【0001】
【0010】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid absorbent core material used in a heat transpiration device that evaporates an active ingredient of a fragrance by heating. The present invention relates to a material and a method for controlling volatilization of a fragrance using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a fragrance wicking type heat transpiration device using a liquid absorbent core material, put a fragrance in which a fragrance is dissolved in a solvent in a container provided in the device, and immerse the liquid absorbent core material in the fragrance. The fragrance is sucked up, and the tip of the absorbent core is heated by a ring-shaped heater placed around the tip of the absorbent core to evaporate the active ingredient (fragrance) of the fragrance. It is.
Various liquid-absorbing core materials are known for use in the suction-type heat transpiration apparatus, but the shape of these conventional liquid-absorbing core materials is generally cylindrical. And the upper end of these liquid absorption core materials was a thing of flat shape (this is called a "flat core material" hereafter). This shape comes from the manufacturing process of a core material in which a long linear body is cut into a certain length. Moreover, the method of adjusting the transpiration | evaporation amount of the fragrance | flavor in the said apparatus was the method of raising / lowering the said cylindrical liquid absorption core material in the center part of a ring-shaped heater.
[0003]
Therefore, the upper end of the liquid absorbent core is between the upper and lower ends of the ring-shaped heater, and the area of the portion where the tip of the liquid absorbent core overlaps the heater changes as the liquid absorbent core is moved up and down. During this period, the heating area of the liquid-absorbing core material changes, and the transpiration amount of the fragrance can be changed according to the change in the heating area. However, even if the cylindrical absorbent core is raised and the absorbent core is raised so that its upper end exceeds the upper surface of the heater, the absorbent core will have the same diameter. Since the amount of heat applied to the core does not differ much, it was not possible to adjust the substantial transpiration of the fragrance.
In addition, when the flat core material is used for transpiration and the concentration of the active ingredient of the fragrance to be evaporated is high, the liquid absorption core material overlaps in the portion where the area of the overlapping portion with the heater changes. Even if it was changed a little, the change in the amount of active ingredient in the fragrance increased, so the amount of transpiration could not be finely adjusted, and it could not withstand actual use.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention is to improve the drawbacks of the prior art and provide a technique capable of well adjusting the substantial transpiration amount of the active ingredient of the fragrance, even when using a fragrance having a high concentration of the active ingredient. It is to enable fine adjustment of the substantial transpiration amount of the active ingredient.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent research, the inventor of the present invention has changed the shape of the tip of the liquid absorbent core material used in the heated suction type heat transpiration apparatus to thereby substantially reduce the transpiration amount of the fragrance from the liquid absorbent core material. The present inventors have found a method for enabling adjustment and have reached the present invention. That is, this invention solved the said subject by the following means.
(1) A method of volatilizing a fragrance containing 1% by weight or more of a fragrance using a fragrance heating and transpiration device having a liquid absorption core material, provided as a liquid absorption core material in the heating and transpiration device. By using a liquid absorbent core material having a shape in which the surface area of the liquid absorbent core material becomes smaller toward the tip, the tip portion arranged away from the heater and close to it, by moving the heater or the liquid absorbent core material up and down , And the volatilization control method of an fragrance | flavor characterized by adjusting the transpiration | evaporation amount of an fragrance | flavor by adding the compound which improves or adjusts the heat transpiration of a solution to an fragrance | flavor and / or a liquid absorption core .
(2) The method for controlling volatilization of a fragrance according to (1), wherein the tip of the liquid-absorbing core has a conical shape.
[0006]
The shape of the tip of the liquid-absorbing core material used in the present invention can be various shapes such as a conical shape and a pyramid shape, and a conical shape is preferable. If the tip is made thinner, the cross section may be a star instead of a circle. In short, the surface area at the tip of the liquid absorbent core decreases, and the volatilization area decreases. In addition, the distance from the heater installed in the apparatus to the surface of the liquid absorbent core is usually reduced. As the temperature of the fragrance present on the surface of the liquid-absorbing core is reduced, the transpiration amount of the fragrance at the tip is the unit length in the longitudinal direction of the liquid-absorbent core. At the end, the tip is less.
The shape of the tip of the liquid-absorbing core material used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as a portion having a surface area small enough to become the tip is provided. However, since the processing is easy and the effect is great, it is preferable that the tip of the liquid-absorbent core material has a conical shape.
