Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bread baking tool provided with a bread baking mold and a method for manufacturing the bread baking tool .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional bread baking molds have been formed by casting or pressing. Casting is performed by forming a mold and pouring molten metal such as aluminum alloy or cast iron into the mold. The press working is formed by forming a male mold and a female mold, inserting a steel plate between the male mold and the female mold, and press-contacting the male mold with the female mold.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional molds or male and female molds used to mold conventional baking molds have a problem in that fine patterns and complex irregularities cannot be formed. Therefore, a conventional mold or a male mold and a female mold cannot form a baked mold that reproduces the actual product, for example, a fine pattern such as an animal or a human face, complicated irregularities, or the like as it is. Furthermore, in the conventional baking mold formed by a mold or a male mold and a female mold, only a simple curved bread could be produced, so in order to make the finished bread into an animal shape or a human face shape, Draw a pattern with cream or attach bread made in a separate process to form irregularities.
[0004]
In addition, the mold or the male mold and the female mold are high in manufacturing cost, and are attached to a large and expensive apparatus to form a baking mold. Therefore, until the baking mold is finally completed, manufacturing time and There is also a problem that the baking mold becomes expensive as a result. For this reason, there are problems in that some shops cannot purchase a number of baking molds, and there are very few types of bread shapes.
[0005]
The invention of the present application has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and can be produced inexpensively and easily, and a bread baking tool provided with a bread baking mold that can form a realistic bread that is exactly like the actual product, and It aims at providing the manufacturing method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the bread baking tool according to the first aspect of the present invention has the following configuration.
(B) It consists of a baking mold formed by electroforming and a substantially rectangular metal frame member.
(B) The metal frame member is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in which both ends in the short direction abut on both ends of the baking pan on the opening side, and both ends in the longitudinal direction do not abut on both ends on the opening side of the baking pan. It must be welded and attached to both ends of the baking mold on the opening side so that the baking mold can be stably placed in the heating furnace.
[0007]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for manufacturing a bread baking tool according to the invention of claim 2 includes the following steps.
(A) A first step of forming a wax mold by attaching a wax to the actual product.
(B) A second step of forming a conductive film on the surface of the wax mold.
(C) A third method for forming a baking mold by placing a brazing mold on which a conductive coating is formed and an electroformed metal in an electrolytic solution, and applying an electric current to electrodeposit the electrocast metal on the conductive mold of the brazing mold. Process.
(D) A fourth step of removing the wax mold and the conductive film and taking out the baking mold.
(E) Both ends in the short direction of the metal frame member formed in a substantially rectangular shape in which both ends in the short direction are in contact with both ends on the opening side of the baking type and both ends in the long direction are not in contact with both ends on the opening side of the baking type. 5th process which welds and attaches to the opening side both ends of a baking mold.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing one embodiment of a baking tool . FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line aa in FIG. 4 to 9 are diagrams showing a baking mold forming process.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1 , the bread baking tool is attached to the bread baking molds 1 and 2 formed by electroforming, and the bread baking molds 1 and 2 so that the bread baking molds 1 and 2 can be stably placed in the heating furnace. The metal frame member 13 . The manufacturing method of this bread baking tool is demonstrated.
[0010]
In the method for manufacturing the bread baking tool , the first step A (see FIGS. 5 and 6) in which the wax 5 is attached to the actual product 3 shown in FIG. The second step B (see FIG. 7) for forming the conductive film 7, the brazing mold 6 on which the conductive film 7 is formed, and the electroformed metal 9 are placed in the electrolytic solution 10 (see FIG. 8), and a current is passed to the brazing mold. The electroforming metal 9 is electrodeposited on the conductive film 7 of No. 6, and the third step C (see FIG. 9) for forming the baking molds 1 and 2, the wax mold 6 and the conductive coating 7 are removed, and the baking mold 1 is removed. , 2 and a fifth step D, and a fifth step of welding and attaching the metal frame member 13 to the baking molds 1 and 2.
[0011]
The actual product 3 in the first step A may be any plastic doll, metal doll toy, animal toy, etc., in addition to a material directly formed by machining, but at least it will be melted. It needs to be durable enough not to deform when attached. The melted wax 5 is adhered to the portion of the actual product 3 to be reproduced (see FIG. 5), and the wax mold 6 is formed by cooling.
[0012]
In the second step B, the conductive film 7 is formed on the concave surface 6 a of the wax mold 6. The conductive film 7 is formed on the concave surface 6a of the wax mold 6 by using chemical plating, vapor deposition, silver mirror reaction, or applying a conductive paint such as silver lacquer.
[0013]
In the third step C, the solder mold 6 on which the conductive film 7 is formed and the electroformed metal 9 are put into the electrolytic solution 10, and an electric current is applied to the electroformed metal 9 on the surface of the conductive film 7 of the solder mold 6. Electrodeposition is performed to form the electrodeposited metal layer 11. The electroformed metal 9 is appropriately selected from electroforming metals such as nickel, copper, chromium, zinc, and tin. The electrolytic solution 10 contains metal (for example, nickel) ions.
[0014]
When the solder mold 6 on which the conductive coating 7 is formed is connected to the cathode, the electroformed metal 9 is connected to the anode, these are put in the electrolytic solution 10 and a current is passed between the two electrodes, electroforming is performed by electrolytic reaction. The metal 9 is deposited and electrodeposited on the surface of the conductive coating 7 with a predetermined thickness, whereby an electrodeposited metal layer 11 is formed. This electrodeposited metal layer 11 becomes the baking molds 1 and 2.
[0015]
In the fourth step D, the solder mold 6 and the conductive coating 7 are melted by heat or chemical reaction, and the electrodeposited metal layer 11, that is, the baking molds 1 and 2 are taken out. In the fifth step, the baking molds 1 and 2 are attached by welding to a substantially rectangular metal frame member 13 as shown in FIGS. The inner surfaces 1a and 2a of the baking molds 1 and 2 may be engraved so as to facilitate the peeling of the bread.
[0016]
When these bread baking molds 1 and 2 are heated in a heating furnace after the bread type is put therein, the bread type begins to expand. After the bread seeds have expanded to some extent, the bread seeds are spread to the corners of the inner surfaces 1a and 2a of the baking molds 1 and 2 to form breads that look exactly like the baking molds 1 and 2.
[0017]
Since the bread baking molds 1 and 2 are formed by electroforming just like the actual product 3, it is possible to form a bread that realistically reproduces the actual product 3. In addition, since the baking patterns 1 and 2 have the same pattern and unevenness as the actual product 3 on the inner and outer surfaces, the types of the molds can be easily distinguished from the outside. Since the baking molds 1 and 2 are attached to the frame member 13, the frame members 13 can be gripped and easily put in and out of the heating furnace. It can be placed stably.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, baking device according to the present invention, bread type, because it is formed by electroforming, a fine pattern or complex irregularities kind is provided can be manufactured reproducibly bread realistically There is an effect. Moreover, since the same pattern and unevenness as the actual product are formed on the outer surface, the type of mold can be easily distinguished from the outer side.
[0019]
In addition, the bread baking tool manufacturing method according to the present invention does not use expensive male molds and female molds, and can easily manufacture bread baking molds in a short time, so that the bread baking molds can be formed at low cost. There is an effect.
