Description

【0001】

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cap that is fitted into a mouth portion of a container filled with a liquid seasoning such as chili oil is provided with a lid for closing a spout when not in use. Such a cap is generally made of a soft synthetic resin, and when the lid is opened, the lid removed from the cap body is supported by an elastically deformable hinge so as not to be lost. Further, when closing the lid, the lid can be put on the upper surface of the cap body in accordance with the deformation of the hinge, so that the operability is also good.
[0003]
In the example of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-175557 shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the cap 100 attached to the mouth part 122 of the container 120 is a cylinder provided with a spout 102 and a pressing part 103 at the upper part. The body includes a body cap body 104 and a lid 108 connected to the cap body 104 by a thin hinge 106.
[0004]
Here, the closure plug 126 with the pull ring 124 is also attached to the upper end of the mouth portion 122 of the container 120. However, the cap 100 is once removed from the container 120 before use, and the pull ring 124 is pulled up to remove the closure plug 126. Thus, the mouth 122 can be opened.
[0005]
Further, in order to completely close the lid 108 placed on the cap main body 104 via the hinge 106, the inner side of the peripheral portion 108A of the lid 108 is fitted to the lid engaging step 104A formed on the upper surface of the cap main body 104. By pushing in, the lid 108 can be locked to the cap main body 104, whereby the upper surface of the cap main body 104 is almost sealed, and at the same time, the spout 102 is also closed, so that leakage of seasonings and foreign substances can be prevented. Entry is prevented.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the cap 100 described above, after the seasoning is poured, the seasoning remaining in the vicinity of the spout 102 is scattered due to an impact when the cap body 104 is covered with the lid 108 or pushed and locked. There is a high possibility of adhering to the portion 103 or the like. Moreover, even if it does not scatter, the remaining seasoning flows from the vicinity of the spout 102 to the upper part of the cap body 104 due to vibrations or the like when stirring the seasoning in the container, and wraps around the pressing portion 103 to contaminate the pressing portion 103. There is also a risk.
[0007]
For this reason, a finger | toe becomes dirty at the time of operation of the press part 103, and there exists a problem which the effort which wipes off the seasoning adhering to the press part 103 arises.
[0008]
In view of the above fact, an object of the present invention is to provide a cap that prevents the liquid in the container remaining in the vicinity of the spout from adhering to the pressing portion due to an impact or the like when the lid is closed.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a main body part that is attached to the mouth part of the container and seals the mouth part, and a pressing part that is elastically deformed and pressurizes the liquid in the container when pressed. An upper surface of the main body portion together with the spout, provided with a portion, a spout provided on a side surface of the pressing portion, and for dispensing the pressurized liquid, a partition wall partitioning the pressing portion and the spout And a supplementary wall portion that is provided inside the lid portion and that is in sliding contact with the wall surface of the partition wall in a state where the lid portion covers the upper surface of the main body portion.
[0010]
In the first aspect of the invention, when the lid for covering the upper surface of the main body together with the spout is closed, the auxiliary wall provided on the inner side of the lid slides on the wall surface of the partition that partitions the pressing portion and the spout. The upper space of the main body part that is in contact with and covered by the lid part is divided into a pressing part side and a spout side.
[0011]
For this reason, even if the residual liquid remaining in the vicinity of the spout after the liquid is spouted is scattered due to an impact or the like when the lid is closed, the scattered droplets are blocked by the partition wall and the auxiliary wall and remain in the space on the spout side. . Further, even when the container is shaken to stir the liquid in the container, the residual liquid flowing into the pressing part from the vicinity of the spout is blocked by the partition wall part and the auxiliary wall part.
[0012]
Thereby, liquid adhesion to a press part is prevented, and a press part does not get dirty with a liquid.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the cap according to the first aspect of the present invention, the cap has a hinge part that connects the lid part to the body part so as to be openable and closable, and the partition part and the auxiliary wall part include the lid part. It is characterized by being erected along the opening and closing direction.
[0014]
In the invention according to claim 2, when opening and closing the lid connected to the main body by the hinge, the auxiliary wall moves along the operation direction of the lid that opens and closes using the hinge as a fulcrum. The partition portion provided along the opening and closing direction of the lid portion is slidably contacted or separated from the slidable contact state. Thereby, the frictional resistance between the partition wall and the auxiliary wall is reduced, and the operation of opening and closing the lid is not hindered. Furthermore, the adhesion between the partition wall and the auxiliary wall is also kept good.
