Description
Claims (1)
- 圧電振動片を収容したパッケージの底部外面に、基板側のパターンに接合する4つ以上の外部電極が設けられた圧電振動子において、
前記各外部電極のうちの隣接する一対を前記圧電振動片の電極に電気的に接続し、
他方の一対の外部電極の少なくともひとつの外部電極を異形に形成するとともに前記パッケージの外縁に沿った位置にのみ形成し、
前記他方の一対の外部電極の前記少なくともひとつの外部電極の近傍に、電気的には接続されないダミー端子である外部電極が設けてあることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
