Claims (8)
- 電解用の給電体として使用される多孔質導電体を備え、
前記多孔質導電体は、チタン粉末焼結体で構成され、研削加工が施された後、エッチング処理される平滑表面部を設けることを特徴とする電解装置。 - 請求項1記載の電解装置において、前記多孔質導電体は、水電解用の給電体として使用され、前記平滑表面部が電解質膜に向かって配置されることを特徴とする電解装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の電解装置において、前記チタン粉末焼結体は、空隙率が10%〜50%の範囲内に設定されることを特徴とする電解装置。
- 電気化学反応に使用される膜の少なくとも一方の面に設けられる多孔質導電体を備え、
前記多孔質導電体は、チタン粉末焼結体で構成され、研削加工が施された後、エッチング処理される平滑表面部を設けることを特徴とする電気化学反応型膜装置。 - 請求項4記載の電気化学反応型膜装置において、前記多孔質導電体は、水電解用の給電体として使用され、前記平滑表面部が前記膜に向かって配置されることを特徴とする電気化学反応型膜装置。
- 請求項4又は5記載の電気化学反応型膜装置において、前記チタン粉末焼結体は、空隙率が10%〜50%の範囲内に設定されることを特徴とする電気化学反応型膜装置。
- チタン粉末焼結体で構成され、研削加工が施された後、エッチング処理される平滑表面部を設けることを特徴とする電解装置給電体用多孔質導電体。
- チタン粉末焼結体で構成され、研削加工が施された後、エッチング処理される平滑表面部を設けることを特徴とする電気化学反応型膜装置用多孔質導電体。
