Description
本発明は、承認システムを有する小火器である。承認システムは、ユーザが承認されていないユーザであると、発砲できないようにするために小火器を無効にする。そうでなければ小火器は発砲する。本発明は、小火器と、小火器によって照会されると承認信号を小火器に発するための承認デバイスを含む。小火器は、発砲制御システムと、承認デバイスと通信するコンピュータコントローラと、コンピュータコントローラに応答する圧電式に基づく無効装置を含む。
Claims (10)
- 小火器と、コンピュータコントローラと、無効装置と、を備えた小火器承認システムであって、
(1)前記小火器は、
ハンドルを具えたフレームと、
前記フレームにより担持されたバレルと、
前記フレームに担持され、前記バレルと作用的に接続している発砲制御システムであって、前記バレルを通る銃弾を発砲するために適用されている前記発砲制御システムを有し、
(2)前記コンピュータコントローラは、
前記フレームにより担持され、信号を受信して判断を行なうために適用されているコンピュータコントローラであって、前記コンピュータコントローラが承認信号を受信しないとき電気出力信号を発し、
(3)前記無効装置は、
前記フレームに担持され、前記発砲制御システムと作用的に接続された無効装置であって、前記無効装置は前記コンピュータコントローラが前記電気出力信号を発したとき、前記発砲制御システムが前記銃弾の発砲を阻止するべく前記発砲制御システムを切断するよう前記電気出力信号に応答する無効装置であって、
該無効装置は、前記発砲制御システムを切断しないための移動可能状態と前記発砲制御システムを切断するための固定状態を有する第1部材であって、前記発砲制御システムに係合するカム突起を担持する第1部材であって、前記第1部材が前記固定状態にあるとき前記第1部材のカム突起が前記発砲制御システムにカム作用をする第1部材と、前記電気出力信号に応答して曲がる第2部材であって、曲げられたとき、前記第1部材を固定状態に保ち、前記第2部材が曲げられないとき、前記第1部材が移動可能状態に止まることを許容する第2部材とを有する
ことを特徴とする小火器承認システム。 - 前記第1部材はさらにバネを具え、前記第1部材は、前記移動可能状態のとき、前記バネの力に抗して動くことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記第1部材はそこに形成される穴を有し、前記第2部材は前記穴に適合するように形成されたロック突起を有し、前記第2部材が曲げられると、前記ロック突起が前記穴に受け入れられ、前記第1部材を前記固定状態に保つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記ハンドルはそこに形成された弾倉器を有し、前記承認手段は前記弾倉器により担持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記コンピュータコントローラに承認信号を送信するために適用される承認デバイスをさらに具えたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記承認デバイスは、前記コンピュータコントローラから離れていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記コンピュータコントローラは、前記承認デバイスが前記承認信号の問い合わせに適応されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記コンピュータコントローラが前記承認デバイスに問い合わせをもたらすためのセンサスイッチをさらに具え、前記センサスイッチは前記小火器が握られることにより閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記フレームに担持された電源をさらに具えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の小火器承認システム。
- 前記フレームに担持され、前記電源から電力を引き出すために適応される電源スイッチをさらに具え、前記電源スイッチはホルスタから前記小火器を抜くことにより閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の小火器承認システム。
