Description
<試験方法>
(1)測定ボトルに水を満量充填する。なお、使用するボトルは生産後24時間以上経過したものを使用する。
(2)その口部にゴム栓付ビューレットを装着し、ビューレット液面位置を読む。
(3)真空ポンプを作動させ、デジタルマノメータ(又は水銀マノメータ)で3mmHg/秒のスピードで減圧する。
(4)ボトルが変形した時、デジタルマノメータの値とビューレット液面位置を読む。
(5)テスト前後のビューレットの値差を吸収容量とする。
なお、1mmHgは、約133kPa(キロパスカル)に相当する。

Claims (1)
- 容器の胴部に減圧吸収パネルを備える合成樹脂製ボトル型容器において、
前記減圧吸収パネルは、この減圧吸収パネルをボトル中心軸線およびボトル径方向軸線を含む平面に向かって胴部の内側に垂直に落し込んで前記減圧吸収パネルの端部と前記胴部との間を繋げる側壁を備え、
この側壁とつながる端部から当該減圧吸収パネルの中央部に向かうに従って胴部の内側に傾斜して落ち込んだ環状の端縁と、この端縁に取り囲まれると共に当該端縁につながり減圧吸収パネルの中央部に向かうに従って胴部の外側に突出する平坦な頂面を有する突出部からなり、
前記端縁のうち、前記突出部の頂面を挟んで対向する、胴部回り方向の二箇所の位置にそれぞれ、ボトル中心軸線に沿って平坦に延びて互いに非連結の段差部を形成することで、前記側壁から前記突出部の立ち上り部分に至るまでの間のうち、前記突出部の頂面を挟んで対向する、胴部回り方向の二箇所の位置をそれぞれ、段付き形状にしてなることを特徴とする合成樹脂製ボトル型容器。
