Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint member disposed on a joint formed between panels constituting an outer wall of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When the outer wall of a building is composed of a plurality of panels, a groove-shaped joint is formed between the end faces of each panel. Conventionally, a joint member disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known as a joint member disposed on such joint. The joint member includes a joint member body formed in an elongated shape by an elastic material and a holding member formed in an elongated shape by a material having rigidity.
[0003]
However, in this joint member, a part of the holding member is arranged between the panel and the base material, and this part is fixed with a fixing member having a head such as a screw, and the joint member is arranged on the joint. In order to sandwich the holding member between the panel and the base material, the holding member must be installed before the panel is attached to the building, and there is a problem that the working order is limited. In order to solve this problem, after installing the panel on the building, for example, a substantially U-shaped holding member corresponding to the joint shape is fixed by a fixing member, and the joint member main body is fitted and fixed to the holding member. It is thought that it should be done. However, in this case, the head of the fixing member protrudes toward the joint member main body at the bottom wall portion of the holding member and interferes with the joint member main body. For this reason, the joint member main body is partially convex at the position where the head of the fixing member is located, and the joint member main body is uneven in the depth direction of the joint, resulting in a decrease in appearance.
[0004]
For this reason, it is also conceivable to employ the joint member described in Patent Document 2. The joint member is divided into an appearance member that is visible from the outside when the joint member main body is disposed, and a plurality of receiving members that are located closer to the base material of the building than the appearance member. The appearance member is formed in a long shape and has a long fitting piece. Further, the receiving member is formed shorter than the appearance member in the longitudinal direction, and has a fitting projection that can be fitted to the fitting piece of the appearance member in a state that it can slide in the longitudinal direction of the appearance member.
[0005]
In this joint member, the receiving member is fitted to the external member in a state in which the receiving member can slide in the longitudinal direction of the external member by fitting the fitting piece of the external member and the fitting protrusion of the receiving member. Therefore, in this joint member, the receiving member can be arranged avoiding the position where the head of the fixing member is located, and the appearance member can be prevented from being uneven, and the decorative effect can be improved.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the joint member described in Patent Document 2, the joint member body is divided into an appearance member and a plurality of receiving members. Therefore, there is a problem that handling and construction work of the joint member main body is complicated.
[0008]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said conventional situation, Comprising: It has the problem which should be solved to provide the joint member which has the outstanding workability | operativity and was excellent in the decorative effect.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The joint member of the present invention is a joint member disposed on a joint formed between a plurality of panels constituting the outer wall of a building.
It is formed in an elongated shape by an elastic material so as to have a decorative portion that can be visually recognized from the outside at the time of installation and a leg portion that is integrally formed with the decorative portion on the base material side of the building from the decorative portion. Joint member body,
A fixing member having a head portion and a shaft portion, the bottom wall portion being fixed to the base material of the building, and having a fixing hole penetrating the shaft portion of the fixing member; A side wall portion projecting outward from both ends, a locking portion that projects from the inner surface of the front end side of the side wall portion toward the inside in the width direction, and locks the leg portion of the joint member body, Protruding from the inner surface of the bottom wall portion toward the outside, protruding beyond the thickness of the head portion of the fixing member, and having a receiving portion that contacts the bottom surface of the leg portion of the joint member body And a holding member formed in a long shape by a material having rigidity (claim 1).
[0010]
If this joint member is disposed on the joint, the joint member main body can prevent water from entering the building from the joint. Further, the joint can be decorated by the decorative portion of the joint member main body. Further, in this state, the rigid holding member is fixed to the base material of the building by inserting the shaft portion of a fixing member such as a screw or nail having a head portion and a shaft portion into the fixing hole of the bottom wall portion. Will be. The joint member main body formed in an elongated shape by the elastic material is held by the holding member. For this reason, construction of the joint member main body is easy, and the joint member can be prevented from coming off the joint. Further, even if the joint has a meandering in the longitudinal direction, the joint member main body is arranged straight, so that the joint member main body can be prevented from wavy.
[0011]
Further, in this joint member, since the bottom surface of the leg portion of the joint member main body comes into contact with the receiving portion of the holding member, it becomes easy to arrange the joint member main body at a certain depth with respect to the holding member, and workability is improved. improves. Furthermore, since the receiving part protrudes more than the thickness of the head of the fixing member, the leg part of the joint member main body does not interfere with the head of the fixing member, and the joint member main body is not uneven.
[0012]
Therefore, according to this invention, it becomes a joint member which has the outstanding workability | operativity and is excellent in the decorative effect.
[0013]
The receiving portion of the holding member is removed so as to reduce the protruding height at a plurality of locations while maintaining a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and the fixing hole can be formed at a position where the receiving portion is removed. (Claim 2). In this case, a fixing member in which the outer shape of the head of the fixing member is larger than the width of the receiving portion can be used, and the fixing of the holding member is ensured.
