Claims (2)
- 基材繊維のポリエステル系繊維と、この基材繊維よりも低融点特性を有するポリエステル系短繊維からなるバインダ繊維とを混綿した混綿繊維素材を不織布状態に交絡し、この不織布に対して上記バインダ繊維のみを溶融する加熱処理を行いながらマット状に圧縮してフォーム基材を形成し、
上記フォーム基材の少なくとも一方主面に対して、上記バインダ繊維の融点と同等若しくは低温度での熱硬化特性を有するバインダ剤を一方主面に塗布してバインダ剤層を形成したアルミニウム箔材を上記バインダ剤層の形成面を供給面として供給して熱圧着処理を施すことにより、上記バインダ剤層を介して一体化することによりアルミニウム箔層を構成した不燃断熱フォーム原反を形成し、
上記不燃断熱フォーム原反を、外装材と内装材との間に構成される空間部よりもやや大きな外形形状に切断して形成した不燃断熱フォーム材が用いられ、
上記不燃断熱フォーム材が、上記外装材と上記内装材との間に構成される上記空間部内に、上記内装材に対して上記アルミニウム箔層を対向させかつ空気層を構成して外周部を圧縮させながら敷き込まれることを特徴とする不燃断熱フォーム材を用いる断熱構造。 - 上記不燃断熱フォーム材には、密度27±3.0Kg/m 3 、熱伝導率0.033W/km、熱抵抗1.48m 2 k/W、圧縮硬さ25%で30±3Nまた50%で82±8N、引張り強さが繊維配向方向で300±30Nまた非繊維配向方向で110±20Nの特性を有する不燃断熱フォーム基材が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不燃断熱フォーム材を用いる断熱構造。
