Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is directed to mounting a heat insulating mat (panel-like heat insulating structure) used to suppress heat from the outdoor shell heated by the sun directly or indoors through an interior material. In particular, the present invention relates to a heat insulating mat attachment for attaching this heat insulating mat to a roof frame material of an existing house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, high thermal insulation of houses has become important from the viewpoint of energy saving. The parts to be insulated include roofs, walls, and floors. In particular, roof insulation during the daytime in summer is effective in reducing the indoor temperature. In order to facilitate understanding, the following explanation focuses on heat insulation from the roof, which accounts for the majority of heat input from the outdoor shells of the house.
[0003]
Conventionally, it has been actively developed to improve the heat insulating performance by devising the heat insulating material.
As a method that has been used for a long time, a method of laying a heat insulating material formed of glass wool or the like on a ceiling board is often used (Prior Art 1).
[0004]
For roof insulation, there is a technique in which a heat insulating material and a reflective material are laminated on a cement-based plate material to form a roof material excellent in heat insulating properties (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
Furthermore, a heat insulating material is pasted on the back surface of the wall or roof panel, and a sheet that covers the heat insulating material is provided with a gap on the inner surface to create a space that is connected in the vertical direction. A technique aimed at cooling by tunnel effect airflow has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
[0006]
In addition, a highly airtight and highly heat-insulated house with a high-tightness aluminum-clad insulation board connected from the wall to the roof is formed so as to form a ventilation layer between the outer wall and the roof, and the outer shell of the house has a double wall structure. (See Patent Document 3).
[0007]
In addition, a technique is known in which a plurality of sheets laminated with aluminum foil or aluminum vapor deposition are stacked, and a space ventilation layer is formed between the sheets with standing pieces to perform heat insulation (see Patent Document 4).

Prior art 1 is simple and very often used because it is simply placed on the back of the ceiling. However, since fine fibers are used, there is a risk of tingling skin and scatter of fibers. In addition, the heat shielding property is not sufficient for radiant heat.
[0013]
In addition, all of the conventional techniques described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 have been devised as materials, but the contrivance of the installation work is insufficient, and it takes time for the construction. It is difficult to apply as construction.
[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As explained above, the conventional heat insulation technology is biased towards the material and structure, and the improvement of the construction technology is neglected, eventually leaving problems in terms of time and cost and being difficult to apply flexibly. There were some problems.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and is a heat insulating mat fixture that can be installed quickly and inexpensively by a highly effective and simple heat insulating method, with a heat insulating mat formed with a panel-like heat insulating structure attached with good workability. It is an issue to provide.
[0016]
In particular, it is most effective to control heat input from the roof as a countermeasure for rising room temperature in summer, but an inexpensive heat insulation method has not been realized.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is easy to lay in the point which arrange | positions a heat insulating mat directly in parallel under a roof, and the construction which can be easily post-constructed in an existing house at low cost is enabled.
[0017]
Attic insulation work is narrow and there are many obstacles, and sometimes it is work at high places, so construction is easy, dimensional tolerance accuracy is large, easy to carry in a narrow space and install in a large area, It is very important that the heat shielding performance does not deteriorate even when construction is performed with low dimensional accuracy, and the present invention enables this.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the heat insulating mat fixture of the present invention (Claim 1)
At least one sheet is formed with a low emissivity surface, and two or more layers are joined to a part or the entire circumference of the sheet, and a support material is interposed between the sheets to form a gap between the sheets. A heat-insulating mat fixture for attaching a heat-insulating mat formed on a panel-like heat-insulating structure designed to prevent surface contact to a roof frame material of a house,
It has a piercing needle part made of an upright piece having a return prevention claw, and means for attaching to the roof frame material,
The piercing needle portion is pierced into the support material of the heat insulating mat, and the heat insulating mat is attached to the roof frame member by the attaching means.