[0015]
Further, for example, even in a cap having the above-described hinge portion and further urging the lid portion toward the main body portion by an urging means such as an elastic member, the lid portion can be smoothly opened and closed. Further, the impact when closing the cover is increased by the urging force applied to the cover by the urging means, and even if the liquid splatters violently, the auxiliary wall is in sliding contact with the side of the partition wall, so that the pressing part is near the spout. The entry of the droplet flying in the direction into the space on the pressing portion side is reliably prevented.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the cap according to the first or second aspect, the partition wall portion is formed so as to cross an upper surface of the main body portion, and the auxiliary wall portion is formed inside the lid portion. It is characterized by being formed to cross.
[0017]
In the invention according to claim 3, since the auxiliary wall portion formed so as to cross the inside of the lid portion is in sliding contact with the partition portion formed so as to cross the upper surface of the main body portion, The contact width (area) of the auxiliary wall is increased.
[0018]
This means that when a load is applied to the hinge part, such as when the lid is twisted, the contact part of the partition wall part and the auxiliary wall part functions as a resistance part against the twisting force (rotational moment). By increasing the width, a large resistance to the twisting force can be obtained. Thereby, the load concerning a hinge part is reduced significantly and damage to a hinge part etc. can be prevented.
[0019]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a main body portion that is attached to the mouth portion of the container and seals the mouth portion, and a pressure that is elastically deformed when pressed and pressurizes the liquid in the container. Part, a spout provided on a side surface of the pressing part and for pouring out the pressurized liquid, a lid that covers the top surface of the main body together with the spout, and an upper surface of the main body or the lid It is provided in any one of the inside of a part, It has the partition part which partitions off the said press part and the said spout in the state which the cover part covered the upper surface of the main-body part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0020]
In the invention according to claim 4, when the upper surface of the main body is covered with the lid, the pressing portion and the spout are partitioned, that is, the upper space of the main body covered by the lid is divided into the pressing portion and the spout. The partition part for dividing into two sides is provided on either the upper surface of the main body part or the inside of the lid part. Thus, even if it is a simple configuration with a single partition part, the lid is closed. The pressing portion can be shielded from scattered droplets and the like scattered by the impact of time.
[0021]
The invention according to claim 5 is the cap according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the main body portion is provided with a groove portion on the outlet side of the partition wall portion. It is said.
[0022]
In the fifth aspect of the invention, when the liquid remaining in the vicinity of the spout flows downward along the upper surface of the main body, the liquid enters and is stored in the groove provided on the spout side of the partition wall. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the residual liquid from being sandwiched between the main body portion and the lid portion and being scattered around the cap when the lid portion is closed.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0024]
[First Embodiment]
1 to 8 show a cap according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The cap 10 is a molded product made of synthetic resin, and includes a cylindrical cap body 16 attached to the mouth portion 14 (FIG. 2) of the container 12. A female groove 18 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap body 16 and is screwed into a male groove 20 formed in the mouth portion 14 to seal the mouth portion 14.
[0025]
On the upper surface of the cap main body 16, a lid engaging step portion 24 is projected so as to leave the hook portion 22 on the outer peripheral portion, and a cylindrical portion 26 is formed at the center of the lid engaging step portion 24. A nozzle-shaped spout 28 protrudes obliquely upward from the cylindrical portion 26, and a pressing portion 30 is provided on the upper portion of the cylindrical portion 26.
[0026]
In addition, between the spout 28 and the pressing portion 30, a partition wall 40 which will be described later is erected from the upper surface of the lid engaging stepped portion 24, and on the spout 28 side of the hanging portion 22, the cap body Two groove portions 23 along the circumferential direction of 16 are formed.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, which is a cross-sectional view from the side, the pressing portion 30 has a tip portion 30 </ b> A connected to the base side of the spout 28 that is thinner than the cylindrical portion 26. The distal end portion 30A has the thinnest portion (the thinnest portion O) on the base side of the spout 28, and has a tapered shape gradually increasing in thickness from there, and a button portion 30B having a predetermined thickness and a substantially cylindrical shape. It is connected to.
[0028]
The rear end portion 30C of the pressing portion 30 connected to the cylindrical portion 26 has a step shape that is substantially stepped (substantially Z-shaped) in cross-sectional view. And the thickness is relatively thinner than the button portion 30B.
[0029]
Accordingly, when the button portion 30B is pushed in the direction of arrow P in the figure, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressing portion 30 has the stepped rear end portion 30C as shown in the drawing with the thinnest portion O of the tip portion 30A as a fulcrum. It is bent and deformed, and the rear side sinks downward. The inside of the container is pressurized by the deformation of the pressing portion 30. At this time, if the container is tilted with the spout 28 facing downward, the seasoning moved to the cap 10 side is poured out from the spout 28.
[0030]
When the pressing force to the button portion 30B is weakened, the pressing portion 30 returns to the original state by the elastic force of the rear end portion 30C (FIG. 3), and the next dispensing operation can be performed. At this time, since the seasoning accumulated in the spout 28 is sucked back into the container 12, it is difficult to drain the liquid.
