Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stacker device that accumulates forms that are discharged one after another in a stacked state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, the forms 1 are discharged from the discharge roller 2 one after another almost horizontally, the form guide 3 is prevented from jumping up and is guided obliquely downward, and the form 1 is arranged almost horizontally. Is received on the belt conveyor 4, and is raised and collected along the support guide 5 disposed at the end of the belt conveyor 4 while being conveyed by the belt conveyor 4 at a speed lower than the discharge speed of the discharge roller 2. A stacker device 6 is known. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the belt conveyor 4 used here includes a plurality of conveyor belts 7 arranged in parallel, and pulleys 8 </ b> A and 8 </ b> B that support and run the plurality of conveyor belts 7. And a plurality of conveyor belts 7 including a plate-like base material 9 that movably supports a portion (the upper traveling portion between the pulleys 8A and 8B) that supports the form of the plurality of conveyor belts 7 and moves. The form 1 was held and conveyed on the belt 7. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 10 denotes a roller for pressing the form 1 against the conveyor belt 7 to give a conveying force.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional apparatus has a problem that, among the forms conveyed by the belt conveyor 4, a certain form cannot be accumulated, and paper jams may occur or the form may be damaged.
[0004]
As a result of studying the cause of the above-described problems, the present inventors have found that these problems have occurred for the following reasons. That is, when the form 1 is discharged onto the belt conveyor 4 at a high speed by the discharge roller 2, the edge 1a of the form 1 is formed between the conveyor belt 7 and the base material 9 below it as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. If the paper is conveyed in that state, it may not rise up correctly even if it reaches the stacking position, and may be distorted or paper jammed. Further, the edge 1a of the form 1 Is wound on the folded portion of the conveyor belt 7 (the portion wound around the pulley 8B). Therefore, paper jams and breakage problems can be avoided if the form supplied on the belt conveyor is prevented from slipping between the conveyor belt and the underlying substrate.
The present invention has been made on the basis of such knowledge, and prevents the form supplied on the belt conveyor from getting between the conveyor belt and the underlying substrate, thereby preventing a paper jam or breakage. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stacker device that can prevent and accumulate a form satisfactorily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to prevent the slip from slipping between the conveyor belt and the base material supporting the conveyor belt, the portion of the base material that supports the conveyor belt has a depth smaller than the thickness of the conveyor belt. A belt running groove is formed, and the conveyor belt runs in the belt running groove. With this configuration, the form discharged onto the belt conveyor does not slip under the conveyor belt, and paper jams and breakage can be prevented.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stacker device that receives a form discharged from a discharging means substantially horizontally on a belt conveyor arranged substantially horizontally, and accumulates it while conveying the plurality of conveyors in which the belt conveyor is arranged in parallel. A plurality of conveyor belts including a conveyor belt arranged at least in a region through which the edge of the form passes, and a portion of the plurality of conveyor belts that support and run the form is movably supported 1 and a number of substantially flat substrate, the substrate is, respectively the portion for supporting the plurality of conveyor belts, have a smaller depth of the belt run channel than the thickness of the conveyor belt, further, adjacent A groove is formed between the belt running grooves . According to this configuration, since the surface of the conveyor belt that runs in the belt running groove is at a position higher than the lateral surface of the belt running groove of the base material, it is possible to convey and accumulate forms without any trouble, On the other hand, since the back surface of the conveyor belt is covered with the side surface of the belt running groove that accommodates the conveyor belt, even if the edge of the form contacts the conveyor belt in the area through which the edge passes , There is no digging in, so there is no paper jam or breakage. Furthermore, even if a form supported and transported by a plurality of conveyor belts bends between adjacent conveyor belts, a groove is formed between adjacent belt running grooves on the surface of the base material. There is no contact, and the conveyance of the form is more stable .
[0007]
The stacker device of the present invention is a form of any form, for example, a form consisting of a single form, a form in which paper is folded, a form in which paper is folded and bonded, a postcard or a sealed letter, a plurality of single forms Can be used for collecting forms and the like created by collating, and can be used in combination with any form processing apparatus. Specific examples of the form processing apparatus include an apparatus that cuts and discharges continuous forms printed by a printer into individual forms, an apparatus that folds the continuous forms and cuts and discharges them into individual forms, and folds continuous forms. An apparatus that stacks, cuts into individual forms, and further stacks and discharges the sheets, an apparatus that stacks and stacks a plurality of single sheets, and the like can be exemplified.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments in which the stacker device of the present invention is combined with a burster device will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing a burster device 14 and a stacker device 6A according to an embodiment of the present invention combined therewith, FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of a belt conveyor used in the stacker device, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A, and the same components as those in the conventional example shown in FIGS. In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, 14 is a burster device, a first feed roller 15 for pulling out the continuous form 1 </ b> A, a second feed roller 16 that rotates at a faster speed than the first feed roller 15, A blade 17 disposed at a position in contact with the continuous form 1A between the first feed roller 15 and the second feed roller 16, a discharge roller 2, a form guide 3 and the like disposed downstream of the second feed roller 16 are provided. The continuous form 1A is cut into individual forms 1 by using the horizontal perforation formed in the continuous form 1A and by the speed difference between the first feed roller 15 and the second feed roller 16 and the blade 17. However, the discharge roller 2 discharges one after another. The discharge roller 2 constitutes discharge means for discharging the form to the stacker device 6A.
