外輪と内輪との間の環状空間に、外周面を前記外輪内周面に圧接するフランジ部と周方向にスプラグを配置するポケットとを設けた単一の保持器を備えた一方向クラッチにおいて、
前記外輪の片側端部に内径方向へ延設されるフランジ部を設けると共に、該フランジ部の内側に、前記内輪外径と対向する内周面を、且つ該内周面より径外方へ前記保持器のフランジ部と同幅でスプラグ側に延設される環状凸部を一体的に設けたことを特徴とする一方向クラッチ。
