Claims (2)
- 各気筒内にCNG燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記各気筒に供給される前記燃料の温度を検出する燃料温度検出手段と、
前記燃料を所定圧力で蓄圧し前記各燃料噴射弁に分配するデリバリパイプと、
前記デリバリパイプ内の燃料圧力を検出する燃料圧力検出手段と、
を備え、
運転条件に応じて成層燃焼と均質燃焼とを切り替え可能に構成された筒内直噴CNGエンジンの燃料噴射制御方法において、
前記燃料温度検出手段により各気筒毎の燃料温度を検出するとともに前記燃料圧力検出手段により燃料圧力を検出し、
成層燃焼時に前記気筒間の燃料温度差が失火の発生を抑制することのできる所定の許容範囲内にあるならば、前記燃料の平均温度と圧力とに基づいて噴射量および噴射時期を補正して燃料噴射制御を実施する一方、
成層燃焼時に前記気筒間の燃料温度差が前記所定の許容範囲外であるならば、均質燃焼に切り替え、前記燃料の平均温度と圧力とに基づいて噴射量を補正して燃料噴射制御を実施することを特徴とする筒内直噴CNGエンジンの燃料噴射制御方法。 - CNG燃料の噴射量および噴射時期を気筒毎に独立して制御できる燃料噴射弁と、
前記各気筒に供給される前記燃料の温度を検出する燃料温度検出手段と、
前記燃料を所定圧力で蓄圧し前記各燃料噴射弁に分配するデリバリパイプと、
前記デリバリパイプ内の燃料圧力を検出する燃料圧力検出手段と、
を備え、
運転条件に応じて成層燃焼と均質燃焼とを切り替え可能に構成された筒内直噴CNGエンジンの燃料噴射制御方法において、
前記燃料温度検出手段により各気筒毎の燃料温度を検出するとともに前記燃料圧力検出手段により燃料圧力を検出し、
成層燃焼時に前記気筒間の燃料温度差が第1の許容範囲内にあるならば、前記燃料の平均温度と圧力とに基づいて噴射量および噴射時期を補正して燃料噴射制御を実施する一方、
成層燃焼時に前記気筒間の燃料温度差が前記第1の許容範囲外であるならば、更に前記気筒間の燃料温度差が、成層燃焼が成立する第2の許容範囲内にあるか否かを判断し、
当該第2の許容範囲内にあるならば、前記気筒毎に前記燃料の温度と圧力とに基づいて噴射量および噴射時期を補正して燃料噴射制御を実施する一方、
当該第2の許容範囲外であるならば、均質燃焼に切り替え、前記燃料の平均温度と圧力とに基づいて噴射量を補正して燃料噴射制御を実施することを特徴とする筒内直噴CNGエンジンの燃料噴射制御方法。
