Description
本発明のコーティング布帛は、コーティングが布帛の片面にコーティングされている片面コーティング布帛であっても、布帛の両面にコーティングされた両面コーティングの布帛であってもよい。
JIS L−1096 8.6.1に従い測定した。
布帛から0.3m角程度相当の面積(A)の試料を採取精秤し、105℃で2時間以上乾燥する。次に、ジクロロメタンで脱脂し乾燥する。これを、90%蟻酸200gで常温で3時間溶解し、ガラス焼結フィルター((株)ビードレックス製 ガラス濾過器17G−3)で不溶解分を濾別し、充分に蟻酸洗浄、水洗を行い、乾燥し、不溶解分の105℃、2時間での乾燥質量を測定する(M)。コーティング重量(g/m2)は、蟻酸不溶解分(M)を布帛試料の面積(A)で割って得た。
コーティング前およびコーティング後の布帛の引き裂き強力をJIS L−1096 6.15.1(シングルタング法)に従い、測定した。
表面試験機(KES FB4)で、コーティング布(幅20cm、長さ20cm)をKES規定の標準条件(The Standardization and Analysis of Hand Evaluation,2nd Ed.S.Kawabata,The Textile Machinery Society of Japan,July 1980)を使用して、測定した。
(株)キーエンス製のレーザー反射式変位計LT−8010(2μmφスポット径)をプローブとして、シグマ光機(株)製の三次元形状測定機(ステージ:LMS−3D 500XY(H))にて布帛表面をXY走査することで表面凹凸を高さ変位として計測した。JIS B−0601の表面粗さ(Ra)を、計算ソフト「LMS 3D」を用いカットオフを設定しない値で算出した。計測範囲は4000μm四方で、まず、経方向に連続走査して20μm間隔で計測した後、緯に20μm移動して経方向計測を行いこれを繰り返した。次に、緯方向に連続走査して20μm間隔で計測した後、経に20μm移動して緯方向計測を行いこれを繰り返した。すなわち、20μm間隔の格子点で高さ変位をサンプリングして40401ポイントの計測を行った。このとき表面粗さの計算は、まず、経方向に連続走査して得た表面粗さの値を緯方向で平均し、表面粗さ(Ra)wを求めた。次に、緯方向に連続走査して得た表面粗さの値を経方向で平均し、表面粗さ(Ra)fを求めた。最後に、両方法の平均からサンプル表面の表面粗さ(Ra)を求めた。
測定範囲 :4000μm四方
測定ポイント:40,401ポイント(20μmピッチ)
表面試験機(KES FB4)で、コーティング布帛(幅20cm、長さ20cm)をKES標準条件(The Standardization and Analysis of Hand Evaluation,7.2nd Ed.S.Kawabata,8.The Textile Machinery Society of Japan,9.1980)で測定した。測定条件は装置に付属したKES規定接触子(直径0.5mmのピアノ線からなる)を用い、接触荷重10gf、押圧ばね定数25gf/m、測定0.1cm/sec、水平保持布帛試料の保持張力を20gf/cmとした。測定は試料を変えてn=5回の平均を求めた。
純曲げ試験機(KES FB2)で、コーティング布を幅5cm、長さ10cmとした以外は、KES標準条件で測定した。
JIS L−1096 8.4に従い測定した。

JIS L−1096 8.5に従い測定した。
(10)燃焼速度
FMVSS302法(水平法)に従い測定した。
(11)通気度
JIS L−1096 6.27.1 A法(フラジール法)に従い測定した。
国際公開WO99/28164号明細書の記載に基づいて縫製法で調製された平面視円形のエアバッグ10(容量:60リットル、図中15はガス導入孔である)を、図6(A)で示すように、a縁とb縁とを中央線c−d上で突き合わせて線α,βおよびγ(均等間隔)に沿って折山と折谷が形成されるように蛇腹状に折りたたんで中間折りたたみ片20(図6(B)参照図中e,f,gは折たたみ縁周縁)を形成する。中間折りたたみ片20は、c縁とd縁を中央線a−bで突き合わせて線α’,β’およびγ’に沿って折山と折谷が形成されるように蛇腹状に折りたたむことで150mm角の折りたたみパッケージ2(図7参照)が調製される。図7中、α’,β’およびγ’は、パッケージ2中これらの線に沿って折られ形成された折山または折谷を示す。

WO99/28164号明細書に記載の運転席用エアバッグ(60リットル;ただし、ベントホールを設けない)を縫製し、高圧タンク試験装置へ取り付けた。高圧タンクから室温のエアバッグに対して瞬時に各種圧力のガス圧を導入して破袋までの時間を求め、100msecの時点で破袋する際のガス圧条件でのエアバッグ内圧の最大圧力すなわち、エアバッグ展開耐圧強力(kPa)を求めた。
ナイロン66をエクストルダー型紡糸機で溶融紡糸し、紡糸油剤を付着後、熱延伸してナイロン糸を得た。この糸は、引張強度7.7cN/dtex、伸度21%、油剤の付着量0.5wt%であった。