[0009]
The stacker device 6A is disposed at a position for receiving the form 1 discharged by the discharge roller 2, receives the form 1 discharged from the discharge roller 2, and is substantially horizontal and at a lower speed than the discharge speed by the discharge roller 2. A belt conveyor 4A to be conveyed and a support guide 5 provided at the rear end thereof for supporting the form 1 conveyed by the belt conveyor 4A so as to rise in an oblique direction are provided. The belt conveyor 4A is also composed of a plurality of conveyor belts 7 arranged in parallel, pulleys 8A and 8B for supporting and driving the plurality of conveyor belts 7, and a plurality of conveyor belts 7 as in the prior art. The base material 9A etc. which support the part (the upper traveling part between the pulleys 8A and 8B) that travel while supporting the slidable body are provided.
[0010]
However, although the base material 9A used here is a flat plate as a whole, it is not a simple flat plate used in the past, and each of the upper surface thereof supports a plurality of conveyor belts 7, respectively. Ru der substantially as a flat plate-like formation of the belt running grooves 20. The depth of the belt running groove 20 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the conveyor belt 7, and therefore the upper surface 7a of the conveyor belt 7 accommodated in the belt running groove 20 is the belt running groove 20 of the base material 9A. It is in a position higher than the lateral surface 9a. The width of the belt running groove 20 is set to be slightly larger than the width of the conveyor belt 7 so that the conveyor belt 7 can run in the belt running groove 20 without any trouble. A groove 21 is further formed between adjacent belt running grooves 20 and 20 on the upper surface of the base material 9A .
[0011]
Also in the stacker device 6A, when the forms 1 are discharged one after another from the discharge roller 2 of the burster device 14, the forms 1 are received by a plurality of conveyor belts 7 and conveyed to the rear end of the belt conveyor 4A. At that position, it starts up in an oblique direction and accumulates. At this time, as described above, the upper surface 7a of the conveyor belt 7 accommodated in the belt running groove 20 is located higher than the lateral surface 9a of the belt running groove 20 of the base material 9A. Can support the form 1 and carry it without any trouble. Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, even if the edge 1 a of the form 1 dropped on the belt conveyor 4 </ b> A tries to go into the back side of one conveyor belt 7, the belt conveyor 7. Is accommodated in the belt running groove 20, and therefore, the back surface of the conveyor belt 7 is covered with the side surface of the belt running groove, so that the edge 1 a of the form 1 does not go under the conveyor belt 7. . For this reason, the form 1 is stably conveyed by the conveyor belt 7 and accumulated, and paper jam and damage do not occur.
[0012]
Here, in order to prevent the edge 1a of the form 1 from entering the back side of the conveyor belt 7, it is desirable to make the belt running groove 20 as deep as possible, while the form 1 is conveyed by the conveyor belt 7. For this, it is preferable to increase the protrusion height h of the conveyor belt 7 from the belt running groove 20 as much as possible. Taking these into consideration, it is preferable that the protrusion height h of the conveyor belt 7 from the belt running groove 20 is about 0.5 mm to 1 mm. In addition, the distance d between the side surface of the conveyor belt 7 and the side surface of the belt running groove 20 should be set as small as possible so that the corners and edges of the form 1 do not go into the back side of the conveyor belt 7. Therefore, it is preferable that the thickness is about 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
[0013]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, since a groove 21 is formed between the adjacent belt running grooves 20 and 20 on the upper surface of the base material 9A, a form supported and conveyed by a plurality of conveyor belts 7 is used. 1 is also bent between the conveyor belts 7, 7, without contacting the substrate 9 a, conveyance of the form 1 is further stabilized.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the stacker apparatus of the present invention has a belt running groove having a depth smaller than the thickness of the conveyor belt formed on the portion of the base material that supports the conveyor belt. The discharged form does not slip under the conveyor belt. Therefore, the form can be stably transported and accumulated by the conveyor belt, and paper jamming and breakage can be prevented. . Furthermore, since a groove is formed between adjacent belt running grooves of the base material, even if a form supported and transported by a plurality of conveyor belts is bent between the conveyor belts, it does not contact the base material, There is also an effect that the conveyance of the form is further stabilized .
