付着量が0.03〜1%owf、酸化亜鉛の成分付着量が0.1〜1%owf、二酸化ケイ素の成分付着量が0.01〜0.1%owf付着している光触媒機能を有する繊維布。
- 銀ゼオライトと酸化亜鉛と二酸化ケイ素とバインダー樹脂を含有する加工剤処理液中に繊維布を浸漬して、該繊維布に銀ゼオライトの成分付着量を0.03〜1%owf、酸化亜鉛の成分付着量を0.1〜1%owf、二酸化ケイ素の成分付着量を0.01〜0.1%owf付着させることを特徴とする光触媒機能を有する繊維布の製造方法。
