従来、この種払出装置として、パチンコ球が連続して供給される供給通路と、駆動モーターにより回転し供給通路のパチンコ球を送り出すリードスクリューと、該リードスクリューの回転により払い出されたパチンコ球が排出される排出通路とから構成されるものが有る。そして、景品球タンクからタンクレール及び該タンクレールの下流端に設けられたカーブレールを介してパチンコ球が供給通路に供給され、入賞球の発生毎にリードスクリューが回転し所定量のパチンコ球をパチンコ機の前側に払い出すようにしている。また、前記タンクレールの底壁には球抜口が開設され、該球抜口に回動して閉じる位置と開放する位置とに変換し得る可動板が設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、カーブレールに球抜口が開設され、該球抜口が払出装置から離れて位置していることから、景品球タンクのパチンコ球を抜き取る際、払出装置内、更に詳しくは、停止するリードスクリューより上方の供給通路内にパチンコ球が残ってしまうという現象が起きていた。
そこで、これらパチンコ球を排出させるため、リードスクリューを指で回転させていたが、指では回転しにくく作業が困難であった。しかも、前記残留するパチンコ球はパチンコ機前面の球受皿に排出されてしまうので、メーカーでは球受皿のパチンコ球をいちいち取り出さねばならず、またパチンコホールでは各台毎に球受皿のパチンコ球を取り出し前面枠を開放して島台内側へ戻さねばならず、余分な手間と時間が掛かるという課題が有った。
これに対して、払出装置の下方に球受皿に連なる排出通路と球抜通路とを並設すると共に切替弁を設け、球抜きするときソレノイドを作動させ切替弁により排出通路を塞ぎ球抜通路を開放した状態でリードスクリューを回転させて球抜きするようにしたものが有る。これによれば切替弁とリードスクリューを電気的に作動させて払出装置内にパチンコ球が残ることなく球抜きできるが、構造が複雑であると共にこれらを制御する電気回路が複雑となり故障が起き易くコストも高くつくという課題が残る。

そこで、本発明は上記課題を解決すべくなされたもので、景品球タンクの球抜きをする際、払出装置内にパチンコ球を残さないようにして、困難な労力や余分な電力を押え、しかも簡素な構造としてコストが掛からないようにしたパチンコ球の払出装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ球の払出装置は、本体ベースに形成されパチンコ球が連続して供給される供給通路と、電気的駆動手段により回転し前記供給通路のパチンコ球を送り出す送出部材と、該送出部材の回転により払い出されパチンコ球が排出される排出通路と、を備えたパチンコ球の払出装置において、前記供給通路は垂直通路部と該垂直通路部を流下したパチンコ球を送出部材側へ送る水平通路部とから略L字型に形成され、送出部材の近傍であって水平通路部の底面と排出通路の一側面とに球抜通路に連なり供給通路内に残留するパチンコ球を総て排出し得る球抜口を設け、前記本体ベースの側壁に、垂直通路部の一側面を塞ぐ上垂直板部と水平通路部の底面を塞ぐ水平板部と排出通路の一側面を塞ぐ下垂直板部とから略L字型をなすと共に上端部で軸着され自在に回動して球抜口を開閉する可動板と、回動することにより可動板を球抜口を閉じる位置に拘束または解除するレバー部材とを設け、可動板における上垂直板部の外側に、重錘として可動板を常に球抜口が閉じる位置にくるように付勢しかつ該球抜口が閉じた位置で可動板を拘束する際にレバー部材と係合する係合レバーを設けた構成からなる。このように、送出部材の近傍に供給通路内に残留するパチンコ球を総て排出し得る球抜口を設けたので、球抜きをすべく可動板を解除すれば、球抜口から総てのパチンコ球が抜き取られ払出装置内にパチンコ残ることがなくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明に係るパチンコ球の払出装置の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明する。図1は本発明が適用されるパチンコ機の裏面図、図2は払出装置が組み付けられた機構板の裏面斜視図、図3はカバーを開いた払出装置の斜視図、図4は可動板を外した払出装置の斜視図である。図において、1はパチンコ機の前面枠、2は遊技盤、3は遊技盤2の裏面全体を覆いかつ開閉自在に装着される合成樹脂製の機構板である。そして、その遊技盤2の裏面と相対する機構板3の前面下部に入賞球を集合する入賞球集合部4が形成されている。また、その出口と連通状に入賞球を一列に整列して流下させる入賞球通路5が形成され、該入賞球通路5の終端に入賞球検出器6と入賞球検出器6で検出された入賞球を1個ずつ排出処理する入賞球処理装置7が設けられている。前記入賞球検出器6からの信号は図示しない払出制御回路に送られて後述するパチンコ球の払出装置11の動作を制御する。

以上説明したように本発明によれば、景品球タンクの球抜き時に、パチンコ球を払出装置の供給通路内に残すことなく全部抜き取ることができるので、従来の如く払出装置内のリードスクリューなどを指で回転させるといった困難な作業を無くすことができ、また、球受皿に排出される払出装置内の残球をいちいち取り出すといった余分な手間や時間が省ける。更に、払出装置に球抜機構を一体に組み込むことにより、払出装置の上下に位置するカーブレールや払出通路などが簡素化され、これにより球抜口に規制されることなく、たとえばカーブレールについては球圧殺しのための蛇行形状が自由に設計できる。また、排出通路については上球受皿から下球受皿のパチンコ球を誘導するオーバーフロー樋のためのスペースが広く確保できる。
