Claims (4)
- 放電極と、放電極に空気中の水分を結露又は氷結させて水を供給する水供給手段とを備え、放電極に高電圧を印加することで放電極に保持される水を霧化させる静電霧化装置であって、上記水供給手段を、冷却部と放熱部とを有するペルチェユニットの冷却部に放電極を設けて構成し、放電極の先端部を曲面状に凸曲した凸曲面部として成ることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 放電極に対向する対向電極を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 放電極を、主体部と、主体部の先端に設けられる凸曲面部よりなる放電部とで構成し、主体部と放電部との境界部分の外面に凹部又は凸部又は凹凸部を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 放電極を、柱状をした主体部の先端部に凸曲面部よりなる放電部を形成することで構成し、主体部の側面部と凸曲面部との境界が弧状に面取りした面取り部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