[0031]
Moreover, since the pressing part 30 of this embodiment is a structure which sinks a back side below as mentioned above, operation | movement fits the motion of the fingertip which pushes the button part 30B, and operativity is good, and rear end Since the portion 30C has a thin step shape, flexibility and resilience are also good. Furthermore, the amount of displacement of the pressing part 30 can be increased by adopting a step shape, and the amount of seasoning discharged by a single pressing operation can be increased. . Here, the button portion 30B has a large diameter and is easy to press with a finger.
[0032]
On the other hand, a pair of hinges 32 which are thin and can be elastically deformed are formed at predetermined intervals on the side end of the cap body 16 with the protruding side of the spout 28 as the front (see FIG. 5). Between the hinges 32, elastic pieces 38 to be described later are provided. A disk-shaped lid 34 is connected to the hinge 32, and the hinge 32 is arranged outside the lid 34. As a result, the lid 34 is interposed via the hinge 32 as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. The upper surface of the cap body 16 can be opened (solid line in the figure) and closed (two-dot chain line in FIG. 7).
[0033]
The lid 34 is formed so that the inner diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter dimension of the lid engaging step 24 and can be locked by being pushed into the lid engaging step 24 when closed. On the outer peripheral edge of the lid, a hook 36 for projecting a finger during opening / closing operation is projected.
[0034]
The lid 34 and the cap body 16 are provided with the above-mentioned elastic piece 38 formed by cutting out a part of the lid 34 and the cap body 16 (between the hinges 32). The elastic piece 38 has a thin plate shape and a substantially middle portion in the longitudinal direction (opening / closing direction of the lid 34) is bent at a substantially right angle, and both ends are separated (or returned) in accordance with the opening / closing operation of the lid 34 and elastically deformed. As a result, a biasing force is generated in the lid 34.
[0035]
Here, the substantially intermediate point of the operating range of the lid 34 is where the both ends of the elastic piece 38 are separated and the amount of deformation becomes the largest, and when moving in both directions with the intermediate point as a boundary, both ends of the elastic piece 38 gradually It is supposed to be returned to. Therefore, the lid 34 is held in that position when opened (solid line position in FIG. 8), and is urged toward the cap body 16 when covered with the cap body 16 (two-dot chain line position in FIG. 8). It is a configuration.
[0036]
Further, an auxiliary wall portion 42 slidably in contact with the wall surface of the above-described partition wall portion 40 is erected on the front side inside the lid 34 (on the spout 28 side) with the lid 34 covering the upper surface of the cap body 16. .
[0037]
First, the partition 40 on the side of the cap body 16 will be described. The partition 40 is formed in an orientation along the opening / closing direction of the lid 34 that operates via the hinge 32 and crosses the upper surface of the cap body 16. The width is such that both end portions almost reach the outer periphery of the lid engaging stepped portion 24, and the height is such that a small gap is formed between the lid 34 and the inner surface of the lid 34 when the lid 34 is completely closed. .
[0038]
On the other hand, the auxiliary wall portion 42 provided on the lid 34 is in a direction along the opening / closing direction of the lid 34, that is, parallel to the partition wall portion 40, and the pressing portion of the partition wall portion 40 is closed. It is formed at a position in sliding contact with the wall surface on the 30 side, and both end portions are connected to the peripheral wall of the lid 34 across the inside of the lid 34. At the center in the width direction, rectangular cutouts 44 are formed as reliefs so that the upper surface of the auxiliary wall portion 42 does not hit the cylindrical portion 26 when the lid 34 is closed. The height of the wall portion is set to a dimension that allows a slight gap between the lid engaging step portion 24 and the lid 34 being completely closed.
[0039]
Next, the operation of the cap 10 according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 7, when the lid 34 of the cap 10 is fitted to the lid engaging step 24 of the cap body 16 and completely closed, the peripheral edge 34 </ b> A of the lid 34 comes into contact with the hanging portion 22 and the cap body. The upper surface of 16 is almost sealed, and the spout 28 is blocked by the wall surface 34B of the lid 34 to prevent liquid leakage.
[0041]
In this state, since the auxiliary wall portion 42 provided on the inner side of the lid 34 is in sliding contact with the wall surface on the pressing portion 30 side of the partition wall portion 40 erected on the upper surface of the cap body 16, the tip end portion of the spout 28 is It is in close contact with the wall surface 34B and reliably sealed.
