Description
前記本体(4,16)に回転自在、かつ軸線(O)に沿って移動自在に設けられた主軸(1)と、
前記主軸(1)の一端に設けられてワークを加工する加工工具(40)を取り外し自在に保持する保持手段(コレットチャック)(2)と、
前記主軸(1)を回転自在に接続させて前記本体(4,16)に、前記軸線(O)に沿って移動自在に設けられた支持手段(上下接続シャフト、可動子及び連結プレート)(6,12,20)と、
前記支持手段(6,12,20)を前記主軸(1)とともに前記軸線(O)に沿って移動させて、前記加工工具(40)を前記ワークに接近離間させる直線駆動手段(リニアモータ)(18)と、
前記本体(4,16)内に設けられて前記主軸(1)を回転させる回転駆動手段(回転モータ)(17)と、
前記保持手段(2)の先端に臨んで配置されて前記ワークを押圧可能な押さえ手段(プレッシャフット)(53)と、
前記支持手段(6,12,20)と前記押さえ手段(53)とを所定量相対移動可能に接続するとともに前記押さえ手段(53)を前記保持手段(コレットチャック)(2)から離れる方向に付勢する付勢手段(50)と、
前記本体(4,16)と前記支持手段(6,12,20)との間に設けられて、前記主軸(1)と前記押さえ手段(53)とを前記ワークから遠ざける方向に前記支持手段(6,12,20)を付勢する付勢離間手段(ばね)(22)と、
を備えたワーク押さえを備える主軸装置(100)である。
請求項3に係る発明は、前記保持手段(2)がコレットチャックであり、前記支持手段(6,12,20)が前記主軸(1)に回転自在及び軸方向に一体に接続する上下接続シャフト(6)と、該上下接続シャフトに一体の可動子(12)と、該可動子と一体の連結プレート(20)とであり、前記直線駆動手段(18)が前記可動子を前記軸線(O)に沿って移動させるリニアモータであり、前記回転駆動手段(17)が回転モータであり、前記押さえ手段(53)がプレッシャフットであり、前記付勢手段(50)が前記連結プレート(20)と前記プレッシャフットとの間に配置されたエアシリンダである、請求項1に記載のワーク押さえを備える主軸装置(100)である。

Claims (3)
- 本体と、
前記本体に回転自在、かつ軸線に沿って移動自在に設けられた主軸と、
前記主軸の一端に設けられてワークを加工する加工工具を取り外し自在に保持する保持手段と、
前記主軸を回転自在に接続させて前記本体に、前記軸線に沿って移動自在に設けられた支持手段と、
前記支持手段を前記主軸とともに前記軸線に沿って移動させて、前記加工工具を前記ワークに接近離間させる直線駆動手段と、
前記本体内に設けられて前記主軸を回転させる回転駆動手段と、
前記主軸の先端に臨んで配置されて前記ワークを押圧可能な押さえ手段と、
前記支持手段と前記押さえ手段とを所定量相対移動可能に接続するとともに前記押さえ手段を前記保持手段から離れる方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
前記本体と前記支持手段との間に設けられて、前記主軸と前記押さえ手段とを前記ワークから遠ざける方向に前記支持手段を付勢する付勢離間手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするワーク押さえを備える主軸装置。 - 前記本体の前記主軸を支持している部分は、前記軸線に対して交差する方向に分割可能に形成されてなる、
請求項1に記載のワーク押さえを備える主軸装置。 - 前記保持手段がコレットチャックであり、
前記支持手段が前記主軸に回転自在及び軸方向に一体に接続する上下接続シャフトと、該上下接続シャフトに一体の可動子と、該可動子と一体の連結プレートとであり、
前記直線駆動手段が前記可動子を前記軸線に沿って移動させるリニアモータであり、
前記回転駆動手段が回転モータであり、
前記押さえ手段がプレッシャフットであり、
前記付勢手段が前記連結プレートと前記プレッシャフットとの間に配置されたエアシリンダである、
請求項1に記載のワーク押さえを備える主軸装置。
