Claims (4)
- エンジンに連結された第1回転要素と、第1電動機に連結された第2回転要素と、第2電動機および伝達部材に常時動力伝達可能に連結された出力軸である第3回転要素とを、有して該エンジンの出力を第1電動機および該伝達部材へ分配する差動機構を備え電気的な差動装置として作動する差動部と、該差動部の出力軸と駆動輪との間に直列的に設けられて複数の係合装置の選択的な作動に従って複数の変速段を成立させる変速部と、を備えるハイブリッド車両のエンジン起動装置であって、
前記変速部内に設けられた一方向クラッチを介して非回転部材に連結されることによって逆回転不能な回転部材が設けられており、
前記第2電動機が故障した際には、前記係合装置を係合させて前記差動部の出力軸を前記逆回転不能な回転部材に直接または間接的に連結させて逆転不能状態とし、前記第1電動機により前記エンジンを駆動させるエンジン起動制御手段を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン起動装置。 - 前記エンジン起動制御手段は、前記係合装置を係合させて、前記差動部の出力軸を前記逆回転不能な回転部材に直接連結させて逆転不能状態とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン起動装置。
- 前記係合装置は、所定の回転部材の回転を制御するブレーキを含み、
前記エンジン起動制御手段は、前記ブレーキを係合することで逆回転不能となる他の回転部材を形成し、前記差動部の出力軸を該他の回転部材に連結させて逆転不能状態とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両のエンジン起動装置。 - 前記エンジン起動制御手段は、前記第2電動機の故障が判定され、車速が所定値以下であり、前記エンジンの起動が要求され、前記シフトレバーが走行位置にあることに基づいて前記係合装置を係合させて、前記第1電動機を駆動させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のハイブリッド車両のエンジン起動装置。
