図5〜図9は、実施例2であるエンジンマウント30を断面図、左側面図、右側面図、平面図及び底面図により示したものである。図10,図11は、エンジンマウント30の内側金具31にエンジン側ブラケット61を取り付けた状態を断面図及び左側面図により示したものである。
Claims (5)
- 軸方向一端側にて外側面の一部の周方向略1/4範囲から軸直角方向に延びた第1フランジ部を有する内側金具と、
該内側金具の軸直角方向外方を囲んでかつ軸方向両端間に配設されて、軸方向一端側にて軸直角方向外方に延びて前記第1フランジ部に対して対向すると共に離間して配置された第2フランジ部を有する筒状の外側金具と、
前記第1及び第2フランジ部間を弾性的に連結する側部ゴム弾性体と、
該側部ゴム弾性体の軸方向延長方向にて前記内側金具外側面と前記外側金具の内側面間を弾性的に連結する本体ゴム弾性体と、
前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向他端側から一端側に向けて軸方向に延びて先端が前記側部ゴム弾性体内に至り、該本体ゴム弾性体を前記外側金具内周面側で二股に分けるすぐり部とを備え、
軸方向を車両の左右方向に向けると共に、前記内側金具にて車両のエンジン側部材及び車体側部材のいずれか一方に取り付けられ、前記外側金具にてエンジン側部材及び車体側部材の他方に取り付けられることを特徴とするエンジンマウント。 - 前記すぐり部が前記本体ゴム弾性体の周方向中間位置に配置されることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載のエンジンマウント。
- 前記内側金具が筒状であって、該内側金具の軸穴に挿通される棒状の取付部材によって前記エンジン側部材あるいは車体側部材に取り付けられることを特徴とする前記請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンマウント。
- 前記外側金具が、エンジン側ブラケットあるいは車体側ブラケットと一体にされたことを特徴とする前記請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のエンジンマウント。
- 上側部分が除かれた半円柱形で、軸方向一端側にて外側面の周方向略1/4範囲から軸直角方向に延びた第1フランジ部を有する内側金具と、
該内側金具の軸直角方向外方を囲んでかつ軸方向両端間に配設されて、軸方向一端側にて軸直角方向外方に延びて前記第1フランジ部に対して対向すると共に離間して配置された第2フランジ部を有し、車体側ブラケットを兼ねた筒状の外側金具と、
前記第1及び第2フランジ部間を弾性的に連結する側部ゴム弾性体と、
該側部ゴム弾性体の軸方向延長方向にて前記内側金具の外側面と前記外側金具の内側面間を弾性的に連結する本体ゴム弾性体と、
前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向他端側から一端側に向けて軸方向に延びて先端が前記側部ゴム弾性体内に至り、該本体ゴム弾性体を前記外側金具内周面側で二股に分けるすぐり部とを備え、
前記内側金具の上側が、前記外側金具との間に挿入されるエンジン側ブラケットの先端側に固定され、軸方向を車両の左右方向に向けると共に、該エンジン側ブラケットによって車両のエンジン側部材に取り付けられ、該外側金具にて車体側部材に取り付けられることを特徴とするエンジンマウント。