[0019]
Moreover, the heat insulating mat fixture of the present invention (Claim 2)
A heat insulating mat fitting for attaching a heat insulating mat formed with a panel-like heat insulating structure to a roof frame material of a house,
Formed with a combination of male and female fixtures,
Either one of the male fixture and the female fixture is attached to the heat insulation mat, the other is attached to the roof frame material of the house, and the heat insulation mat is attached to the roof frame material by fitting the male fixture and the female fixture. did.
[0020]
Further, the heat insulating mat fixture of the present invention (Claim 3)
In the heat insulating mat fixture according to claim 1 or 2, two or more types of mounting means are coexisting as means for attaching the fixture to the heat insulating mat or / and means for attaching the roof frame material. Yes.
[0021]
Further, the heat insulating mat fixture of the present invention (Claim 4)
In the heat insulating mat fixture according to the second aspect, a resin-based material is interposed in the fitting contact portion between the male fixture and the female fixture.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
For heat insulation in the attic, it is necessary to lay the heat-insulating mats side by side in a wide area forming the back surface of the roof, and a construction method for laying these heat-insulating mats safely and quickly without gaps is necessary.
Also, if the surface of the heat insulating mat is brought into surface contact with a member that conducts heat, such as roof tiles or field boards, contact heat transfer occurs and the heat insulating performance is reduced. desirable.
[0023]
In order to achieve the above functions, the heat insulating mat fixture is formed by a combination of a male fixture and a female fixture, one is attached to the heat insulating mat, and the other is attached to the roof frame (rafters, etc.). The present inventor has found through various construction tests that construction is safe, quick, and easy when the fixture is fitted and suspended.
[0024]
In this case, the quietness of the house after construction is also important, and if the male and female fittings, which are heat insulating mat fittings, are metal-molded products that are easy to produce, the heat insulating mat will shake when there are strong winds, etc. Since a squeak noise is generated from the heat insulating mat laid on the base plate, a non-metallic coating such as resin (with a resin-based material interposed) on the mating contact portion between the male fixture and the female fixture has a great noise reduction effect.
As the non-metal coating, a steel plate pre-coated with resin may be used for press molding, or a fixture may be press-molded with a non-resin coated steel plate and then partially coated on the target site.
[0025]
With the above configuration, it is important that the heat insulating mat fixture can be constructed as easily as possible. If possible, it is desirable that the heat insulating mat fixture can be joined to the heat insulating mat without using a tool. It is most preferable if the mat material is composed of a sheet-like material, the needle-like material is provided on the heat-insulating mat mounting tool, and the heat-insulating mat mounting tool can be attached only by piercing. However, it is effective to provide a return-preventing claw (a hook in the pulling direction) because the needle is pulled out when the pulling force is applied simply by piercing and the heat insulating mat mounting tool cannot be securely held.
[0026]
Also, since the installation state of the insulation mat fixture, the material and installation direction of the target insulation mat, and the rigidity of the roof frame material are all different, a simple and quick installation mechanism and a little effort are required. However, it is possible to increase the construction efficiency by coexisting a reliable attachment mechanism so that these can be selected and used according to the situation.
For example, jointing a heat-insulating mat fitting (either male or female) to a heat-insulating mat is performed by manual piercing using a needle with a return-preventing nail, and it is expected that a large external force will be applied. Then, screw holes are made to coexist so that attachment can be performed with screws.
In addition, when mounting the heat insulating mat fixture to the roof frame, it is usually configured so that it can be driven with a U-shaped needle (called a tucker in the market). The effect of being able to select a mounting method according to the situation by coexisting a plurality of mounting mechanisms in the mounting tool, such as mounting screw holes so that mounting can be performed with a large amount, is great.
[0027]
【Example】
For ease of explanation, examples will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a heat insulating mat fitting, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the heat insulating mat attached to a roof frame using this heat insulating mat fitting.
[0028]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a heat insulating mat. The heat insulating mat 1 is formed by welding and joining two sheets 10 and 10 having flexibility so as to form sheet protruding portions 11 and 11 at both ends. A rod-shaped support material 12 that also serves as a reinforcing material is detachably interposed between the 10 and 10, and a space S is formed between the sheets 10 and 10 by the support material 12, so that surface contact between the sheets 10 and 10 is achieved. I try to prevent it.