各種幅のナイフを用い、フローティング・ナイフ法で織物に50kgf/mの線圧を印加し、10m/minの速度で片面にシリコーン樹脂をコーティングした。コーティング後、乾燥機内で180℃、3分間、熱処理してコーティング布帛を得た。ここで、シリコーンは、旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「LR6200A/B」100部、付着助剤として有機ケイ素化合物(旭化成ワッカー株式会社製「HF86」)3部、粘度20,000mPa・sで、希釈剤を使用せず用いた(組成A)。ただし、比較例9では、コーティングを行わずに各種評価を行った。
実施例2〜4に示したナイロン織物に以下のコーティングを施した。
シリコーンは、旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「RD6600F」100部(キシレン溶液)にSi結合した水素原子を少くとも3個有するオルガノポリシロキサン(旭化成ワッカー株式会社製「クロスリンカーW」)を1.5部、接着助剤として有機ケイ素化合物(旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「HF86」)1.5部を加えた粘度80,000mPa・s(組成B)、および、さらにキシレン希釈を行った2種組成、粘度40,000mPa・s(組成C)、粘度20,000mPa・s(組成D)を準備した。フローティング・ナイフ法で織物に50kgf/mの線圧を印加して、片面にシリコーンをコーティングした。コーティング後、乾燥機内で180℃、3分間、熱処理してコーティング布を得た。糸、織物、コーティングの条件及びその特性評価結果について第2表に示す。
実施例2〜4に示したナイロン織物に以下のコーティングを施した。シリコーン水性エマルジョン(旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「DEHENSIVE 38197 VP」)52部、Si結合した水素原子少なくとも3個を有するオルガノポリシロキサン(旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「V20」)6部、付着助剤として有機ケイ素化合物(旭化成−ワッカー株式会社製「HF86」)3部、水37.5部を攪拌混合した混合液で、濃度32wt%、25℃における粘度を80mPa・sのものをコーティング組成物(組成E)とした。
実施例2〜4と同一のナイロン織物に、実施例2と同じシリコーン組成物(組成A)でコーティングを施した。その際、ナイフはロールオンナイフ型に配置してナイロン織物とナイフの間に20μmの間隙を設けてコーティングした。糸、織物、コーティングの条件及びその特性評価結果について第2表に示す。コーティング面は摩擦係数が非常に高く、電子顕微鏡観察ではコーティング面がほとんどフラットであった。
実施例2と比較例9、10、12のコーティング布帛を用いて展開耐圧強力の試験を行った結果を第3表に示す。実施例11では、コーティング無しの比較例16に比べ、コーティングによる引裂き強力向上の効果によるエアバッグ展開耐圧強力の向上が観測された。さらに、比較例14、15ではコーティングが繊維に浸透して引裂強力の向上がないかわずかであり、エアバッグ展開耐圧強力の向上が得にくい。
実施例1に示したナイロン織物を、メタル・ペーパーロールを用いてカレンダー加工し(200℃、80t/150cm、20m/min)、実施例1のコーティング組成とコーティング条件でコーティングし、180℃で3分間熱処理した。糸、織物、コーティングの条件及びその特性評価結果について第4表に示す。
Claims (6)
- 単糸繊度0.5〜4.5dtexで構成される全繊度67〜350dtexのナイロン66繊維からなり、織密度と織糸の繊度との積で表される織繊度が経方向および緯方向ともに9,000〜22,000本・dtex/2.54cmである基布の少なくとも1つの面にシリコーン膜を塗布して形成された非通気性コーティング布帛であって、コーティング表面の表面粗さ(Ra)が1.5〜12μmであり、コーティング表面の布帛の経方向および緯方向におけるKES計測による摩擦係数(MIU)が経方向および緯方向ともに0.01〜0.3であり、コーティング表面の経方向の摩擦係数(MIU)と緯方向の摩擦係数(MIU)の差が絶対値で0.15以下であり、シリコーン膜の塗布量が5〜22g/m 2 であり、シリコーン表面が基布表面の凹凸形状の輪郭に沿った凹凸面を有することを特徴とするコーティング布帛。
- 布帛のコーティング表面の経方向および緯方向におけるKES計測による触針表面粗さ(SMD)が2〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング布帛。
- コーティング布帛の経方向および緯方向それぞれのKES計測による単位幅あたりの曲げ剛性(B)が0.5〜9mN・cm2/cmである請求項1または2に記載のコーティング布帛。
- 基布に油剤が0.8〜8wt%付着していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のコーティング布帛。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載されたコーティング布帛からなるエアバッグ用基布。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のコーティング布帛またはエアバッグ用基布からなるエアバッグ。
