本発明は、食器乾燥機、CD(コンパクトディスク)やCD−ROM等の円板状の記録媒体の収納箱、小物入れ等の物品を収納するための収納装置に係り、より詳しくは、その収納本体に対する開閉回動可能な蓋体が全開位置及び全閉位置の近傍で回動速度を遅くして収納本体に衝撃を与えないようにする構成に関するものである。

前記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明の収納装置は、物品を収納する収納本体の開口部を覆うための蓋体を、該蓋体の左右両側に装着された一対のヒンジ手段の回動中心軸回りに上下回動可能に支持させてなる収納装置において、前記各ヒンジ手段は、前記収納本体側に固定される基部と、前記蓋体の側部に固定された取付け部材に対して取付けられる回動側部材とを備え、前記各ヒンジ手段は、前記収納本体側に固定された前記基部に対する前記蓋体側における前記回動側部材が一定方向に回動する時の所定区間のみ回動速度を遅くするダンパー機能を備え、前記各取付け部材には、前記一対のヒンジ手段の取付け位相を互いに異ならせるための取付け用の複数の取付け穴が設けられ、前記蓋体の左右両側に対して、左右のヒンジ手段の取付け位相を、前記所定のダンパー区間が互いに逆になるようにして装着して、前記収納本体に対する蓋体の全閉位置と全開位置との両近傍の所定区間で、前記蓋体の回動速度を遅くするように構成したものである。

前記収納本体3の前面開口部を覆うための蓋体6は合成樹脂材にてドーム状に形成されている。蓋体6の左右両側面板6aは、略半円状の裏当て板7と円板状の支持板9とで挟持され、複数本のねじ10にて固定されている。一方、左右一対のヒンジ手段11は、図3(a)及び図5に示すように、収納本体3側にナット15にて固定する切欠きボルト12a付き基部12と、該基部12に対してその軸線回りに相対的に回動可能な筒状の回動側部材(ケーシング)13とからなる。切欠きボルト12aは、その軸線を挟んで両側が切除されており、収納本体3の側面板3bに穿設された略小判型の取付け穴16に回動不能に挿入した後、前記ナット15を切欠きボルト12aに螺着して固定する。前記回動側部材13の先端面には、略矩形の係合突起14が一体的に突出されている。この係合突起14は、図4(a)及び図4(b)に示す取付け部材17における十字状の取付け穴19に対して90度位相を変更して挿入係止できるように構成されており、取付け部材17は前記円板状の支持板9の所定位置に複数のねじ20を介して固定される。尚、取付け部材17裏面に突出するダボ21は、支持板9に穿設された係止穴(図示せず)に嵌まるように設定されている。また、前記円板状の支持板9の表面側を着脱自在な合成樹脂製のキャップ22にて被嵌している。