[0007]

Only one type of perfume may be used, or a blended perfume prepared by mixing two or more types. Examples of the blended fragrance include a blended fragrance prepared by blending jar perfume as a natural fragrance and pinene as a synthetic fragrance, or a blended fragrance prepared by blending limonene as a natural fragrance.
[0013]
The fragrance for heating and transpiration is produced by dissolving a fragrance in a water and / or oil-soluble solvent containing fragrance alone or in combination of water, alcohols, ethers, kerosene (paraffin) and the like. The solvent for the fragrance is not particularly limited as long as it dissolves the fragrance. The blending ratio of the fragrance to the solvent is 1 to 100% by weight, preferably 10 to 50% by weight of the fragrance component in the fragrance solvent for heat evaporation, but the blending ratio is not limited as much as possible. .
[0014]
Further, the following compounds are added to the fragrance composition and / or the core in order to improve or adjust the heat transpiration of the solution. For example,
3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene (hereinafter referred to as BHT)

[0017]
The said compound may be used individually by 1 type, and can also use 2 or more types together. The amount used is preferably about 0.05 to 2.0% by weight, preferably about 0.1 to 1.0% by weight in the solvent or fragrance composition or core of the present invention. . Of course, if practicable, the addition of the above compound is not limited to the above ratio.
[0018]
Since the liquid-absorbing core material of the present invention has the configuration described in the above (1) or (2), the liquid-absorbing core material having the conventional width is used in the fragrance heating and evaporation apparatus shown in FIG. By heating the tip of the core material, the volatilization amount of the fragrance can be adjusted to five or more levels. Further, fine adjustment is possible even when a high-concentration preparation is used. Therefore, if the high-concentration fragrance is used, the chemical solution bottle can be made small, so that the entire fragrance heating and transpiration apparatus can be made compact.
[0019]
In addition, the “part where the surface area of the liquid absorbent core material is reduced” at the tip of the liquid absorbent core material of the present invention is placed above the ring heater provided in the fragrance heating / transpiration device, and the unprocessed part (absorbed part) When only the part having the original thickness of the liquid core material is overlapped with the heater and heated, the transpiration amount of the fragrance increases as compared with the case where the conventional general-purpose flat core material is overlapped with the ring heater and heated. This is presumably because the fragrance is transpired by the heat transmitted from the heating section because the amount of the fragrance held at the tip of the liquid-absorbing core material protruding above the ring heater is small. In addition, the amount of heat transpiration of the fragrance changes stepwise in the longitudinal direction, and the amount of volatilization can be finely adjusted.
[0020]
【Example】
Using the liquid-absorbing core material of the present invention and the conventional liquid-absorbent core material, the amount of transpiration was adjusted and the adjustment stage was confirmed.
Example 1
When the core length is 63 mm, the heater and the liquid-absorbing core are positioned so that the lower surface of the heater coincides with the upper end of the liquid-absorbent core with the chemical bottle attached to the heater.
[0021]
(Experimental result)
4 and 5 show a comparison between a conventional liquid absorbent core material (referred to as a comparative core material or a flat material) having a flat tip of the liquid absorbent core material and a liquid absorbent core material according to the present invention (referred to as the present core material). In this way, almost the same level of transpiration is obtained with the core length of the comparative core material of 63 mm and the core length of the present invention of 67 mm, and the comparative core material has a transpiration amount that is stable for 30 days in three stages of core lengths of 63 mm, 61 mm, and 59 mm. On the other hand, with the core material of the present invention, a stable transpiration amount for 30 days was obtained over five stages of core lengths of 67 mm, 65 mm, 63 mm, 61 mm, and 59 mm. From this, it can be seen that the core material of the present invention can be finely adjusted when adjusting the volatilization amount as compared with the comparative core material.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
About the liquid absorption core material used for a fragrance | heater heating transpiration apparatus, the surface area of the liquid absorption core material of the said liquid absorption core material is small in the liquid absorption core material front-end | tip part which adjoins the ring-shaped heater of the said apparatus arrangement | positioning. By providing such a portion, it becomes possible to finely adjust the transpiration amount of the fragrance by the fragrance heating transpiration apparatus.
When the shape of the liquid absorbent core material tip is conical, it is preferable because the processing is simple and the volatilization amount can be finely adjusted.
The use of the absorbent core material of the present invention allows fine adjustment of the amount of the active ingredient of the fragrance that evaporates from the heating transpiration apparatus even when a high concentration of the fragrance is used. The chemical container for storing the fragrance of the heating transpiration device can be made small, and the heating transpiration device can also be made compact.