In this case, as the sheet 10, aluminum paint is applied to both surfaces of a strong sheet body woven with synthetic fibers or glass fibers, and both the front and back surfaces are formed on a low emissivity surface. If the sheet is formed on only one side with a low emissivity surface, it is important to lower the emissivity on the heat input side of solar heat, so the low emissivity surface is set in the roof surface direction (upper surface).
[0029]
Then, a large number of the heat insulating mats 1 are prepared, and these are attached to the lower surface 9a of the rafter 9 as the roof frame material by the heat insulating mat fitting 2, and the height of the rafter 9 is between the heat insulating mat 1 and the roof back surface 90. In addition, the air gap S1 corresponding to the above is held, and the air gap is also held between the ceiling and the roof back surface 90 in a state where the air gap is also held between the ceiling and the roof.
Thus, attaching the heat insulating mat 1 so as to hold the gap S1 between the heat insulating mat 1 and the roof back surface 90 is a necessary structure in the heat insulating structure using the low emissivity surface.
In addition, if the space | gap S1 can be hold | maintained between the heat insulation mat 1 and the roof back surface 90, it is not necessary to attach the heat insulation mat 1 to the lower surface 9a of the rafter 9 with the heat insulation mat attachment 2, and it attaches to the side surface of the rafter 9. You may do it.
[0030]
Next, the heat insulating mat fixture 2 is formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate into an L shape, forming a piercing needle portion 22 made of an upright piece having a return claw 21 on one piece 20, and the other piece. A screw hole 24 is formed in 23 as means for attaching to the rafter 9.
In this case, in the other piece 23, two elongated holes 25 are formed so as to coexist with the screw holes 24 as attachment means, and a tacker fastening portion 26 is formed. Either one or both of the tacker fastening portions 26 can be used as attachment means.
[0031]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the piercing needle portion 22 is pushed into the support material 12 of the heat insulating mat 1 and pierced, and the tacker fastening portion 26 is passed through the long holes 25, 25 with the U-shaped needle 17. The heat insulating mat 1 is attached to the rafter 9 by being attached to the lower surface.
[0032]
Next, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of the heat insulating mat fitting, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a state in which the heat insulating mat is attached to the roof frame using this heat insulating mat fitting.
[0033]
The heat insulating mat fixture 3 is formed by a combination of a male fixture 3a and a female fixture 3b.
The male fitting 3 a is formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate into an L shape, forming a piercing needle portion 32 made of an upright piece having a return claw 31 on one piece 30, and a female piece at the tip of the other piece 33. A hook portion 34 that fits between the fixture 3b is formed.
The hook portion 34 is formed by folding the tip of the other piece 33 back to the lower surface side.
[0034]
The other piece 33 is formed with two elongated holes 36 and 36 so as to coexist with a screw hole 35 as attachment means, and a tacker fastening portion 37 is formed.
Thus, the male attachment 3a is different in structure only by the presence or absence of the hook portion 34 formed at the tip of the other piece 33, as compared with the heat insulating mat attachment 2 shown in the first embodiment.
Therefore, this male fixture 3a can be used as the heat insulating mat fixture 2 shown in the first embodiment.
[0035]
The female fixture 3b is formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate into an L shape and forming a tacker fastening portion 40 by a narrow width portion so that one piece 38 coexists with a screw hole 39 as attachment means. The piece 41 is formed with a receiving portion 42 that fits between the male fitting 3a.
Moreover, the resin coating 43 is given to the receiving part 42 of this female fixture 3b.
[0036]
As described above, in the heat insulating mat fixture 3 formed by the combination of the male fixture 3a and the female fixture 3b, the female fixture 3b is first placed in the screw hole 39 and / or the tacker fastening portion 40 as shown in FIG. It is attached to the rafter 9.
Separately, the piercing needle part 32 is pushed into the support member 12 on the inclined upper end side of the heat insulating mat 1 and pierced, and the heat insulating mat 1 with the male fitting 3a attached thereto is prepared.
