のうちいずれかが成立したときである。

Claims (3)
- 作動油の供給を受けて締結する複数の摩擦締結要素を有し、少なくとも前記複数の摩擦締結要素の一つである最Lo摩擦締結要素が締結されることで変速比が最も大きな最Lo変速段を達成する自動変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記変速機の作動油温が前記最Lo摩擦締結要素の締結不良を引き起こす所定の極低温よりも低いとき、前記最Lo変速段の使用を禁止し、前記最Lo摩擦締結要素を解放したまま達成できる前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段を使用する変速制御手段と、
前記変速機のインヒビタスイッチの異常を判定する手段と、
前記変速機の入力軸と前記最Lo摩擦締結要素の間に配置され、前記最Lo変速段を達成する際に締結され、前記インヒビタスイッチが異常であると判定されたときには締結速度が増大される上流側摩擦締結要素と、
を備え、前記変速制御手段は、前記インヒビタスイッチが異常であると判定されたときは、前記作動油温が前記所定の極低温よりも高い所定の低温よりも低いときであっても、前記最Lo変速段の使用を禁止し、前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段を使用することを特徴とする自動変速機の変速制御装置。 - 作動油の供給を受けて締結する複数の摩擦締結要素を有し、少なくとも前記複数の摩擦締結要素の一つである最Lo摩擦締結要素が締結されることで変速比が最も大きな最Lo変速段を達成する自動変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記変速機の作動油温が前記最Lo摩擦締結要素の締結不良を引き起こす所定の極低温よりも低いとき、前記最Lo変速段の使用を禁止し、前記最Lo摩擦締結要素を解放したまま達成できる前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段を使用する変速制御手段と、
前記変速機のインヒビタスイッチの異常を判定する手段と、
前記変速機の入力軸と前記最Lo摩擦締結要素の間に配置され、前記最Lo変速段を達成する際に締結され、前記インヒビタスイッチが異常であると判定されたときには締結速度が増大される上流側摩擦締結要素と、
を備え、前記変速制御手段は、前記インヒビタスイッチが異常であると判定され、かつ、前記作動油温が前記所定の極低温より低いときに、前記最Lo変速段の使用を禁止し、前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段を使用することを特徴とする自動変速機の変速制御装置。 - 前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段は、前記最Lo摩擦締結要素を解放したまま達成できる前記最Lo変速段以外の変速段のうち最も変速比の大きな変速段であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機の変速制御装置。
