Description
図1に示すように、上記スクロール型圧縮機(10)は、いわゆる全密閉形に構成されている。このスクロール型圧縮機(10)は、縦長で円筒形の密閉容器状に形成されたケーシング(11)を備えている。ケーシング(11)の内部には、下から上へ向かって順に、下部軸受部材(30)と、電動機(35)と、圧縮機構(40)とが配置されている。また、ケーシング(11)の内部には、上下に延びる駆動軸(20)が設けられている。
圧縮機構(40)は、固定スクロール(60)やフレーム部材(41)の他に、可動スクロール(50)とオルダムリング(43)とを備えている。そして、この圧縮機構(40)は、いわゆる非対称スクロール構造を採っている。
以下に潤滑部(70)に関して行った検討について説明する。
上記実施形態では、スライドブッシュ(25)の円筒部(26)と可動スクロール(50)の突出部(53)の摺動部分に軸受メタルである潤滑部(70)を設けているが、軸受メタル(70)を設けず、可動スクロール(50)の突出部(53)円筒内表面を直接化成処理することにより粗面化し、その上に上記実施形態のサンプルBの摺動部材用組成物からなるコート層を直接形成してもよい。また、スライドブッシュ(25)の円筒部(26)の外周面に上記コート層を直接形成してもよい。

Claims (5)
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン100重量部に対して、300重量部のポリアミドイミド樹脂と、100重量部のフッ化カルシウムとを包含して構成されている
ことを特徴とする摺動部材用組成物。 - 金属の基材の表面にコート層が形成された摺動部材であって、
上記コート層が、請求項1の摺動部材用組成物で構成されている
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 請求項2において、
上記基材の表面が粗面化処理されている
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 請求項2及び3の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材を備えている
ことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項4において
上記摺動部材が軸受部材である
ことを特徴とする流体機械。