[0042]
The upper space of the cap body 16 covered with the lid 34 is divided into the pressing portion 30 side and the spout 28 side by the partition wall portion 40 and the auxiliary wall portion 42. Here, when the residual liquid remaining in the vicinity of the tip of the spout 28 after the seasoning is poured out is scattered in the direction of the pressing portion 30 due to an impact or the like when the lid is closed, the scattered droplets are blocked by the partition wall portion 40 and the auxiliary wall portion 42. And stays in the space on the outlet 28 side. Similarly, when the container 12 is shaken to stir the seasoning in the container 12, the residual liquid that is about to flow into the pressing part 30 from the vicinity of the spout 28 is blocked by the partition wall part 40 and the auxiliary wall part 42. It can be stopped.
[0043]
Thereby, adhesion of the seasoning to the press part 30 is prevented, and the press part 30 does not get dirty with the seasoning.
[0044]
When the lid 34 is opened and closed via the hinge 32, the auxiliary wall portion 42 moves along the operation direction of the lid 34 that opens and closes with the hinge 32 as a fulcrum. Then, it is slidably contacted with the partition wall 40 formed along the opening / closing direction of the lid 34 and is separated from the sliding contact state. Thereby, the frictional resistance between the partition wall 40 and the auxiliary wall portion 42 is reduced, the lid 34 is opened and closed smoothly, and the adhesion between the partition wall 40 and the auxiliary wall portion 42 is also good.
[0045]
Further, when the lid is closed, the lid 34 is accelerated by the ineffective force of the elastic piece 38, so that the impact when contacting the cap main body 16 is large, and the seasoning scatters violently. However, in the present embodiment, since the auxiliary wall portion 42 that moves as the lid 34 opens and closes is in sliding contact with the partition wall portion 40 from before the lid 34 abuts against the cap body 16, the scattered liquid droplets are pressed by the pressing portion 30. It is possible to reliably prevent entry into the side space.
[0046]
Further, when a load is applied to the hinge 32 by being twisted in a state where the lid 34 is closed, the contact portion between the partition wall 40 and the auxiliary wall 42 generates a resistance force against the twisting force. The partition wall 40 and the auxiliary wall 42 have a large contact width (area) across the upper surface of the cap body 16 and the inside of the lid 34, thereby increasing the resistance to twisting. Therefore, the load applied to the hinge 32 is greatly reduced, and the hinge 32 is not easily damaged.
[0047]
Further, when there is a lot of seasoning remaining in the vicinity of the spout 28, the residual liquid flows downward along the upper surface of the cap body 16 and reaches the hanging portion 22, and the groove portion located on the spout 28 side of the partition wall 40. 23 is stored. For this reason, when the lid 34 is closed, the residual liquid is sandwiched between the cap body 16 and the lid 34, and therefore, scattering around the cap 10 can be prevented.
[0048]
In the present embodiment, the auxiliary wall portion 42 is configured to come into contact with the wall surface on the pressing portion 30 side of the partition wall portion 40 so that the sealing of the spout 28 is more reliable. It is also possible to contact the wall surface on the outlet 28 side. Moreover, the structure of the wall which prevents the seasoning from adhering to the pressing part 30 is not in sliding contact with the wall surface as in the present embodiment, for example, the upper surfaces of both wall parts are brought into contact or fitted in a closed state. It can also be made to do.
[0049]
Further, the number and shape of the groove portions 23 are not limited to the present embodiment. For example, the grooves may be formed on the entire circumference of the hanging portion 22 in order to increase the volume of the groove.
[0050]
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the second embodiment, since the configuration is substantially the same as that described in the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration is omitted.
[0051]
FIG. 9 shows a cross-sectional view of the cap according to the second embodiment of the present invention attached to the container.
[0052]
The cap 50 does not have the auxiliary wall portion 42 inside the lid 34 provided in the first embodiment, but the partition wall portion 40 standing on the upper surface of the cap body 16 extends so that the cap 50 is closed as shown in the figure. The upper surface of the partition wall 40 is in contact with the inner surface of the lid 34.
[0053]
Thereby, the upper space of the cap body 16 covered by the lid 34 is divided into the pressing portion 30 side and the spout 28 side. Therefore, even with such a simple configuration with the single partition wall portion 40, the pressing portion 30 can be shielded from scattered droplets and the like that scatter from the vicinity of the spout 28 due to an impact when the lid is closed.
[0054]
Further, in the present embodiment, by forming a groove or the like for fitting the upper portion of the partition wall portion 40 on the inner surface of the lid 34, the hinge 32 can be prevented from being damaged due to the twist of the lid 34.
[0055]
The partition wall 40 may be erected only on the inner side of the lid 34. Similarly, the partition liquid 40 can be prevented from adhering to the pressing part 30 from the vicinity of the spout 28.
[0056]
Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to a cap having no hinge and a structure in which the lid is removed from the cap body, and can also be employed for caps other than seasonings.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cap of the present invention has the above-described configuration, it is possible to prevent the residual liquid that scatters from the vicinity of the spout from adhering to the pressing portion and scatter around the cap due to an impact when the lid is closed.