And if the hook part 34 of the male fixture 3a and the receiving part 42 of the female fixture 3b are fitted together, the heat insulation mat 1 can be easily attached to the rafter 9 in a suspended state.
Thereafter, when a new female fitting 3b is attached to the rafter 9 while suppressing the sheet overhanging portion 11 on the inclined lower end side of the heat insulating mat 1, the heat insulating mat 1 is attached to the rafter 9 in parallel, and the next step. Thus, it is possible to easily lay the heat insulating mat 1 in order in the lower direction by repeating the same procedure.
[0037]
Further, in this heat insulating mat attachment 3, the male attachment 3a and the female attachment 3b are provided with screw holes 35 and 39 and tacker fastening portions 37 and 40, so that more reliable attachment can be made depending on the situation. I can do it.
Moreover, since the resin coating 43 is given to the receiving part 42 of the female fixture 3b, it is possible to reduce the rubbing sound between the male fixture 3a and the female fixture 3b when the heat insulating mat 1 is shaken.
[0038]
Next, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a third embodiment of the heat insulating mat fitting, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a state in which the heat insulating mat is attached to the roof frame using this heat insulating mat fitting.
[0039]
The heat insulating mat attachment 5 is formed by a combination of a male attachment 5a and a female attachment 5b, a holding piece 50 is formed on the female attachment 5b, and an insertion portion 51 is formed in a U shape at the tip of the male attachment 5a. Is formed.
In this heat insulating mat attachment 5, the female attachment 5 b is attached to the rafter 9 first in the screw hole 52 and / or the tacker fastening portion 53.
Separately, the piercing needle portion 54 is pushed into the support material 12 on the inclined lower end side of the heat insulating mat 1 and pierced, and the heat insulating mat 1 with the male fitting 5a attached thereto is prepared.
And if the insertion part 51 of the male fixture 5a is tightly fitted to the lower side of the presser piece 50 of the female fixture 5b, the heat insulation mat 1 can be easily attached to the rafter 9 in a suspended state.
In this case, if the insulation mat 1 is laid from the bottom to the top, the construction is easy.
[0040]
Next, FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a fourth embodiment of the heat insulating mat fitting, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a state in which the heat insulating mat is attached to the roof frame using this heat insulating mat fitting.
[0041]
The heat insulating mat attachment 6 is formed by a hook portion 60 formed on the male attachment 6a by folding the tip of one piece 61 upward, and means for attaching the male attachment 6a to the heat insulation mat 1. As described above, the piercing needle portion is not formed on the other piece 62, but a tacker fastening portion 65 formed between the screw hole 63 and the two long holes 64, 64 is formed.
The female fixture 6b is formed in the same manner as in the second embodiment.
[0042]
In the present invention, there are various specific structures of the heat insulating mat fitting, and structures other than those described in this embodiment are possible, and the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
In addition, there are no particular restrictions on the material of the resin-based coating for silencing, but depending on the conditions, the temperature rises to near 100 ° C. In this case, it is necessary to select a material that takes heat resistance into account. Whether to use male fittings or female fittings (or both) depends on whether the fitting structure and resin pre-coated steel plate are used, or whether a post-resin coating after molding of the fixture is used. It is determined that the metal contact is low and can be avoided.
In the embodiment, the male attachment is attached to the heat insulating mat and the female attachment is attached to the rafter. Conversely, the female attachment may be attached to the heat insulating mat and the male attachment may be attached to the rafter. .
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the use of the heat-insulating mat fitting of the present invention has many obstacles, sometimes improving safety and workability of attic insulation work, which is a work at a high place, and has a high degree of freedom in construction and narrowness. Insulation mats can be easily installed in the space, enabling quick and effective insulation construction.
That is, there is an advantage that measures for raising the room temperature in summer can be easily implemented at low cost, and that it is easy to perform post-installation heat insulation on an existing house.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to achieve heat insulation in the daytime in summer, which is extremely effective for reducing the cooling load, in a simple, safe and inexpensive manner, and is an important theme for protecting the global environment. It can greatly contribute to energy saving by increasing the heat insulation of houses.
