Claims (3)
- 原水に凝集剤及び不溶性微粒子からなる沈降促進材を添加混合して沈降促進材含有フロックを形成するためのフロック形成手段と、該フロック形成手段で生成した沈降促進材含有フロックを沈殿分離させて処理水を得るためのフロック分離手段と、該フロック分離手段で沈殿分離した沈降促進材含有フロックから前記沈降促進材を分離して前記フロック形成手段に循環させる沈降促進材分離手段とを備えた凝集沈殿処理装置において、前記沈降促進材分離手段は、前記沈降促進材含有フロックを破砕して汚泥と沈降促進材とに分離するフロック破砕手段を備えたフロック破砕部と、該フロック破砕部で分離した汚泥と沈降促進材とを含む混合物から沈降促進材を沈殿分離させる沈降促進材沈殿分離部と、該沈降促進材沈殿分離部で沈殿分離した沈降促進材を抜き出して前記フロック形成手段に循環供給する沈降促進材抜出経路と、沈降促進材沈殿分離部の上部に上昇した汚泥を抜き出す汚泥抜出経路とを備えていることを特徴とする凝集沈殿処理装置。
- 前記沈降促進材沈殿分離部から混合物の一部を抜き出して前記フロック破砕部に循環させる循環経路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の凝集沈殿処理装置。
- 前記沈降促進材沈殿分離部は、槽内中央部の混合物中に設けられたドラフトチューブと、該ドラフトチューブの内周に下降流を発生させるとともに、ドラフトチューブの外周に上昇流を発生させるための下降流発生機とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の凝集沈殿処理装置。
