Claims (8)
- 減圧弁と低圧流体取扱システムの間に延びる導管区域と、前記導管区域に配置されたアクチュエータを有する遮断弁と、前記導管区域における前記遮断弁の両側に配置された圧力センサーと、前記アクチュエータ及び前記圧力センサーと通信して前記導管区域中の高圧を検出すると信号を生成する安全管理システムと、前記遮断弁と前記圧力センサーを検査するための自己診断システムであって、前記アクチュエータ、前記圧力センサー及び前記安全管理システムと通信し、前記遮断弁若しくは前記圧力センサーのどちらか又はその両方において異常を検出すると信号を生成する前記自己診断システムとを備える超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記安全管理システムにより生成された前記信号が、異常の場合におけるオペレータへの警告信号である、請求項1に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記安全管理システムにより生成された前記信号がまた、前記低圧流体取扱システムの動作を所定の時間内に中断させる、請求項1に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記自己診断システムが、前記圧力センサーにより連続的に圧力を測定するステップ、2つの前記圧力センサーにより測定された前記圧力の圧力差を計算するステップ、及び前記圧力差が所定の限度を超えていると前記自己診断システムにより生成される前記信号を発するステップを、前記遮断弁が完全に開いている場合に実行すべくプログラミングされている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記自己診断システムがさらに、前記遮断弁の閉鎖を開始すべく前記遮断弁の弁本体を移動させるステップ、前記遮断弁の上流及び下流の前記圧力センサーにより測定された圧力を記録するステップ、前記遮断弁の両側の前記圧力センサーにより測定された前記圧力の圧力差が所定の限度を超えかつ前記遮断弁の上流の前記圧力センサーにより測定された前記圧力が前記遮断弁の下流の前記圧力センサーにより測定された前記圧力より大きいときに前記弁本体の移動を停止するステップ、及びその後前記遮断弁を再び開くステップを実行すべくプログラミングされている、請求項4に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記自己診断システムがさらに、前記アクチュエータにより前記遮断弁の弁本体を移動させるステップ、前記弁本体の前記移動及び前記アクチュエータに供給された動力を、予想される移動及び動力と比較するステップ、及び前記比較の結果として、前記供給された動力が予想されるものではないならば前記弁本体を移動させると共に前記自己診断システムにより生成される前記信号を発し、前記弁本体の前記移動が予想されるものではないならば動力を供給すると共に前記自己診断システムにより生成される前記信号を発するステップを実行すべくプログラミングされている、請求項4又は5に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記移動させるステップにおける前記遮断弁の前記弁本体の前記移動が、前記弁本体のストロークの一部にて行われる、請求項6に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
- 前記移動させるステップにおける前記遮断弁の前記弁本体の前記移動が、前記弁本体の全ストロークにて行われる、請求項6に記載の超過圧力防止システム。
