Claims (6)
- (a)複数回にわたりキャビティ空間に成形材料を充填し、
(b)該成形材料が充填されるたびに型締めを行い、
(c)最初の充填が終了した後の所定のタイミングで、トグル機構の圧縮ストロークを設定された値以下にするための型厚調整量だけベースプレートを後退させ、トグル機構の原点位置を調整することを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記型厚調整量は、複数の層から成る積層構造を有する成形品を成形する際に、各層の厚さに対応させて設定される請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型厚調整量は、各層の厚さに圧縮代を加えて設定される請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型厚調整量は、型締力に対応させて設定される請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記ベースプレートは、遅くとも次の成形サイクルの型閉じが終了する前に初期位置に戻される請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- (a)固定プラテンと、
(b)該固定プラテンに取り付けられた固定金型と、
(c)ベースプレートと、
(d)前記固定プラテンとベースプレートとの間において進退自在に配設された可動プラテンと、
(e)該可動プラテンに取り付けられた可動金型と、
(f)前記ベースプレートと可動プラテンとの間に配設されたトグル機構と、
(g)該トグル機構を作動させ、型閉じ、型締め及び型開きを行う型締用の駆動部と、
(h)前記ベースプレートを固定プラテンに対して進退させて、型厚調整を行うための型厚調整用の駆動部と、
(i)複数回にわたりキャビティ空間に成形材料を充填する射出処理手段と、
(j)前記成形材料が充填されるたびに型締めを行う型締処理手段と、
(k)最初の充填が終了した後の所定のタイミングで、トグル機構の圧縮ストロークを設定された値以下にするための型厚調整量だけ前記ベースプレートを後退させ、トグル機構の原点位置を調整する型厚調整処理手段とを有することを特徴とする成形機。
