尚、前記実施例1、2においても、ガス排出側の突出部55を形成して、ガス注入側の突出部26の遮断方法と同様の方法で、ガス排出孔59を遮断するようにしても良い。
Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性樹脂のガスアシスト射出成形により成形された中空樹脂成形品を処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施した樹脂製品を製造する方法であって、
前記中空樹脂成形品を成形するための成形キャビティと、この成形キャビティをガス注入ゲートに連通させるガス注入路を前記中空樹脂成形品から外方に突出させるように形成する突出部を前記中空樹脂成形品の裏面から該裏面を超えて突出するように成形するための突出部成形用キャビティとを有する射出成形型内に、溶融状態の熱可塑性樹脂を樹脂射出ゲートから射出し、その射出の途中又は射出後で樹脂が未だ溶融状態のときに高圧ガスを前記ガス注入ゲートから前記突出部成形用キャビティを通して前記成形キャビティ内に注入することで、前記中空樹脂成形品を成形すると共に、これと一体に前記ガス注入路を有する前記突出部を成形する成形工程と、
前記射出成形型から前記中空樹脂成形品を取り出した後で浸漬処理前に前記突出部を前記中空樹脂成形品の裏面から突出させたままで前記突出部のガス注入路をそのガス注入口と根元の間の範囲内で遮断するガス注入路遮断工程と、
前記ガス注入路が遮断された前記中空樹脂成形品を前記処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施す表面処理工程と、
前記表面処理工程終了後に、前記突出部を前記ガス注入路の遮断部よりも内側の根元部で除去する突出部除去工程と
を含むことを特徴とする樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 前記射出成形型は、前記樹脂射出ゲートが前記突出部成形用キャビティのガス注入ゲートと同じ位置に設けられているものを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形型は、前記樹脂射出ゲートが前記ガス注入ゲートとは別の位置に設けられているものを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形型は、前記成形キャビティ内に射出された樹脂が最も遅く到達する部分に、連結流路を介して連通する樹脂排出用キャビティが形成されているものを使用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂のガスアシスト射出成形により成形された中空樹脂成形品を処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施した樹脂製品を製造する方法であって、
前記中空樹脂成形品は、その内部の中空部に連通するガス注入路を有する突出部が前記中空樹脂成形品の裏面から該裏面を超えて突出するように成形されたものを用い、
前記突出部を前記中空樹脂成形品の裏面から突出させたままで前記突出部のガス注入路をそのガス注入口と根元の間の範囲内で遮断するガス注入路遮断工程と、
前記ガス注入路が遮断された前記中空樹脂成形品を前記処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施す表面処理工程と、
前記表面処理工程終了後に、前記突出部を前記ガス注入路の遮断部よりも内側の根元部で除去する突出部除去工程と
を含むことを特徴とする樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 前記ガス注入路遮断工程において、前記突出部の少なくとも一部を加熱軟化させて塑性変形させることで前記ガス注入路を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 前記ガス注入路遮断工程において、前記ガス注入路を封止部材で塞ぐことで該ガス注入路を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 前記封止部材は、柔軟なポリマー材料によりキャップ状又は筒状に形成され、
前記ガス注入路遮断工程において、前記キャップ状又は筒状の封止部材を前記突出部に差し込んで前記ガス注入路の開口を覆うように該突出部の外周面に密着させることで該ガス注入路を遮断することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 前記キャップ状又は筒状の封止部材は、前記処理液が付着しにくい材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 前記キャップ状又は筒状の封止部材の外周部には、外側に突出する鍔部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂のガスアシスト射出成形により成形された中空樹脂成形品を処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施した樹脂製品を製造する方法であって、
前記中空樹脂成形品は、その内部の中空部に連通するガス注入路を有する突出部が前記中空樹脂成形品の裏面から該裏面を超えて突出するように成形され且つ前記ガス注入路がそのガス注入口と根元の間の範囲内で遮断されたものを用い、
前記ガス注入路が遮断された前記中空樹脂成形品を前記処理液に浸漬して該中空樹脂成形品に表面処理を施す表面処理工程、
前記表面処理工程終了後に、前記突出部を前記ガス注入路の遮断部よりも内側の根元部で除去する突出部除去工程と
を含むことを特徴とする樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 前記表面処理工程において、前記中空樹脂成形品をハンガーに吊して前記処理液に浸漬する際に、前記突出部を前記ハンガーに保持させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の樹脂製品の製造方法。
