Claims (7)
- サンプルの透磁率μまたは相対透磁率μr または相対磁化率(μr −1)を検出する装置において、
サンプル室と、2個のコイルとを具備し、
それら2個のコイルの一方のコイルはサンプル室を囲んでおり、他方のコイルはサンプル室を囲むことなく、サンプル室を構成している材料に物理的に接続されることにより熱接触されるように配置され、
前記サンプル室は、サンプルまたはサンプルを保持しているサンプル容器の導入のための少なくとも1つの開口を具備し、
装置はさらに2つのコイル間のインダクタンスの差を測定する電子回路を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記各コイルは,内部が空気で満たされるとき、0.01乃至100μHの範囲のインダクタンスを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記サンプル室は、0.1乃至5000μlの範囲の室内容積を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記サンプル室の材料は、μr が0.999<μr <1.001の範囲のデルリン(登録商標)、POM、ポリ塩化ビニール、テフロン(登録商標)、ポリアミド、ポリアセタル、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピルのようなポリマー、木材、ガラス、または金属によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記コイル間のインダクタンスの差およびコイルの1つの内部に置かれたサンプル材料の相対透磁率に比例する出力信号を生成する電子回路が設けられており、そのサンプル材料の相対透磁率は0.0000001<μr <10の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記電子回路は、前記コイルが交流ブリッジの一部であるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 磁気マーカーと相互作用することにより、蛋白質、ホルモン、補足的ファクタ、バクテリア、細胞、ビールス、菌類、イースト、胞子、細菌分解ビールス、細胞器官、DNA、RNAにより例示されるμr =1を有する化学物質を検出するための請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の装置の使用。