[0014]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said receiving part is a pair of inner wall part which maintained the space | interval in the width direction in the center part of the said bottom wall part. In this case, both inner wall parts can be made into the same thickness as a bottom wall part or a side wall part, and the sink and the curvature at the time of holding member formation can be prevented.
[0015]
Furthermore, it is preferable that an extension portion extending in the width direction is formed at the tip of the receiving portion. Since the area of the tip of the receiving part is increased by the extension part, the receiving part comes into contact with the bottom surface of the leg part with a large area, and the receiving of the joint member main body is ensured, and the drop and inclination of the joint member main body can be prevented.
[0016]
Moreover, it is preferable that a metal core material is embedded in the joint member main body. In this case, since the straightness is imparted to the joint member main body, it is easy to handle, the workability is improved, and the occurrence of undulation can be further prevented.
[0017]
Holding member is preferably made of extruded material of the extruded material or hard resin aluminum metal (claim 6). This is because it is lightweight and easy to handle and install.
[0018]

On the left and right sides of the decorative part 2 and the leg part 3, lipes 2a and 3a that can be elastically deformed are respectively projected. Further, a metal core member 4 in which a metal strip is roll-formed in a substantially C-shaped cross section is embedded in the joint member main body 1 along the longitudinal direction.
[0021]
The holding member 20 is formed in a long straight shape by an aluminum metal extruded material such as an aluminum alloy. 4 is a plan view of the holding member 20, and FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the holding member 20 integrally includes a bottom wall portion 21, a side wall portion 22, and a receiving portion 23. The bottom wall portion 21 is a portion fixed to the base material 83 of the building by the screw 10, and a fixing hole 21 a through which the shaft portion 12 of the screw 10 can be inserted is penetrated. The side wall portion 22 is formed to project outward from both ends of the bottom wall portion 21. A locking portion 22a for locking the joint member main body 1 is formed so as to protrude from the inner surface on the front end side of the side wall portion 22 toward the inner side in the width direction. The receiving portion 23 is a pair of inner wall portions that are spaced apart in the width direction at the center portion of the bottom wall portion 21, and is larger than the thickness of the head portion 11 of the screw 10 from the inner surface of the bottom wall portion 21 toward the outside. Protrusively formed. An extension portion 23 a that extends in the width direction and contacts the bottom surface of the leg portion 3 of the joint member body 1 is formed at the tip of the receiving portion 23.
[0022]
If this joint member is disposed on the joint 82, the joint member main body 1 can prevent water from entering from the joint 82 into the building. Further, the joint 82 can be decorated by the decoration portion 2 of the joint member main body 1. Further, the holding member 20 made of an aluminum-based metal extruded material is fixed to the base material 83 of the building by inserting the shaft portion 12 of the screw 10 into the fixing hole 21a of the bottom wall portion 21, and this holding member. 20, the joint member main body 1 formed in an elongated shape by an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin is held. For this reason, construction of the joint member main body 1 is easy, and it is possible to prevent the joint member main body 1 from coming out of the joint 82 even when the elastic force of the lips 2a and 3a is weakened by long-term use. Further, even if the joint 82 has a meandering in the longitudinal direction, the joint member main body 1 is disposed straight, and therefore the meandering and undulation in the width direction of the joint member main body 1 can be prevented.
[0023]
Moreover, since the bottom surface of the leg part 3 contact | abuts the receiving part 23 of the holding member 20, the joint member main body 1 can arrange | position the joint member main body 1 with a fixed depth with respect to the holding member 20. Workability is improved. Furthermore, since the receiving part 23 protrudes more than the thickness of the head part 11 of the screw 10, in other words, the head part 11 of the screw 10 does not protrude beyond the receiving part 23. The head 11 of the screw 10 does not interfere, and the joint member main body 1 is not uneven.
[0024]
Therefore, according to the joint member of the first embodiment, undulation can be prevented and handling and construction become easy.

Further, since the metal core material 4 is embedded in the joint member main body 1, the joint member main body 1 is provided with straightness, becomes easy to handle, improves workability, and further prevents the occurrence of undulations. can do.
[0026]
Further, since the receiving portion 23 of the holding member 20 is a pair of inner wall portions that are spaced apart in the width direction at the center portion of the bottom wall portion 21, both inner wall portions have the same thickness as the bottom wall portion 21 and the side wall portion 22. It is possible to prevent sink marks and warpage when the holding member 20 is formed.
[0027]
Further, an extension 23 a extending in the width direction is formed at the tip of the receiving portion 23 of the holding member 20. Since the extension 23a increases the area of the tip of the receiving portion 23, the receiving portion 23 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the leg portion 3 of the joint member main body 1 with a large area, and the receiving of the joint member main body 1 is ensured. The drop and inclination of the member main body 1 can be prevented.
