Claims (13)
- ローターブレード根部の領域に配されると共に前記ローターブレードの長手方向軸線に対して交差するよう延在する貫通孔 ( 12 )の形態となった複数の孔と、前記孔 ( 12 )内に嵌め込まれる交差ピンと、前記交差ピン ( 16 )に対して連結可能な引張り要素 ( 20 , 22 )と、を具備してなる、風力発電設備用のローターブレードであって、前記交差ピン ( 16 )は雌ネジを有すると共に前記引張り要素 ( 20 , 22 )は前記雌ネジの直径に対応する雄ネジを有し、かつ前記引張り要素 ( 20 , 22 )は前記交差ピン ( 16 )に螺着させられており、かつ前記引張り要素(20,22)が前記ローターブレード根部(6)の外側で延在していることを特徴とするローターブレード。
- 複数の交差ピン(16)を収容するための複数の離間した孔(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローターブレード。
- ローターブレード(2)は前記ローターブレード根部(6)の領域において断面が拡大されており、かつ前記孔(12)はこの拡大断面領域に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のローターブレード。
- ローターブレード(2)の断面は、前記ローターブレード(6)の、ハブに向う、端部に向う方向に両側で大きくなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレード根部(6)の領域においてローターブレード(2)は筒状の端部を有し、この端部には複数の孔(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレードはガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂複合素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記交差ピン(16)は前記孔(12)内で接着されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- スリーブ(15)が前記孔(12)内に設けられると共に、前記交差ピン(16)は前記スリーブ(15)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 金属ディスク(7)が、前記孔(12)の長手方向軸線と同心状関係で、前記孔(12)の少なくとも一方の端部に設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- ローターハブと、請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つのローターブレード ( 2 ) と、を具備してなる風力発電設備用のローターであって、前記少なくとも一つのローターブレードは前記ローターハブに取り付けられていることを特徴とするローター。
- ローターハブ(11)はローターブレード(2)の接合用のT形断面の周方向に延在するフランジ(4)を有すると共に、ローターブレード(2)は、このローターブレード(2)に配置された交差ピン(16)に連結された複数の引張り要素(20,22)によって前記フランジ(4)に対してネジ留めされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のローター。
- 前記引張り要素(20,22)は、対をなす互いに平行な関係で、かつ実質的に相互に同心状に配された二つの列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のローター。
- 請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード(2)および/または請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のローター(9)によって特徴付けられた風力発電設備。
