本発明は、上・中・下の3段の扉開閉装置で大型の扉を開口部に簡単に取り付ける扉の取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
扉が通常の高さの場合、上下2個の蝶番で取り付けていたが、例えば扉の枠外高が8尺高のような大型の物になると、上下2個の扉開閉装置では扉の反りや強度の面で不安があった。そこで、このような大型の扉の取り付けは上中下の3段にて扉開閉装置を用いることが一般的に行われている。しかしながら扉開閉装置を上中下の3段で用いると反りや強度の面で問題を解消を図ることができるが、大型扉では取り付け方法が非常に煩雑となり施工時間がかかっていた。

本発明はこのような従来例の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、大型扉を開口部に簡単に取り付けることができる3個1組の扉開閉装置を用いた扉の取り付け構造の開発をその技術的解決課題とする。

以下、本発明を図示実施例に従って詳述する。扉開閉装置(1a)(1b)(1c)は、図1〜3に示すように、例えば8尺高の大型扉(4)を上・中・下の3段にて開口部(5)に取り付けるためのものである。本実施例では、枢着軸(7a)が固定のものを下段の扉開閉装置(1a)に用い、枢着軸(7b)(7c)がスライドするものを上・中段の扉開閉装置(1b)(1c)として用いた。勿論、このような使用方法に限られるものでなく、逆に枢着軸(7a)が固定のものを上段の扉開閉装置(1c)に用い、枢着軸(7a)(7b)がスライドするものを中・下段の扉開閉装置(1a)(1b)としてもよい。
