脂肪酸及びその塩は33.6質量%、全脂肪酸中における炭素数20〜24の脂肪酸の割合は20質量%であり、炭素数15以下の脂肪酸:炭素数16以上の脂肪酸の質量比=35:65である。また、脂肪酸の中和度は全脂肪酸の80%である。
