本発明はヒンジ取付装置に係り、家具本体に扉体を開閉自在に取り付けるものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のヒンジ取付装置としては、たとえば、特許第2660656号公報に記載されているように、ヒンジ基体の一端部に扉体の取付孔内に嵌合する嵌合突部及び前記取付孔の開口縁部に当接する当接板部を有する嵌合体を回動自在に設け、この嵌合体の両側部に前記取付孔の壁面に圧着する独立した締付け部材をそれぞれ設け、この両側部の締付け部材と前記嵌合体の両側部との間にこの両側部の締付け部材を拡開して前記取付孔の壁面にそれぞれ圧着させる拡開部材をそれぞれ上下動自在に配置し、前記嵌合体の当接板部にピンにてブラケットを回動自在に取り付けるとともに、このピンを介して前記ブラケットに前記両側部の拡開部材を保持し、前記当接板部上に前記ブラケットを閉回動時に前記ピンを介して前記両側部の拡開部材をそれぞれ引き上げてこの両側部の拡開部材にて前記両側部の締付け部材を拡開させて前記取付孔の壁面にそれぞれ圧着させる構成が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記公報に記載の構成では、嵌合体の両側部に独立した締付け部材をそれぞれ設けるとともに、この両側部の締付け部材と前記嵌合体の両側部との間にブラケットの閉回動時に引き上げられ前記両側部の締付け部材を拡開させる拡開部材をそれぞれ上下動自在に配置するため、取付孔内に嵌合体を圧着させる部品点数が多く構成が複雑であり、これら部品相互の組付け操作に手数を要し、また、ブラケットのピン挿通部をブラケットの閉回動時に拡開部材を引き上げるように肉圧を変化させる特殊の構造に形成する必要がある、という問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑みてなされたもので、嵌合体の当接板部にロックレバーを閉回動することにより、この嵌合体を扉体の取付孔に簡単にかつ確実に固定でき、この取付孔に嵌合体を固定する部品点数が少なく構成が簡単で、これら部品相互の組付け操作も容易であってコストメリットの大きいヒンジ取付装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載のヒンジ取付装置は、家具本体に固定されるヒンジ基体と、このヒンジ基体の一端部にリンクアームを介して回動自在に設けられ前記家具本体の扉体に形成された取付孔に固定して前記家具本体に前記扉体を開閉自在に取付ける取付手段と、を具備し、前記取付手段は、前記扉体の取付孔内に嵌合する嵌合突部を有するとともに前記取付孔の開口縁部に当接する当接板部を有する嵌合体と、この嵌合体にこの嵌合体から離間する方向に進出可能に設けられ先端部に前記取付孔の壁面に圧着する圧着部を有するロックプレートと、前記嵌合体の当接板部に回動自在に設けられこの当接板部上に閉回動時に前記ロックプレートの圧着部を前記取付孔の壁面に圧着させる方向にこのロックプレートを押動する押動突部を備えたロックレバーと、を有し、前記嵌合体の嵌合突部は、前記取付孔内の壁面に対向する両側部に前記ロックプレートを係合する係合面部をそれぞれ有し、前記ロックプレートは、前記嵌合突部の両側部の係合面部にそれぞれ進出可能に係合された両側部の係合板部と、この両側部の係合板部の一端部間に設けられ先端部に前記取付孔の壁面に圧着する圧着部を形成した圧着板部と、を有する、ものである。