[0028]
The holding member 20 is made of an aluminum-based metal extruded material, preferably an aluminum alloy extruded material, and thus is lightweight and easy to handle (process) and install.
[0029]
In the present embodiment, an aluminum-based metal extruded material is used as the material of the holding member 20, but a hard resin extruded material can also be used.
[0030]
(Embodiment 2)
As for the joint member of Embodiment 2, the groove shape formed between the end surfaces of the panel 81 which comprises the outer wall 80 of a building is also arrange | positioned along the joint 82, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the joint member is composed of a joint member main body 1 and a holding member 30, and is fixed to a building base material 83 by a screw 13 as a fixing member having a head portion 14 and a shaft portion 15. Yes. This screw 13 is larger than the screw 10 of the first embodiment. In addition, the joint member main body 1 is the same as that of Embodiment 1, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0031]
The holding member 30 is formed in an elongated linear shape by an aluminum-based metal extrusion material. A cross section of the holding member 30 is shown in FIG. The holding member 30 integrally includes a bottom wall portion 31, a side wall portion 32, and a receiving portion 33. The bottom wall portion 31 is a portion that is fixed to the base material 83 of the building by the screw 13, and a fixing hole 31 a through which the shaft portion 15 of the screw 13 can be inserted is penetrated. The fixing hole 31a has a larger diameter than the fixing hole 21a of the first embodiment. The side wall portion 32 is formed so as to protrude from both ends of the bottom wall portion 31 to the outside. A locking portion 32a for locking the joint member main body 1 is formed so as to protrude from the inner surface of the side wall portion 32 toward the inner side in the width direction. The receiving portion 33 is a pair of inner wall portions that are spaced apart in the width direction at the central portion of the bottom wall portion 31, and is larger than the thickness of the head 14 of the screw 13 from the inner surface of the bottom wall portion 31 toward the outside. Protrusively formed. Note that, unlike the first embodiment, an extension portion extending in the width direction is not formed at the tip of the receiving portion 33.
[0032]
In the joint member having the above-described configuration, unlike the first embodiment, the extension portion extending in the width direction is not formed at the tip of the receiving portion 33, and thus the screw 13 having a large width of the head portion 14 can be used. Moreover, since the diameter of the fixing hole 31a of the bottom wall portion 31 is larger than that of the fixing hole 21a of the first embodiment, the screw 13 having a diameter larger than that of the screw 10 of the first embodiment can be used. Therefore, in the joint member according to the second embodiment, the holding member 30 is reliably fixed. Further, in this joint member, the extension portion extending in the width direction is not formed at the distal end of the receiving portion 33, but the distal end of the receiving portion 33 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the leg portion 3 of the joint member main body 1. Similarly to the above, the joint member main body 1 can be disposed at a certain depth with respect to the holding member 30. Other operations and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0033]

Yes. This screw 16 is larger than the screw 13 of the second embodiment. In addition, the joint member main body 1 is the same as that of Embodiment 1, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0034]
The holding member 40 is formed in an elongated linear shape by an aluminum-based metal extrusion material. A plan view of the holding member 40 is shown in FIG. 9, and a cross section is shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the holding member 40 includes a bottom wall portion 41, a side wall portion 42, and a receiving portion 43. The bottom wall 41 is fixed to a building base material 83. The side wall portion 42 is formed so as to protrude from both ends of the bottom wall portion 41 to the outside. A locking portion 42a that locks the joint member main body 1 is formed so as to protrude from the inner surface of the side wall portion 42 toward the inner side in the width direction. The receiving portions 43 are a pair of inner wall portions that are spaced apart in the width direction at the center portion of the bottom wall portion 41, and are larger than the thickness of the head 17 of the screw 16 from the inner surface of the bottom wall portion 41 toward the outside. Protrusively formed. At the tip of the receiving portion 43, an extension portion 43a is formed that contacts the bottom surface of the leg portion 3 of the joint member main body 1 and extends in the width direction. In the holding member 40, the receiving portion 43 is removed so as to reduce the protruding height at a plurality of locations while maintaining a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. FIG. 10 shows a cross section of the holding member 40 at a position where the receiving portion 43 is removed. At the position of the bottom wall portion 41 where the receiving portion 43 of the holding member 40 has been removed, a concave portion 41b is formed by countersinking with an end mill or the like. In addition, a fixing hole 41a having a size capable of inserting the shaft portion 18 of the screw 16 is provided in the center of the recess 41b, and the holding member 40 is fixed to the base material 83 of the building by the screw 16.
[0035]
In the joint member having the above-described configuration, the receiving portions 43 of the holding member 40 are removed so as to reduce the protruding height at a plurality of positions while maintaining a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and at the position where the receiving portions 43 are removed. A fixing hole 41a is provided. In this case, it is possible to use the screw 16 having a width of the head 17 larger than the width of the receiving portion 43, and the fixing of the holding member 40 becomes more reliable. Other operations and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
